Hosting Dreams Attics - Duomo

Posizione ottima ,vista stupenda ,stanza pulita e facile accesso

location, location, location.

No property signage, the shower was very uncomfortable for anyone over 1.8m

Ottimo, ragazzi molto disponibile, posizione vicino a tutto

Good

Good

The staff were great. It was very central to everything. The metro was 2 minutes away. Shopping was also very close.

It was a 3pm check in. When you have travelled far, and still arrive early ( 11am or 12 ), you just want to get in to your room to rest and wash. 3pm is a long wait. The television had no reception, the indoor ariel was useless. There was a lot happening in the world, I just wanted to catch up on the news. No chance.

Great option for the money.

Great central location and an overall great option for a few nights

Information provided from the host and communication with the host can be improved when it comes to checking in and checking out.

Wifi needs to be upgraded...it was very weak. There was a taxi strike. We had to wait taxi line more than an hour. We had to change the plan.. Took a M3 metro. little late. We ended up paying extra 50 Euro. I never paid extra charge for late checking. I complained Expedia help center. No response.. Very dispointed hotel as well Expedia..

Thebroom was fantastic. Comfortable and roomy and 1 block from centrale, where you want to be. The only issue which is not important because it was only for sleep, but the room has no windows. Still totallyvworth it. Comfort and close. Make sure you have a contact number. It can be hard to find the first time.

The attic is in a good location, but that’s about it. The property is poorly maintained and the décor is below standard. Cleanliness was acceptable, but nothing more. At the end of my stay, I informed the owner that I was about to check out. I sent a message asking if I could leave my bags somewhere, but received no reply. I also tried calling, but he didn’t bother to answer. Thankfully, it was just a one-night stopover.

If location is your first priority and just looking for a place to sleep, this place might works great for you. It is close to metro station entrance to M1 and M3. Walking distance to Duomo. However, if you are looking for comfort and tidiness of a hotel to stay while exploring the city, this might not be the best option. This unit is at the attic level which doesn’t have elevator directly to the floor. Will need to carry luggage up to the stairs. Although it has kitchen, it is very minimal, the kitchen ware are not well maintained. Shower’s floor and curtain is moldy.

The proximity and location to the Duomo and large shopping malls and restaurants. The thick fluffy towels. Air-conditioning in every room. Cute little attic space. Let us store our lugguage till evening time.

The check in meet up was clumsy, had us standing on the side of the road with our lugguage for a while, not sure why they couldn't tell us the number on the street and had to come meet us wherever we were dropped off. There were no blankets, just thin sheets. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable. The shower with the curtain was not good at preventing water from leaking out onto the floor and into the bedroom. No hand towels ans no bath mats (unless those things brown materials that were left in the tables were it?). Had to use our bath towels as blankets and to mop up the water from the shower, not much towels left to use. Beds were rather hard and uncomfortable and so were the pillows.

The location was awesome and the check in was really easy. It did seem well cleaned which is always a plus!

As a woman traveling alone, I felt a little unsure about the door to the apartment, only closes with 1 lock and when you can hear everything outside the room it can sometimes feel like someone is coming into your apartment. Note that there is quite a route to get to the apartments, so if you have a lot of luggage that might be tough.

Localisation centrale, propreté

Great location very close to Duomo, restaurants & more

The apartment needs some care. Kitchen bench and cupboards not well affixed to the wall.

Great location. Lovely welcome

Location

All good!

small, untidy, creaky and in need of refurbishment

despite organising to be met early for check in didn't happen and had to wait while those did other jobs - not a pleasant experience

Lokacija

This hotel is located in the best place of Duomo, Milan.

Eh. The only good thing about this was the location- it was near the duomo. Communication lacked with host- we were told 12:30pm check out and then the day before was told 12:00pm and then the day of, a random man knocked on the door and said 11am check out. When I texted the host about it, he read it but didn’t answer. We then told the man the name of the person who told us check out at 12pm and he said that was his brother. He then told us to store our luggage, it was $10 per bag. We mentioned that no where on the Expedia page did it say we would be charged. He then said ok it’ll be free for the first hour. There was also no shampoo, just body/hand soap, and AC split unit but in living room and one bedroom, not the other bed room. There was only a fan that you could plug in at the head of the bed. Overall just an ok stay.

Ok. Slitet men mycket bra läge.

We stayed for two days. Great location only 5 mins from Duomo. The place was a.all and too rustic without cleaning everyday. The "second bed" was a foldout couch which was terrible to sleep on. Also, the place seemed dogdy as there was no reception or sign of the hotel.

Colchón con manchas Mejorable la limpieza

Only the location

It’s old, smelly, bad furniture, bad towel smell the a/c leaked water, very bad comforter with many stains

Location, price, authentic italy

Great location, just one block from the duomo. Apartment space is good, we were a family of 5. Comfortable enough for a couple of days without any doubt.

Ingenting. Vi valgte å finne en ny plass å bu

Alt, lukta blanding av røyk og parfyme. Va ikkje sånn vi hadde sett for oss mtp bilde. Va dårlig me vindu, kun tak vindu . Føle de va veldig innesperra

Location was great. Although during my stay there was a lot of construction surrounding the area. I liked the emergency kit with Q-tips and toothbrush and slippers. The owners agreed on an earlier checkin and I had the chance to extend the checkout for an additional cost.

It wasn’t that clean, the couch had stains (probably can’t be removed, but still) and it smelled like it used to be a smokers house in the past. I spotted hair not belonging to me. It needs a proper renovation if to start getting better ratings.

Every thing would of been good but I was charged a late fee because I arrived after 10pm and the message I received said 11pm latest check in very unprofessional besides this the stay was excellent

Staff very helpful and flexible Location close to beach and restaurants

Old and not properly maintained

Only location is good. But taking other factors into consideration, this is the worst sleeping experience ever.

The sound of the elevator and the sound of doors opening and closing from the next room will wake you up in the middle of the night. The air conditioner is not cool. The room smells musty. I am allergic to dust and I think the dust is from the air conditioner filter that hasn't been cleaned.

Amazing location, super comfortable kitchen/living/bedroom/bathroom facilities

As expected, being a loft apartment, the ceilings were very very low at many points in the room. But for the price and location it was incredible.

Great location, communication before hand wasn’t great and had to wait at the property for access. Maybe get in contact before you stay. Room was great, really big, lovely bathroom, could maybe have done with some more bedding!
