Reviewed Sep 12, 2026Πολύ όμορφος και προσεγμένος χώρος, καθαρός και άνετος, σε πολύ ωραία τοποθεσία στη Ρώμη. Η διαμονή μας ήταν πολύ ευχάριστη και όλα ήταν όπως τα περιμέναμε. Η κοπέλα που μας υποδέχτηκε ήταν πολύ ευγενική, χαμογελαστή και εξυπηρετική. Θα χαρούμε πολύ να ξαναμείνουμε εκεί σε επόμενη επίσκεψή μας στη Ρώμη. Το προτείνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα!
Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που να μη μας άρεσε. Όλα ήταν καταπληκτικά και μείναμε απόλυτα ευχαριστημένοι από τη διαμονή μας!

Reviewed Sep 5, 2026Perfekte Lage für einen Städtetrip. Sehr nettes Personal. Frühstück wird in einem besonderen Kaffeehaus ganz in der Nähe serviert (allerdings ist vorgegeben, was man bekommt).
Da direkt vor der Eingangstür ein Restaurant seinen Aussensitzbereich hat muss man immer an den dort sitzenden und essenden Gästen vorbei.

Reviewed Aug 31, 2026Top Lage, Trevi Brunnen und Pantheon in nur wenigen Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Shoppingmeile direkt auf der Hauptstrasse. Mit dem Bus vom Bahnhof Termini direkt zu erreichen. Das Haus mit dem Zimmer ist in einer Seitenstrasse. Pizzeria, Eisdiele direkt in der Strasse. Das Frühstück gab es in einem sehr schönen Kaffee und war sehr lecker. Es gab ein heisses Getränk, Saft, Cornetto und ein Toastsandwich. Wir hatten das kleine Zimmer, sehr gemütlich alles für den Aufenthalt vorhanden, eigenes Badezimmer mit Dusche. Das Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend, sie gingen zu 100% auf unsere Bedürfnisse ein.

Reviewed Aug 13, 2026Ubicación inmejorable, a menos de 5 minutos de la fontana di trevi, nos gustó mucho la atención recibida por parte de Ekaterina, fue muy amable y servicial, además la habitación estaba impecable, era moderna y tenían muchos detalles con los huéspedes como zapatillas, agua gratis en el minibar, té y café etc. El desayuno que aparece incluido en la reserva en una cafetería cercana es más que suficiente, incluye zumo, café, dos sándwich mixtos y cruasán. Todo esto hizo que nuestra estancia fuera de 10!

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Minden nagyon tetszett, nagyon jó helyen volt, minden közel volt, tisztaság, jó felszereltsèg! Minibar folyamatosan újra volt töltve, nem került plusz költségbe. Születésnap alkalmából egy kedves gesztussal is készültek, pár kedves sort írtak egy papírra köszöntésképp, mellé pezsgő. Ekaterina egy igazán kedves, nagyon szimpatikus segítőkész személy volt aki fogadott minket a szálláson! Mindent köszönünk!☺️ Mindenkinek ajánlom aki Róma belvàrosàt szeretné elsősorban megnézni, pár perc sétára van a szállás a Pantheon és a Trevi kút között, jobbnál jobb éttermek, koktélbárok, kávézók között☺️Szuper vàlasztás volt!

Reviewed Jul 25, 2026Good communication before arrival. Ekaterina who works in the reception is helpful, welcoming and friendly. Modern, clean room in an historic building. Good AC, mini fridge with free drinks filled daily. My room had an inner courtyard window so not really a view but it was super quiet for a good nights sleep. The location was 5 star….restaurants right outside the front door, shops, historical sights are all in walking distance. I would stay there again.
You must be able to climb stairs!

Mobila noua, buna, patul cu saltea semi-dura perfectă. Locație excelentă la 5 minute de fântâna Trevi, 5 minute de pantheon si 15 minute de colloseum. Stație de autobuz fix in față
In fata locației era o șatra de țigani cu alba neagra

Istruzioni per il ritiro chiavi molto dettagliate. La posizione è top, centrale a tutto e facilmente raggiungibile.
La doccia perde tanta acqua dal piano, allagando così mezzo bagno. Peccato anche per la colazione dover andare in una struttura esterna.

Reviewed Jun 25, 2026Il nostro soggiorno di tre giorni a Roma è stato davvero fantastico e desideriamo complimentarci sinceramente con tutto lo staff per la straordinaria ospitalità, la cortesia e l'impeccabile pulizia della stanza. Ci siamo sentiti coccolati come a casa sin dal primo momento. La posizione è semplicemente un sogno e strategicamente perfetta per visitare a piedi le meraviglie del centro storico di Roma: in pochi minuti si raggiungono il Pantheon e Piazza Navona, e con una piacevole passeggiata si arriva facilmente sia verso il Vaticano e Castel Sant'Angelo, sia sul versante dei Fori Imperiali e del Colosseo. Non avremmo potuto chiedere di meglio per questo viaggio. Consigliatissimo, torneremo sicuramente!

Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Ubicación inmejorable: - A menos de 5 minutos de la Fontana y del Panteón. - Parada de autobús a escasos metros. - Restaurantes al lado de la puerta de acceso y en los alrededores. Habitación: - Amplia y limpia. - Cama cómoda. Personal: - Ekaterina es un encanto y está siempre disponible para resolver cualquier duda.
El único pero es que la habitación estaba orientada a un patio interior muy pequeño y no entraba casi nada de luz natural. Las habitaciones se encuentran en una segunda planta sin ascensor. Para nosotros no fue un problema, pero puede serlo para otras personas.

Reviewed Jun 19, 2026Naprosto skvělá ochota personálu, nebyl problém zařídit transport z letiště. Nebyl žádný problém se na něco zeptat. A mohli jsme si tam poslední den nechat zavazadla. Uplně užasné pohodlné postele. Čisto a uklizeno. a samozřejmě ta skvělá obří snídaně v kavárně. Poloha uplně skvělá. o 2 ulice dál byla fontána Di Trevi, o kus dál Panteon a autobusová zastávka jen pár desítek metrů.

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Emplacement ideal entre le pantheon et la fontaine de Trevi. La chambre donnait sur une petite cour donc très calme malgré la localisation. Petit déjeuner dans un bar à proximité, sur la place Pietra avec vue sur le temple d'Hadrien. Les chambres et sanitaires sont très propres. Communication facile avec la responsable Ekatarina par Whatsapp.
Parce qu'il faut trouver quelque chose à dire: il ne s'agit effectivement que d'une chambre: pas d'autre pièce où se poser (l'accueil se fait dans le couloir au milieu des chambres). Si vous voulez passer du temps à l'hôtel pour vous y détendre ce n'est pas la bonne adresse, par contre si votre but est de visiter un maximum et de n'avoir besoin que d'un endroit ou vous poser le soir pour dormier et prendre votre petit dejeuner, c'est parfait!

Reviewed Jun 15, 2026Breakfast at Antico Caffeterria was wonderful, only a hundred yard walk from the guest house.. Ekaterina was a charming and efficient host, attentive and effective in dealing with everything. Room spacious by Euro standards.
Entrance off the Via Pieta is horrible, walking by trash bins in a dark, dingy hallway. We were warned there was no lift; the hike up multiple flights of stairs not pleasant, especially on arrival, with luggage. Directions to hotel were poor.

Reviewed Jun 9, 2026La localización de las habitaciones es muy buena y aunque se encuentra en una calle de mucha afluencia no se escuchan muchos ruidos y se puede descansar. La habitación era muy cómoda también había un pequeño minibar gratuito. El desayuno excelente en una cafetería muy cerca del hotel con un horario muy adecuado. Ekaterina se puso en contacto con nosotros antes del alojamiento y nos recibió en él, ha sido muy amable en todo momento. Probablemente en nuestra próxima visita a Roma volvamos a alojarnos en el mismo sitio.

O apartamento ficava no 2o andar e não tinha elevador. Apesar da Ekaterina ter ajudado a descer a bagagem, com muita bagagem pode ser problema

Reviewed May 27, 2026Cleanness, location, staff. You are close to everything in Rome, the staff is always there to support you during your stay. The included breakfast was a game changer during my stay. I got room number 1 and I did not hear anything from the street.
If you are coming with a lot of stuff, you have to go up some stairs.

The booking did not say no elevator. We got an email the night before telling us no elevator and on 2nd floor. 2nd floor in Italy like 3rd floor in US. Hard steps to walk, plus luggage. Cannot stay there again. If we didn’t have our strong grandson we would have been scrambling for a different hotel. No front desk either. More like ABNB.

Reviewed May 23, 2026Obiekt bardzo przeciętny, wejście nieciekawe bo na wejściu usytuowane śmietniki. Pokoj miałam nad restauracją więc bardzo głośno do nocy i od wczesnego ranka zabieranie szkła i wielki hałas. Obiekt ogólnie bardzo przeciętny bez do fantastycznego to brakuje.
Hałas , śmieci na wejściu, stan prysznica z którego woda leciała na całą łazienkę

Reviewed May 22, 2026La camera e il bagno erano decisamente spaziosi, confortevoli e stilosi, dal design moderno e cozy (esattamente come in foto). La camera era pulita e fornita di bevande fresche. La temperatura ideale. Posizione davvero fantastica, in pieno centro, ma silenziosa (noi eravamo al 2° piano); tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche e piazze raggiungibili a piedi, metro Barberini. Sotto al palazzo una vasta scelta di ristoro (noi abbiamo cenato alla Locanda del tempio). La colazione è stata divina: ottima spremuta d'arancia fresca, toast gustosi, croissant squisite e buoni cappuccini, all'Antica caffetteria, molto carina. Dulcis in fundo, Ekaterina è stata una host deliziosa: super gentile, disponibile, generosa, presente nell'immediato (al bisogno), precisa e puntuale. Perciò un grazie di cuore va a lei, che ci ha accolti fin dall'inizio col suo sorriso gentile e ha saputo rendere il nostro soggiorno semplice (il deposito bagagli ci ha molto facilitato negli spostamenti in città) e perfetto sotto ogni punto di vista!

Reviewed May 20, 2026Es war ein wunderbarer Aufenthalt, Der Kontakt mit Ekatarina war tadellos. Sie antwortete sofort und half bei allen Fragen weiter. Die Organisation des Flughafentransfer war sehr gut. Wir würden auf jeden Falle wiederkommen. Wir hatten Anfangs etwas Probleme die Unterkunft zu finden, war dann aber schnell geklärt. Die Lage ist wirklich sensationell insbesondere zu dem angebotenen Preis. Wir haben kein einziges Mal einen Transport benötigt, alles fußläufig zu erreichen. Ein perfekter Ausgangspunkt für den Städtetrip in Rom.
Es gab absolut nichts zu beanstanden. Das einzige ist vielleicht für Menschen, die nicht so gut zu Fuß sind, die Lage im 2. OG. Das könnte unter Umständen herausfordernd sein.
