Wow, I felt very luck to have found this place. It’s a hidden gem inside the chaos of the city center. They were super helpful with whatever we needed, and everything was always very clean. AC works amazing in the rooms, we booked the Hortensia Suite and it was super spacious! You can walk to anywhere from there. Their mint tea is delicious!!

You pay the price for the convinience. Their big bottle of water is 4€ and you get a 6 pack of that for the same price just next to in the little shop on the street. All together it was very overpriced for the extra food or drinks and massage. We ended up going to a Spa instead and got a full package of hammam and massage for the same price they sell a 1 hour massage. Also, cars cannot come in this street so you have to organise the taxi for the extrance of the street and walk in and out with big luggages (although the staff is very helpful and help you carry everything, which we loved). The breakfast is not great, you get bread and fruit and vegetables but one very conserning thing is (we asked), they do wash their veggies and fruits with their tap water. That is not good for turists so would be nice to be more careful and rinse at least with clean water.

Splendido Riad, profumatissimo, aperto da pochi anni, in una delle migliori vie della Medina di Marrakesh, nel quartiere Mouassine. Stanze spaziose e arredate con cura. Piscina sul rooftop ottimale per ristorarsi dopo lunghe passeggiate al caldo. Personale accogliente e disponibile.

Quelli che elencherò non sono dettagli che hanno influito negativamente sul mio soggiorno ma piccoli suggerimenti rivolti alla struttura. La sera la porta del Riad e’ chiusa e capisco che sia fatto per motivi di sicurezza però ritengo necessario fornire agli ospiti le chiavi o, in alternativa, dotare la struttura di un videocitofono (o di un ingresso con codice PIN). I portieri di notte fanno da spola tra l’ingresso e il rooftop ritardando di qualche minuto l’apertura (che per chi aspetta, appare molto di più). Inoltre, doterei la stanza di appendi-asciugamani perché non sai proprio dove appoggiarli.

The location and staff were great.

I guess all breakfast in raids are the same which is all sweet.

Our daughters and partner stayed here during our 4 day visit to Marrakech, while we stayed in Riad Joya nearby. The Manager was exceptionally helpful to secure another room for us at this very busy (Easter) time. The Riad is located on a main street, passage so easily located/accessible and a wonderful base to experience the Medina life. There is an attractive roof terrace restaurant and bar, as well as well organized massage/hammam facilities.

Everything was perfect

Nous avons adoré cette belle adresse dans la médina et la recommandons chaleureusement à toutes les personnes souhaitant passer un merveilleux moment dans un Riad plein de charme. Le personnel est adorable. Le petit déjeuner sur la terrasse est délicieux. Et le bassin chauffé un vrai plus pour apprécier une baignade après une longue journée.

We had a terrible experience at Riad La moussine. We booked a premium room, which looked beautiful. However, we soon realised that it was next to an electricity generator who was on all day and night. During the night, it was impossible to sleep, as the generator would switch on and off every few minutes making loud noises. For two consecutive nights we could not sleep at all, waking up multiple times. We reported it on both night and the people at reception said they would ‘make some calls’. Although they were nice and polite, they were very inexperienced and didn’t solve the issue. The management was no where to be seen, and when I asked to contact us, we never received any communications. Eventually, for our third and last night, we booked a different riad, and we finally had a comfortable night sleep.

This Riad failed us: we just wanted a comfortable bed to sleep at night and enjoy Marrakesh during the day. Because of the constant noise of the electricity generator, we had to move out to a different property.

Le matelas du lit une personne trop dur. Une odeur désagréable dans la chambre sûrement dû aux pluies.

Nichts. Es war perfekt!

La gentillesse du personnel. Tout le personnel a été incroyablement gentil et chaleureux : la cheffe, les femmes de chambres, les responsables à l'accueil et au service. Vraiment la vraie hospitalité Marocaine. Nous avions notre bébé avec nous, tout le monde a été aux petits soins pour lui. Un vrai bonheur ! La piscine chauffée sur le toit : un plaisir ! Le secteur : en pleine Medina nous avons tout fait à pied c'était très pratique.

La baignoire dans notre chambre était cassée, impossible de prendre un bain sans inonder la pièce. Cela n'a pas été simple de baigner notre bébé dans la douche. Le hammam n'est pas tout le temps en fonctionnement, il faut demander à l'avance pour qu'on l'allume.

O quarto cá de baixo estava com cheiro intenso a esgoto e é uma grande diferença face aos quartos de cima em termos de tamanho, face a diferença do preço entre ambos

Ontbijt was lekker (wel alles met veel suiker) en werd genuttigd op de rooftop.

Located very central, nice hosts, rooms were cozy decorated.

From an European point - breakfast was very sweet mostly cake in different forms. Fitness area was not really an area - rather a treadmill not working, a dusty row machine, and a few dumbbells. Rooms were small, first one had issues with sewer, second rooms (got another) was in 2 floors - tiny living.

Posizione eccellente nel cuore della Medina. Personale fantastico e camera suite molto spaziosa e accogliente. Ci tornerò sicuramente!

La colazione é inclusa , quindi una cosa molto buona ma non é molto ampia come scelta.

All’inizio eravamo indecisi se scegliere un Riad o un hotel internazionale, adesso possiamo dire che è stata decisamente la decisione migliore. È un esperienza irripetibile che ti aiuta ad immergerti nella cultura marocchina. Riad recentemente rinnovato. Personale gentilissimo e professionale. Tutti sempre disponibili ad aiutarti. Posizione molto buona e centrale. Tutte le attrazioni e musei sono raggiungibili a piedi. La via non è raggiungibile in macchina, ma è a 2 minuti di distanza da una porta della Medina. La strada è frequentata giorno e sera, ci sono negozi, ristoranti e anche una farmacia. Non ci sono problemi se si rientra tardi. Stanze molto spaziose, pulite e silenziose. Materasso king size e medio/rigido. Bottigliette d’acqua tutti i giorni. Tè alla menta disponibile a tutte le ore del giorno. La colazione è inclusa, cosa che non si capisce bene su booking.com, se vuoi puoi aggiungere pranzo e/o cena. C’è una terrazza abbastanza grande con piscina, palestra, spa e hammam. Il mio giudizio è estremamente positivo, vorrei ritornarci ☺️

Difficile trovare qualcosa che non mi è piaciuto. L’unica cosa che si potrebbe migliorare è che non si ha la chiave per il Riad. La sera bisogna sempre citofonare e ti vengono ad aprire la porta. Probabilmente è una misura di sicurezza per assicurarsi che la porta venga sempre chiusa e che non entrino esterni nel Riad.

L’accueil: comme à la maison. Tout le monde a été très gentil et très attentionné. Le Riad est très beau et extrêmement bien placé. En plein cœur de la Médina et pourtant au calme. Massages sur place disponibles (excellents). Piscine très bien chauffée. Petits déjeuners copieux. Couscous royal extra !

Todo. Las habitaciones increíbles, el personal excelente, el desayuno inmejorable. Nos hicieron un upgrade a una habitación más espaciosa sin pedírselo. Ilyass, Marwane y todo el personal fue excelente con nosotras. Viajabamos tres mujeres y nos hicieron sentir como en casa, muy atentos. Nos sentimos cuidadas y seguras en todo momento. 100% recomendable.

Очень красивый рияд. По-марроканси роскошный: внутренний дворик, милые уголки для отдыха, терраса - прелесть. Рияд небольшой, поэтому от персонала получите индивидуальный подход и внимание, как в бутик отеле. В комнате качественно убирают каждый день, в холодное время можно взять обогреватель и будет очень тепло. Красивые мелочи создают уют и роскошество. Локация мне тоже понравилась: до улицы, где можно поймать такси, минут 5 пешком Я прожила в этом рияде больше недели и это был один из лучших отелей, где я останавливалась. Если хотите почувствовать атмосферу волшебного Востока - рекомендую.

На мой взгляд, завтраки могут быть более разнообразными, учитывая цену на букинге. Яйца почему-то не подают по умолчанию. Нужно всегда просить. Бассейн с подогревом, но температура воды может быть некомфортна тем, кто прям привык к горячим источникам (но надо сказать, что подогрев не был заявлен в описании, так что это был приятный бонус все равно. В теплый день можно с удовольствием поплавать, а летом должна быть вообще красота) Самое неприятное, что мне при чекауте пришлось перепроверять насчитанную сумму. Там была довольна серьезная ошибка в расчетах. Очень надеюсь, что это было действительно по неведению и невнимательности. Эти минусы тем не менее не снизили удовольствие от отдыха в этом рияде.

Location - in the Medina, mins walking to the square and felt safe.

The shower only had a glass partition on one side so water kept so floor outside shower was getting wet.

La cucina ottima, abbiamo pranzato e cenato presso la struttura, la colazione buonissima servita a tavola. Ho molto apprezzato la cortesia e disponibilità di jaamila e di Marwane.

Posizione perfetta e personale molto gentile. La struttura è ben tenuta e la camera che avevamo noi spaziosa.

Tutto bene ma purtroppo abbiamo avuto un week end di pioggia e la struttura ma in generale Marrakech non sono preparati all’umidità e pioggia

Fantastisk personal i receptionen dygnet runt, vilken service - 5 av 5! Otroligt fint rum och inredning på hela anläggningen. Läget var perfekt och härligt med pool på taket och på innergården. Allt var perfekt!

Städningen var bra men kunde vara ännu bättre om man tittade på detaljerna i rummet.

The staff was absolutely fantastic, the Riad is beautiful magical. Rooms were so comfortable. We felt so taken care of. A truly exceptional experience!

The only thing was a bit of street noise but that is to be expected due to location.

Tout était parfait ! Le Riad est très beau et bien placé. La chambre était magnifique et très propre. La terrasse, sa vue et la piscine chauffée (même en janvier) nous ont enchantés. Petit déjeuner copieux et délicieux. Et surtout un personnel chaleureux et aux petits soins! Idéal pour les familles.

L’emplacement, la décoration, le silence une fois dans le Riad, et particulièrement le personnel qui était d’une gentillesse et d’une attention exceptionnelle ! Un grand merci à Jamila pour sa disponibilité et organisation ainsi qu à Ilies et Ali …

Sehr schönes Riad, dass mit seiner sehr guten Lage und den super freundlichen Mitarbeitern überzeugt. Wir wurden freundlich mit einem Minztee empfangen und wir hatten die Möglichkeit auf ein kostenlosen Zimmer Upgrade. Das Frühstück wird einem direkt am Tisch serviert und ist überwiegend Süß ausgelegt zudem wurde frisches Obst und Joghurt serviert. Auf Nachfrage kann man sich aber auch z. B. Omelette bestellen. Wir haben außerdem tolle Tipps von den Mitarbeitern für Restaurants und Sehenswürdigkeiten erhalten. Wir kommen gerne wieder! 😄

Ein paar mehr Hacken für Handtücher und Jacken wären noch super gewesen.

the riad is extremely nice and quiet. amazing terrace with small but heated pool and where they serve an amazing and super rich breakfast. the mammoth and massage were also a plus and they even have a small gym to work out in the terrace, lovely experience! totally recommend and I'm a frequent marrakesh visitor!

sehr abwechslungsreich, sehr liebevoll und immer mit sehr großer Hilfsbereitschaft, das ganze Personal war unglaublich freundlich. Die Chefin Jamile hat uns immer sehr hilfreiche Informationen gegeben. Alles ausgezeichnet ! Wir würden dort immer wieder buchen. Auch die Küche im Restaurant hervorragend, sehr, sehr lecker und auf große Sauberkeit wurde sehr geachtet. Vielen Dank- man fühlte sich immer wie "nach Hause kommen" . Die Zimmer sind mit sehr viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet.

Un riad trés bien situé dans la Médina, proche à pieds de quasiment tous les monuments et attractions principales de Marrakech. Milles mercis à Jamila et toute son équipe pour leur accueil et pour avoir été aux petits soins avec nous Notre chambre était superbe, la piscine très agréable... N'hesitez pas à vous laissez tenter par un massage: ils sont incroyables!

Magnifique riad, emplacement top, très proche des zouks et de la place jemaa el fna.... Petite piscine en rooftop idéal pour se rafraîchir après une bonne journée de promenade et bain de soleil pour se reposer Personnel très agréable...belle chambre avec bonne literie, parfait, nous reviendrons dès que possible

The property itself is all what you want for your trip to Marrakech. Very well located, only 8 mins from Jemaa el Fnaa, souks a bit further in the street itself, other tourist attractions like bacha coffee, medressa ben youssef are also 8 mins from the riad. Besides the location, you have the beauty of the riad itself. Everything is so well maintained and clean. Super clean. Last but definitely not least, Jamila, the manager, and the rest of the staff, Ilias Marwan, Latifa… and all the others have taken such good care of us. We felt like coming home whenever we arrived back from a tourist stroll

Amazing hotel in the heart of Marrakesh. The staff & service was great, thanks to Ali and his colleagues for the pleasant hospitality. The rooftop terrace with pool & gym is a highlight. Would definitely come again.

The service was awsome. Djamila was the best host you can have! The rest off the team, Ilyasse and Abdul were always very helpful! Had a wonderfull time with my mother and son. Thank you for everything 🙏🏽

We had an amazing stay at this riad, location was perfect - easy walk to all the main attractions and other restaurants. The souks is just around the corner however the riad is a peaceful oasis. A traditional riad with a modern twist, beautiful rooms and bathrooms. The staff were very welcoming and helpful and did everything possible to ensure we had a great stay in the riad and out in the city.

Breakfast was above average! Location is great...staff is extremely friendly and helpful.

Location, cleansiness, terrace :)

Much too expensive via booking, no communication with staff possible prior to arrival (we enquired about transfer from airport and were automatically booked a taxi that was automatically charged - although we asked how much the trip would be beforehand and never got an answer). 25 euros for a taxi (usually around 3 euros in Marrakesh). The lady then stuttered and said we had the wrong email. Worst hammam I have experienced up to now (I tried one in Istanbul and one in fez) for 50 euros a persone per hours. Not happy.

Wonderful Riad! Staff make you feel like you are staying with family. My son said this was the best place he's ever stayed on holiday in his 21 years. Highly recommend the hamman experience.
