We had a wonderful time at Cozy Royal Rooms in New Cairo. The location is excellent – there are plenty of malls, restaurants, and cafés nearby, some even within walking distance (around 10 minutes). However, be cautious when crossing the streets – traffic can be tricky. Alternatively, using Uber is very convenient and affordable: a ride within the area usually costs no more than 1–2 euros. We even took Uber to the Pyramids of Giza for just 10 euros. The room exceeded our expectations – it was very clean and well-maintained. The washer-dryer combo, which is available for shared use, was extremely practical during our stay – very convenient especially for longer visits. Mr. Mustafa, the caretaker, was incredibly friendly and helpful – always available when we needed assistance. Mr. Karim, the owner, was also very responsive and polite, quickly replying to any messages. we’d definitely stay here again!

The only small downside was that we had just one key instead of two. But we solved this by leaving the key with Mustafa, so it was always available when one of us returned alone.

The place is nice and neat and well furnished with good bed and other facilities,I never knew the place would be like that in the first place but I'm impressed in the end of my stay.

Nothing much except that the place need to be supervised all the time especially with a permanent caretaker.

Great place to stay, super clean , nice location near to restaurants and supermarkets just walking distance, owner super responsive and helpful, will come again

Clean and comfortable, though nothing remarkable. The downside is the location with no restaurants in walking distance, though there are grocery stores ten minutes walk away and Uber can take you to restaurants in the area.

Much trash along the road and across the road.

Great place and great facility, near all hotspots in New Cairo with easy access in and out and free parking.

Noisy neighbors at night and no kitchen facility
