L'emplacement, l'appartement confortable.

Comptabiliser le nombre de rouleaux de papier hygiénique. Deux rouleaux pour 3 nuitées pour 5 personnes. 1 rouleau remis après en avoir redemander. Après il faut aller en acheter en magasin. Le congélateur débranché en arrivant donc flaque d'eau par terre. Étagère qui ne tient pas au mur, obligé de mettre des livres pour la soutenir. Produits de douche un peu juste.

Świetna lokalizacja, doskonale skomunikowany punkt w mieście, bezpieczna okolica mimo bliskości dworca centralnego. Pomocna i przyjazna obsługa w recepcji. Nowoczesny i czysty apartament. Wspaniały był widok z okien oraz obecność balkonu. Jacuzzi w strefie wspólnej na dachu także było świetnym udogodnieniem. Polecam serdecznie!!!

The staff was very nice, friendly and helpful, the apartment was on great location near the central station, bran new and clean, with all the utilities inside. The bathroom was big and commode clean and new and the terase was with a great view and jacuzzi

Abbiamo soggiornato per 3 giorni a Palermo nella Multisuite Solemar. La suite era composta da due stanze con cucina a induzione inclusa e un bel balcone che affaccia sulla strada vicino alla stazione ferroviaria. La stanza era pulita ,dotata ti condizionatore però la stanza della cucina dove è presente anche il secondo letto,non arrivando il getto d’ aria, nelle ore di punta della giornata tende a riscaldarsi notevolmente. Per il resto la struttura è nuova e situata nel centro di Palermo.

Ho chiesto delle asciugamani pulite il terzo giorno del mio soggiorno,(neanche il secondo) però per il cambio di asciugamani costava 10 euro,prezzo un po esagerato per un asciugamano grande e una piccola. In quasi tutte le strutture dove sono stato,anche molto più piccole, il cambio di asciugamani era incluso nel soggiorno.

Gli appartamenti sono puliti e carini! La vicinanza alla stazione per me è il suo punto di forza! Le vasche idromassaggio sono un più, interessante!

Obiekt bardzo blisko dworca centralnego, sklepu czy kawiarni. Do centru na nogach blisko. Apartament przestronny, kuchnia wyposażona w podstawowe naczynia. Apartament dobrze wygłuszony, nie słychać ulicy przy zamkniętych oknach.

Kosmetyki w apartamencie w ilości niewystarczającej dla wynajmujących osób, obsługa mogłaby szybciej reagować na wiadomości.

On nous promet 2 jacuzzis. Très déçu de voir qu ils ne fonctionnent pas qd on arrive alors qu ils en font la promotion sur le site booking... Manque d ustensiles de vaisselles. Appartement pour 3 super mais pas pour 5. Le clic clac horrible. Matelas tres fin. On sent toutes les barres. Très mal dormi

The apartment was very clean and had everything we needed. The balcony and terrace were gorgeous. Location was great, walking distance to the centre. The host was very friendly and helpful. Very kindly allowed us to check out a little later due to our flight time!

Brudne boki tapicerki łóżka dla dzieci. Kabina prysznicowa nie dość że brudna to zagrażający podczas korzystania ( odpadające boki ścianek kabiny prysznicowej)Klimatyzacja znajduje się w przedpokoju zamiast pokojach.

Było czysto, plus za piękny widok i jakuzzi na dachu :) stacja kolejowa w pobliżu.

Miło było by mieć jakąś półkę w łazience, bo przy pobycie dłuższym niż 2 dni robi się niewygodnie :)

Tudo perfeito! Alojamento incrível, com tudo o necessário, muito central, ao lado da estação que dá imenso jeito, e a pé do centro histórico. A vista do terraço é maravilhosa. Adorámos!

Queríamos muito ter usado os jacuzzis mas não conseguimos pois estavam muito sujos.

Apartman uredan, čist, sve unutra relativno novo. Ima plus i mikrovalnu, aparat za kavu i na krovu dva đakuzija s terasom.Također ima i vešmašinu što je super ako zatreba.Blizina centralnog kolodvora je odlična stvar.

Manjka pokoji ormarić i vješalica za ostaviti stvari .

Proche de la station

Le problème de salle de bain et de la machine a café on a signalé le problème mais l'établissement ne réagit pas aucun respect ni professionnel. Le message est vu mais sans réponse,dans les commentaires des clients précédents, c'était le même problème .les coussins sales et le matelas qui fait mal au dos plus les chaises de salle a manger du plastique pas confortable.

Pas grand chose

-lit inconfortable -manque de flexibilité de l’hotel -aucune convivialité: pas de capsules de café, pas de sel, pas de poivre, rien pour cuisiner, pas de thé, une seule petite bouteille d’eau à partager par deux personnes -bruit venant de la rue -pas très propre -fauteuil très sale -douche pas propre -pas de boite de mouchoirs -partir à 10h stricte même si on arrive le premier jour la nuit (aucune flexibilité, aucun sens du commerce) -rooftop est très sale! La douche ne fonctionne pas, les toilettes sont deguelasse, le jacuzzi ne sert a rien car trop sale -l’ascenseur est sale et souvent occupé

The apartment is absolute ok, the check in was easy. Location is really nice it was easy to find a parking spot.

There were a party on the rooftop till 5 am, because the suite is on the 8th floor and the rooftop is on the 9th it was extreamly noisy. When i booked the apartment i checked the opening hours and it was from 8-20, but it seems someone has an access to the rooftop. If someone would like to sleep well better to not choose this suite.

La terrasse, le grand lit, l’appartement est entièrement climatisé, il y a de l’espace c’est lumineux.

Nous avons trouvé la propreté très limitée (la terrasse en l’occurrence et le reste était correct mais sans plus). Il manquait de basiques dans la cuisine.

Świetna lokalizacja przy centrum komunikacyjnym, dworzec autobusowy i stacja kolejowa, ulica cicha, spokojna. Wejście bezproblemowe na kod, mieszkanko czyste i przestronne, świetnie wyposażone. Kontakt przez WhatsApp bezproblemowy. Jacuzzi na dachu świetne, dostępne na kod. Nie jest to winą wynajmującego, ale takie ostrzeżenie dla podróżujących na Sycylię. ... tam remontują ulice nocą!! Byliśmy 3 noce i 3 noce trwał remont ;) ale to już nasze osobiste szczeście ;). Mieszkanie na szczęście dobrze wygłuszone, więc po zamknięciu okien nie było jakoś szczególnie słychać.

Niewygodna rozkładana kanapa w salonie, krzywa. Nastolatki dały rade spać, ale sądzę, że ktoś starszy wstałby połamany.

Was a smell at times from the drains - not much the property can do but it was quite pungent at times

La situation géographique est top. Très facile pour se déplacer que ce soit en voiture ou en transports publics. Pour rejoindre l’aéroport également. Le centre historique est vraiment proche également à pied. L’appartement est très grand et fonctionnel. Le roof top est génial aussi.

La porte de la douche est vraiment vieille et pas très fonctionnelle. Il manque peut être un peu de décoration aux murs…. Cest un peu impersonnel. La personne de contact a été inexistante et muette pendant nos 3 jours dans l’établissement. Elle m’a contacté par watsapp avant le Check in et etait très proactive pour faire notre arrivée par ce biais le + rapidement possible mais dès qu’elle nous a donné les clés, elle a disparu et n’a plus jamais répondu à aucun message. Nous avions normalement la possibilité de laisser nos bagages en stockage pour la journée et elle ne nous a pas permis d’avoir ce service. Jai dû payer 14€ à l’extérieur.

Sauberkeit ,Möbel abgenutzt,Bett zu klein, Schlafzimmer winzig. Im Badezimmer stinkt etwas sehr, sehr unbequeme und durchgesessen Sofa, Terrasse nicht gereinigt.

The place was clean and the location a few steps from the train station was ideal for day excursions.

A szállás elhelyezkedése nagyon jó: pár perc sétára található a központi vasútállomás, ahonnan könnyen eljutottunk a környező városokba és a reptérre. A szállásadó mindenben a segítségünkre volt.

Januári időszakban voltunk, így a szobák picit hidegek voltak amikor megérkeztünk. Klímával pár óra alatt viszont be tudtunk fűteni.

Super lokalizacja blisko stacji PKP, i autobusów, wyjście na taras z widokiem na miasto i blisko restauracje gdzie można było coś zjeść. Klima działająca w tym terminie noce były jeszcze chłodne.

Pobyt 4 noce i 4 osoby a w łazience było tylko półtorej rolki papieru musieliśmy sami kupować. Brak ręcznika papierowego w kuchni , spadające drzwiczka szafki od lodówki, tylko jedno gniazdko działało w kuchni, i krainie wina nie było nawet działającego korkociągu.

The apartment is in an excellent location, only about a 5-minute walk from the main station. The building itself is beautiful and renovated. The terrace is the apartment's greatest asset—very spacious, a corner layout, and offering breathtaking views. We weren't disturbed by any street noise. The place is relatively spacious and clean. Both rooms have air conditioning that also works for heating. Amenities include a washing machine, microwave, a kitchen area with an oven, and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The Wi-Fi is quite fast, and the TV is large enough with plenty of channels; you can also connect your own device via HDMI. The interior design is modern and tasteful. Conclusion: I would recommend Apartment 8.1 for 2 people maximum, as the terrace is a huge plus. However, at €200 per night, it is quite overpriced considering the service and flaws.

Check-in is scheduled from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. The host sends a rule stating that a "customer care" person will meet you to handle all formalities, noting a €30 fee for late check-in after 8:00 PM. My contact person was Lisa, who was supposed to meet us at the reception shortly after 5:00 PM. However, after landing at Palermo airport, I received a message saying she had other duties and I had to do a self-check-in. This involved sending personal data and paying the local city tax via a payment gateway. Only then did she send the codes for the main entrance and the key lockbox. I honestly don't understand if they charge €30 just for WhatsApp communication, and frankly, I feel I should be the one asking for a refund (a reflective statement). I find this approach quite bold. In another message from Fabian, I was informed of a requirement to take the trash to the bins in the courtyard daily. Given the amount of ants crawling throughout the apartment—including the bed—I understand the precaution, but they should address the ant infestation itself instead. Furthermore, we were provided with only one trash bag for a 6-night stay; to follow their rule, I would have had to buy more at my own expense. Another issue in the kitchen was the poorly angled drain hose under the sink, causing it to drain very slowly. The "highlight" was a foul-smelling microfiber cloth left behind by a previous guest (or perhaps there much longer). The kitchenware is sparse; for instance, a cutting board is missing. Fabian also told me there was a DeLonghi capsule machine NS, but it is actually a Krups, so the capsules we bought in advance were useless. The apartment critically lacks storage space. In the bathroom, there is nowhere to put toiletries in the shower and very little space by the sink. There is a walk-in closet area in the bedroom, but instead of shelves, there is only a rolling garment rack for a few items. In the open-plan living area, there is a sofa bed.

Sam obiekt pozostawia trochę do życzenia. Cieknąca spłuczka, zepsuta kabina prysznicowa. To 2 małe mankamenty. Poza tym wszystko ok.

Świetny hotel! Czysto, wygodnie i bardzo miła obsługa. Na pewno wrócimy 😊

Clean and new.

We have troubles to enter flat due mechanical issue with doors but nobody answered for messages. We arrived at cca 23:30 so we had to find out how to enter by ourselfs.

L'appartamento era grande, luminoso e nuovo. La posizione comoda per chi arriva a Palermo in treno o aereo per la vicinanza alla stazione centrale.

Mancanza del bidet e di prodotti da bagno (nei servizi offerti dell'appartamento erano previsti), la camera da letto appena arrivati era molto fredda (è presente solo un climatizzatore nel soggiorno/cucina) e non molto silenziosa.

Polecam! Byłyśmy w 3 osoby na 6 dni. Apartamenty przy samym dworcu i przystanku tramwajowym, zaraz obok znakomita knajpka na śniadania (słodkie i słone), sklep "wszystko po 1euro". Doskonała baza wypadowa do zwiedzania całego Palermo👌 pokój duży ładny i zadbany, dużo luster, zamykane sypialnie. Na 3-4 osoby idealny👌 Kontakt z właścicielem tez super, udało nam sie zameldować 3h wcześniej co dla nas było zbawieniem po przylocie o 10🤭

Jedynie to bardzo głośno. Bez stoperów bym nie spała, pomimo zamkniętych okien było wszystko słychać. Nie wiem jak tu w lato przy otwartym balkonie można funkcjonować 😅 Brakowało też kapsułek do ekspresu, nawet jednej nie było 😞 były tylko 2 kieliszki do wina co na 3 osoby było słabe🤷‍♀️

Przez cały pobyt okno w pokoju było nieszczelne, nie dało się go zamknąć, byliśmy zmuszeni spać w ubraniach, po zgłoszeniu do obsługi oczywiście nic z tym nie zrobiono, bo brakowało części do naprawienia okna. Kontakt z obsługą utrudniony. Nie było też ciepłej wody pierwszego dnia.

Perfekte Lage beim Bahnhof und bei den innerstädtischen Bussen. Supermarkt und Bäcker ganz in der Nähe. Lisa an der Rezeption war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.

Heizung bzw. Klimaanlage nur im Vorzimmer, dadurch im Winter etwas kalt in den Zimmern.

A kanapé ágy nem a legkényelmesebb,de 3 éjszakára kibírható.

Ubytování pěkné, čisté. Lokalita u nádraží parádní, uskutečnili jsme odtud pár výletů. Do centra kousek. Chtěla bych ještě jednou poděkovat panu Ruslanovi. Onemocněla nám tam maminka a velmi nám pomohl. Pokud se budeme vracet do Palerma, tak se tady opět ubytujeme. Přeji mnoho dalších spokojených klientů, jako jsme byli my.

Buena ubicación, cerca de la estación cómodo para hacer escapadas desde Palermo. Bien de limpieza y espacio, y de precio. Perfecto para ir con tu grupo de amigos, para ir con pareja o familia también lo veo genial.

L espace et la décoration moderne. L appartement est très bien équipé. De plus, l appartement est très bien situé pour visiter la ville. L hôte nous a fourni des adresses de restaurant, de visites… si besoin.

Rien

L’appartement est globalement propre. Il est placé à proximité de la gare centrale, pratique pour se déplacer. Des commerces à 5min à pieds pour pouvoir faire des petites courses. La chambre séparée est un point important. Il y a un chauffage/climatisation.

La porte intérieure ne ferme pas à clé, l’électricité marche avec la clé de la porte, pas pratique une fois que c’est branché. Lorsque l’on sort de l’appartement, la ventilation ne fonctionne plus et il y a une odeur horrible d’humidité lorsque n’y revient quelques heures plus tard. La literie n’est pas très confortable et les rideaux n’occultent rien, il fait jour même la nuit. L’insonorisation est très très mauvaise, on entend les discussions des voisins ainsi que les chaises qui bougent et je ne parle même pas des voitures stationnées au feu rouge en bas, avec les klaxons et les musiques à fond jusqu’à pas d’heure dans la nuit. La cuisine est très pauvre en équipement, une seule prise pour la machine à café et le micro-onde, un seule prise verre à pieds, un fait tout seulement alors qu’il y a 4 plaques de cuissons, quel est l’intérêt ? Dernier point nous n’avons pas été informé des horaires du rooftop et n’avons pas pu en profiter du tout, nous ne savons même pas à quoi cela ressemble alors qu’il est compris dans le prix de la chambre. L’hôtel est très bien placé pour la journée, accès rapide au centre ville et commerce ainsi que la gare centrale, en revanche la nuit le quartier est très peu sécurisant.
