Location was good, decor is modern, outdoor area was perfect & the pool & gym were unexpected bonuses.

Clean, comfortable with good access to town.

Parking a bit confusing. Not clear if you could park anywhere as a garage and Travelodge adjacent.

Breakfast options were limited. No fruits or cheese options. Lines were too long too and it took forever to get one pancake.

The small indoor pool was heated and once other guests had left, it was quite pleasant for a swim and exercise.

The breakfast bar was pathetic. And my room was never made up on my full day on the site. I was out for three hours in the morning, and for seven hours after 3 p.m. That was disappointing, given the amount that I was paying for the room.

Well the location was great but overall experience was poor.

None of my requests were accommodated, I understand depends upon availability and standards. But, We reached there early the room was ready but receptionist asked for additional $70 for early check in. only 4-5 breakfast options bagels, pancakes, ice cold boiled egss etc and the toaster was also broken. The room had a lot of dust Towels were not clean, fortunately we had ours and used them

Our family loved the overall vibe of the entire hotel. From the carpet-free rooms to the endless breakfast options, we were really impressed! We asked for joining rooms and loved being able to be side by side with the grandparents. The rooms were spacious and very clean.

Although it's not something that can be changed, I will say that the pool was smaller than we would've like, especially seeing that this this hotel accommodates many families. Everything else was fantastic!

The location was perfect. Plenty of parking around the building. Room layout was wonderful- lovely design details and floor plan is ideal. Housekeeping did an amazing job on cleanliness overall.

Unfortunately, mattress was poor quality and sagged without proper support. One of our bed pillows smelt like body odor. The breakfast was terrible. Guests are expected to eat in the lobby, rather than a separate dining area, which was a little awkward. 1. no waffle maker 2. banana was bruised 3. poor quality yogurt - greek yogurt should be offered 4. eggs terrible (maybe frozen or powdered) 5.sausage visually unappealing 6. bagels not fresh 7. cheap quality bread housed in same container as everything bagels - all the breads tasted like everything bagels. Because of this breakfast, we will never return. It was a big selling feature for our choice of accommodation and truthfully, we have had better breakfasts at discount hotels. We expected something of better quality with the Hilton name.

Its in a convenient spot, walking distance to shopping and restaurants.

It was all in all a positive experience. Only problems we ran in to was our room had no hand soap in the bathroom. We mentioned it to front desk but was not refilled. We had to use the body soap to wash our hands. In the early morning hours i was awoken to a strange smell within our room and the hallways, not sure if someone was smoking or cooking something in neighbouring room. Did advise front desk which they were to look into!

Pool was warm and had cool features. Loved the colourful fun decor & featured painted wall. Bathroom was clean and nice.

Pool was on the smaller side & some other guests were very loud & not as respectful. The air systems were pretty loud at night. TV did not have many options (unless you signed into your own apps if you have them). Breakfast was only until 9am so we missed it, also would’ve been nice if the pool was open later than 9pm. Pool also needed more towels, we had to go back upstairs to get our own room towels for pool.

The breakfast was great. The staff was very polite and professional. My room was very spacious and clean.

Very $$$, wouldn't let us collect our Hilton points. Not enough parking at hotel. We were told we could park our new car by gas station or the poorly maintained Travel Lodge. A hotel should have enough parking for ALL their guests.

Die Lage war gut und die Sauberkeit war auch super. Personal sehr nett. Benefits waren auch toll. Ein schöner Lounge Bereich und der Pool war auch sehr gut. Nähe zum Walmart.

Das Frühstück war generell typisch Amerikanisch ok aber leider musste man 30 Minuten für einen Toast anstellen weil da eine Masse an Menschen anstand. Das war überhaupt nicht schön. Man müsste es von zwei Seiten anbieten weil wenn man nur einen Pancake wollte haben sich die Leute in die Warteschlange die sich ganz durchs Hotel zog angestellt. Richtig blöd war das.

Le systeme d'air climatisé est trop bruyant. On a du éteindre pour dormir.

Breakfast was Excellent. Loved the Lobby and areas ser aside for breakfast. Really appreciated the supply of coffees & teas throughout the day. Swimming pool was compact but very family friendly. Nice clean supply of swimming towels.

I really cannot think of anything specific. The entire hotel experience was very good value for the money! One area of disappointment was the lack of disability parking spots compared to those spots reserved for E-drivers and Membership Guests. Needed more allocated spots for those of us with Disability Stickers.

A very nice facility with a short drive to downtown. Nice to have a gas station right beside the hotel.

We asked for a room in a quiet area, not near any stairs, elevators or vending machines. We had stairs right outside our room, a vending machine about 3 rooms down and right around the corner, the elevators. We wonder why we even bother to put any special request in our booking notes.

Very modern, breakfast was great, lots of facilities, great location!

Breakfast should run to 9:30 am weekdays in summer.

Great location. Close to everything we needed access to. Rooms were very clean.

The soaps were hard to use as they needed to be squeezed to get the soap out. My hands hurt too much to use them so I needed 2 hands to get the soaps out and my 6yr old granddaughter needed help getting soap out too. The air conditioner was very loud. It kept waking me up then when it turned off it rattled for a couple of minutes.

Terrible ventilation system. The air conditioner was very loud. It was located so close to the bed. I woke up during the night sneezing and remained awake all the rest of the night. I got either a cold or an allergic reaction I am not sure which, most definitely from the blowing and possible unclean air. Also the soap and lotion dispensers are ridiculous. You have to squeeze them and it’s not always easy and much too much comes out.

hall carpets dirty never vacuumed the whole time we were there. Elevator cleanliness was disgusting.

Property is very clean and modern. Beds were very comfortable. Premium tv channels, so we were able to watch the MLB all star game. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. Complimentary breakfast had a fair variety of hot and cold choices. The pool was excellent, just the right temperature and had a small waterfall and a blower which made the water bubble up in the middle of the pool. Something I’ve never seen in a hotel pool. The grandkids enjoyed it.

There’s not really any food choices within walking distance, besides Subway at the gas station right beside the hotel, but there are many options within a short drive.

The room was very clean. It was probably the best shower I've ever had in a hotel. The pool was amazing, my kids loved the waterfall and jacuzzi functions. The breakfast was great for all ages. The staff were very helpful. I asked for extra towels and got them less than five minutes later.

Great little hotel to stay in. Modern rooms with laminate flooring, very clean! All facilities looked great- breakfast was a huge bonus and tasted great. Staff was easy to check in with, and if we needed anything additional. Was a good location for our family trips. Would come stay again!

I thought the breakfast was fabulous. I liked the location too which was scenic, & very accessible.

I presumed there would be a soap dispenser in the Swimming Pool for pre & post swim. I managed to know what the Waterfalls, & Blower worked. I dealt fine with the Waterfalls like a kid, finishing my laps before I pressed the blower out of water.
