La localisation était très bien, situé au nouveau Caire nous étions à 15min d’un grand centre commercial. Finalement, le personnel était irréprochable. Reviewed Aug 27, 2026Freundliches Personal. Auch unsere Anfrage nach einer Reinigung für unsere Kleidung wurde professionell behandelt.
Ohne eigenes Auto etwas schwierig. Auch indrive hat Probleme die Location zu finden. Im ersten Zimmer gab es einen sehr unangenehmen Geruch weshalb wir dann umzogen. Keine Einkaufs oder Frühstücksmöglichkeiten in unmittelbarer Nähe. Man muss ca 10-15 Minuten laufen und eine äußerst "gefährliche" Straße überqueren um an die Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten zu gelangen.

I hated that my husband and I arrived from our super long flights from NY that we were greeted with nothing more than a frown and a dirty look by the reception person Mohamed Demo. My husband and I were at a loss of words, we had stayed at the 250 at least a half a dozen times over the last 2 years and never did we encounter such a disgusting encounter with the staff. We weren’t going to let him ruin our long awaited vacation- so we tried to avoid seeing this person when we’d come in and out- I did make a complaint to the manager about the pattern treatment by Mr Deemo. I thought the issue was resolved until we arrived at the 2nd portion of our stay returning to the 250, and no other than the same man was sitting behind the desk- he didn’t utter a greeting or even a hello! Just a nasty stare-my husband and I were wondering what’s his problem?! Hours later at dinner, my husband blurted out “you know that guy Mo Deemo really got to me” he said he looked at me with disgust and judgement when he went back in to drop off additional bags. A receptionist at a hotel shouldn’t be the topic at dinner- but it’s because he was so rude and so arrogant WE are very very decent people who are extremely well mannered and polished and work for world renowned companies. I hate having to write such horrible feedback when everyone else there works so hard and I considered the 250 as my home away from home...but I think I’m ready to move out because I refuse to be treated like we’re not welcomed and that our money is no good enough for this establishment. Also the amount of toddlers screaming out of control in the middle of the night with no discipline is disrespectful to all guests and staff! I pay to have the right to peace and sleep.

The sound insulation is not very good. The children's play in the corridor and the ringing of the front desk can wake people up.

Nous sommes arrivés trop tôt mais nous avons pu nous reposer un peu dans le hall, nous changer et filer à nos activités. Nos affaires on été installés dans notre chambre et le soir tout était installé et en ordre ! La piscine est fraîche et cela fait du bien après une longue journée de balade

There’s no wardrobe or closet to hang clothes in the room, with the luggage left on the floor the room was too tight to walk around in. WiFi was inconsistent. Hot water in the shower was inconsistent and would constantly flip to cold water and back to hot.

Reviewed Jul 21, 2026We highly recommend this hotel! We arrived very late, at 3 a.m., yet the staff greeted us warmly and assisted smoothly with check-in. The property is a villa with simple yet elegant interiors. We especially loved our room: the high ceilings create an open, uplifting atmosphere. A mini-fridge and microwave are provided for guests’ convenience. Complimentary treats are offered: Oreo cookies, SPUDS crisps, two cans of soft drinks and two bottles of mineral water. The bed is wonderfully comfortable, and we enjoyed excellent sleep throughout our stay. During check-out, staff kindly asked if we would like tea or coffee to enjoy before leaving, with no rush at all. We are very thankful to the hotel manager Mr. Mohamed Salah. He went above and beyond to make us feel completely at home.

Reviewed Jul 12, 2026All the personnel were very friendly and willing to help. The accommodation and the surrounding area feel safe, and you have some small shops at walking distance, together with bigger malls and food courts (less than 10min by car). The swimming pool is small but very nice and quiet. Rooms are clean, services all work as advertised, and the staff are happy to sort you out with some refreshments or snacks at any time, which we were really thankful for. The area is chill and not very touristy, noisy or downtown like Cairo center or Giza. We went to visit the usual (Pyramids, Museum, Bazar) early in the morning (around 7.30AM). We called a ride (uber) and had no trouble getting there in 35-40min. We would/will come back here in the future!

Mohamed Salah patiently introduced me to great places to eat nearby and showed me the beautiful swimming pool. Before I left, he even told me I could take the snacks from the table with me. Such a thoughtful gesture! It was truly a wonderful experience, and his kindness made my stay even more enjoyable.

In the hot Cairo summer, the pool water is cold, which is perfectly normal, even desirable but there is no heating option.

There is construction next door which was a bit noisy but not unbearable. The wifi was a bit unstable but was fixed quickly.

Reviewed May 29, 2026Хорошие апартаменты. Белье и полотенца чистые, в хорошем состоянии. Персонал очень отзывчивый, быстро отвечают на просьбы. Район спальный, тихий. Могут помешать крепкому сну только стаи собак. Но это повсеместная проблема. Недалеко много кафе и ресторанов, но пешком не дойти, т.к. не перейти трассу, пешеходные светофоры не работают.
Чистота не идеальная, ковры и ковролин были убраны плохо. В описании заявлено наличие фена, туалетных принадлежностей, тапочки и т.д. Все это при заселении отсутствовало, мы попросили у персонала тапочки, их тут же предоставили, остальное было с собой. Однако если эти вещи заявлены в описании, они должны быть в номере при заселении. На мини кухне был набор столовых приборов на одну персону, а нас трое)). Но все это мелочи, в целом все отлично. Если персонал устранит их, апартаменты будут великолепными.
