Power outages for 3 days, no hot water to shower, geyser capacity not adequate for more than two people. Host should invest in a generator for days were power outages last long.

Reviewed Jun 17, 2026Sehr schönes und großes Haus. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, da alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist und das Haus sehr professionell gestaltet wurde. Die Terrasse lässt keine Wünsche offen, zum Teil überdacht und ein Teil mit einer offenen Feuerstelle. Oft hatten wir Besuch von (harmlosen!) Tieren, insbesondere von Impalas, die sich mit Pellets für Tiere, die man dort im Supermarkt kaufen kann, von Hand füttern ließen.
Da diese wunderschöne Villa nicht einen direkten Nachbarn hat (das nächste Haus ist ca. 15 - 20 Meter entfernt) empfehlen wir bei längerer Abwesenheit die Vorhänge bzw. Sichtschutzmöglichkeiten zu schließen, damit die Unterkunft nicht leerstehend erscheint. Das erhöht möglicherweise die Sicherheit und kann helfen, Gelegenheitsdiebe abzuschrecken.

Reviewed May 4, 2026The place was clean, beautiful interior and exterior decor. Beautiful overall aesthetics. Communication was proper, security was prioritised. All essential amenities were there. Nice gesture to offer charcoal as well. The bed was very comfortable with quality linen.
The pool is too small, wish it was a jacuzzi instead for that size.

Other methods of communication should be explored (like Watsup or sms) coz it is quicker to get the message unlike emails coz we don’t check the emails often n might end up missing important messages.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the beauty and tranquility of this property. The villa is absolutely stunning—spacious, the interior decor is remarkable and the bedrooms are luxurious. It’s clear that the hosts have put so much care into creating a space where guests feel truly at home in nature. We’ve traveled to many bush/safari getaways, including Marloth Park quite a few times but Leopard’s Villa has set a new standard for us. If you’re looking for the ultimate blend of luxury and nature, this is it. We can’t wait to return! Thank you Voney for such a great place.
Everything is perfect but kindly consider curtains for the main living room just for additional privacy.
