VIOLA by Elegant Hospitality - near Waterway Mall

Clean .. but no kitchen stuff available like spoon, knifes plates , pans etc..

They are too annoying when visitors come to visit and ask for there passports etc although they are only visitors and in the day time .. Only one washing machine available and you will have to share it with all the apartments..

Facilities, location and the environment.

Where the washing machine located is not within the facilities.

Amazing experience! The staff were professional, helpful, and always welcoming

The staff is really friendly and helpful

Location and staff

Ned was terrible. Check in was cumbersome and unorganised

I had a wonderful stay at this apartment for two weeks. The place was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The internet speed was good and reliable, which made the apartment very suitable for working remotely. The host and team were extremely cooperative and helpful throughout my stay, (special thanks to Mr.Ramadan and Mr. Mohamammad for their kind assistance and quick response) and whenever I needed assistance, the support was always quick and responsive. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience, and I would definitely recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent service and a work-friendly environment.

It was challenging to find the property on the GPS, the hosts were very cooeprative, they kept checking on us until we got there. and there was someone to greet us upon arrival.

Power cut happened a couple of times during our stay.

Staff , location

An absolutely wonderful stay from start to finish. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, always going the extra mile to make us feel at home. Everything was perfect , highly recommend and can’t wait to return.

I stayed in many places in New Cairo during this vacation, however during my stay in Viola I was impressed! From very first moment people show extra caring, all of them are helpful and friendly, in addition to the clean well designed room and the perfect location. Highly recommended 👌

Parking is not easy to find

THE BEST I CAN SAY IS “A HOME AWAY” FROM MY HOME IN MADINAH

NOTHING

EVERYTHING: 1) RECEPTIONISTS 2) HOUSE KEEPING ESPECIALLY MUHAMMAD 3) THE CALMNESS OF THE NEIGHBORHOOD 4) THE NONSTOP PROVISION OF TEA AND WATER 5) WELCOMING AND ACCOMPANYING MY GUEST IF I EVER GET ANY VISITOR THE BEST I CAN SAY IS “A HOME AWAY” FROM MY HOME IN MADINAH

good accommodation arrangements during our stay. Everything was well organized, comfortable, and met our expectations.

I would also like to extend special thanks to Mohamed for his great support, professionalism, and continuous assistance throughout the arrangement

Very little. It was located in a dirty neighborhood with dogs that barked through the night and was difficult to reach due to the sheer amount of cars that were double parked

The property itself was dreadful. The walls were so thin that you could hear your neighbors or anyone use the elevator. The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped and the shower wouldn’t provide hot water.

Confortável e bem localizado. Zona nova do Cairo

Everything was great! the staff, the area, the apartment. We really enjoyed our stay here. Also, a big thank you to Mohammed, he was very helpful and always very responsive whenever we needed anything. Would definitely stay here again, and would recommend too.

This wasn't a massive issue, but there was a leak in the bathroom that could be slippery if you aren't careful

I rented a studio apartment and it was very clean and the bed and the sofa was comfortable. The service was excellent and available 24/7, and the location was great.

They need just to add a table for mirror to but things

It was very clean, comfortable and cozy to come back to every night after a long day of activities. It’s located in a good place inside new cairo and is easy to find. The staff are very friendly. Even the people helping on text with bookings and all are polite. They let me extend my check out slightly for no additional cost too
