Concerns about furniture quality and comfort.

Issues with room size and comfort were noted, particularly in relation to the price.

Spacious, well-designed rooms with comfortable beds, cleverly integrated kitchenettes and high-standard cleaning; bathrooms modern and roomy.

Rooms often described as spacious, nicely decorated and larger than photos, with good A/C; some minor issues noted (tight gap by bed, high windows with no view) but overall strong quality.

Several mentions of poor cleanliness and maintenance issues.

Some reviews mentioned poor cleanliness, particularly concerning dust allergies.

Generally praised as very clean with modern bathrooms; one report of potential laundry/linen issue causing skin irritation and some disruption from renovation work.

Generally praised as very clean and 'superrent' in many reviews, though a few mention bathroom cleaning issues and one comment about general dirtiness—overall slightly below perfect.

Frequent praise for the excellent location.

Many reviews praise the excellent location of the hotel.

Excellent central location a short walk from the Duomo and main shopping streets; convenient for sightseeing with relatively quiet street despite central placement.

Consistently highlighted as excellent/very central/close to metro and restaurants in many reviews; location is a strong positive across listings.

Positive comments about staff being helpful and available.

Numerous comments highlight friendly, cooperative staff.

Staff repeatedly described as friendly, helpful and efficient (assisting with recommendations and bookings); isolated front-desk issue with upselling and early check-in handling.

Mixed reports: several guests praised clear communication and quick issue handling, but multiple mentions of lack of on-site staff, slow or no response at times, check-in access confusion and one report of fraudulent behavior lowered this score.

No specific comments on food, default to average quality.

Breakfast was mentioned as not included and with limited variety.

Breakfast widely praised (varied selection, smoked salmon, hot and continental options); there are isolated reports of slow coffee service or a poor breakfast experience.

Several guests complained that breakfast is not served in the building (served at a café) and that this was not communicated in advance; this gap lowered the F&B score.

Limited amenities mentioned, with some complaints about the bathroom.

Basic amenities available, but no significant negatives.

Good in-room amenities (kitchenette, minibar) and comfortable public areas; some complaints about ventilation/AC noise and lack of on-site parking.

Laundry facilities, good A/C and quality shower products were appreciated; negatives include very poor internet for some, lack of dishes/cookware and few hangers.

Mixed reviews about pricing in relation to the experience.

Some guests felt that the price was not justified by the room quality.

Perceived as somewhat overpriced by several guests, especially when factoring in costly nearby parking and disruption from renovation work.

Multiple guests noted the stay was 'well worth it' or 'todo perfecto' and recommended the property, indicating strong perceived value overall despite some operational shortcomings.
