Very quiet room, good for sleeping. Close to shops, taxis, metro, buses and the Colosseum.

We loved the location! The room and bathroom were also nice and spacious. Very comfortable!

The bathroom had a bit of mould and the shower head probably needs replacing and it was very leaky and didn’t work properly.

Logement très bien placé. A côté du colisée. Places de parking peu chères à proximité. Très pratique dans notre cas. Le logement est propre et agréable. La climatisation fonctionne. Nous avons bien dormi.

Le logement est très sombre, au fond d'une cours avec des petites fenêtres. Normal cependant dans les villes italiennes.

Está ubicada a pocas cuadras del Coliseo Romano y con buena comunicación hacia distintos puntos de interés. Así tambien en cercanía de comercios, restaurantes y locales de comida, supermercados y otros. La cama es muy cómoda y la limpieza del lugar es impecable. El aire acondicionado fue muy importante dada las altas temperaturas de Julio. Tiene detalles de cortesía en la habitación como café y una ánfora con agua en el frigo que se apreciaron mucho. La comunicación en general y el proceso de checkin y checkout fue muy satisfactorio.

We had a miscommunication between the addresses. We followed address on booking.com rather than the address francesca sent through WhatsApp which led to getting into room being delayed as we realised there were more than one room dotted across streets. We were extremely hot and bothered whilst transporting our luggage to the correct address

The property is clean and had real air conditioning we visited during early August. We were hot in most of our stays at other properties,this property had proper a/c and was really comfortable. Francesca the lady that managed our booking was really nice and helpful.

Ela fica ao lado do coliseu, mas não é a mesma localização que o booking indica…. Como fui no verão, eram longas caminhadas até os principais pontos turísticos, o que atrapalhou um pouco.

A Francesca foi muito simpática e prestável, dando-nos todas as orientações necessárias. O quarto e a casa de banho eram bastante espaçosos e confortáveis. Gostámos também dos pequenos detalhes, como o café, a água fresca e alguns produtos para comer que deixou à nossa disposição. Foi uma estadia muito agradável!

O único aspeto menos positivo a apontar foi a limpeza do duche. Encontrámos alguns cabelos colados na parede, que não tinham sido devidamente limpos, o que acaba por não transmitir a melhor imagem relativamente à higiene.

We had a great stay in Rome. The location is fantastic, just a short walk from the Colosseum, with plenty of restaurants and trattorias nearby at very reasonable prices. The room is part of a larger apartment with other guest rooms, but it is completely private and has its own bathroom with shower and toilet, as well as a fridge with water. There is plenty of space, so you don’t need to use the shared areas at all if you don’t want to. In fact, during our entire stay we didn’t meet any of the other guests. There is also a shared common area where you can have breakfast or relax, and a shared balcony with a beautiful view towards the Colosseum and the lively street below. One evening we bought some ham, salami and fresh bread and had our own dinner on the balcony while enjoying the view – a lovely experience and one of our favorite memories from our stay in Rome. There is a Carrefour nearby for groceries and plenty of good trattorias and restaurants within walking distance. We were very happy with our stay and would definitely recommend this accommodation, especially for its excellent location and the wonderful view.

Al entrar al portal hay que mirar bien la escalera,no está muy bien indicado. Ah! Termo del agua caliente, enseguida sale el agua fría. Pero son cosas que tienen solución.. pero todo ok

Ottima posizione vicinissima al Colosseo, bella casa con due camere da letto e due bagni, molto pulita e attrezzata con angolo cottura e frigorifero. E' un po' buia perché le finestre danno su un cortile interno, dotata di aria condizionata, ma non si sentono i rumori della strada. Non ho mai incontrato la host di persona ma ma ci ha fornito tutte le indicazioni per il self check-in e check-out ed è sempre stata molto disponibile via whatsapp. Comoda la convenzione con il bar- ristorante sotto casa.

c'erano dei lavori in un palazzo vicino per cui al mattino c'era rumore, ma non dipende dalla casa... nulla di negativo da segnalare

Cozy stay just around the corner from colosseum. Plenty of space and fully stocked with everything you need to meet your bathroom and kitchen needs.

We were unable to locate the light switch for the kitchen. The apartment is located within the ZTL zone. There is a parking garage directly across the street that is triple the cost of other garages in the area.

Was a lovely stay! The room and bathroom were bigger than I expected and the bed was very comfortable. You can see the colesseum from leaning slightly out the window! Everything was very clean and all the little travel things you want like shampoo and toothbrushes were provided.

The location is amazing and incredibly convenient with the Colosseum not even a minute away, and endless accessibility to transport options with a taxi station nearby, multiple bus stations and the metro close, as well as a lot of Lime bikes and scooters to traverse around the city.

Laundry services within the building would be ideal; the recommended laundry places aren’t self-serve (I.e., you have to pay someone — a rather expensive amount — to do your laundry as opposed to a laundromat with automatic machines. But this is just a personal grievance, and might not even apply for some people.

Amazing location and very comfortable! The bathroom was nice, and the location is right by the colosseum!! Can’t beat it for the price!

Breakfast was fine & near to accommodation, which was fairly central.

Bed was quite hard. Shower head needs some attention, or renewal as spray not coming out of most of the nozzles. Safe was unusable - couldn't open it. Fitted Hairdryer needs replacing gets too hot & stops working ( extra Hairdryer was in place) Franchesca was said to apparently always be at the restaurant (Bochoncino?) but we never saw her! This didn’t affect our stay though which we enjoyed. Brilliant air con. Really needed with the present heatwave.

purtroppo abbiamo avuto una spiacevole esperienza, al nostro arrivo la camera prenotata non era stata affatto pulita, non dico nemmeno cosa abbiamo trovato. L’host è stata gentile a cambiarci in maniera tempestiva la camera e spostarci in un altra decisamente più pulita e consona.

Espectacular, me quedo corto. Saludos de Colombia.

Pulizia discreta (la coperta del letto era macchiata, nell’armadio c’era polvere e anche in bagno). Infissi forse un po troppo datati, di notte di sentivano i rumori della strada.

There was a lot to like about B&B Santi Quattro Al Colosseo! The main thing is its location: it is so close to the Colosseum, which also means it is close to other sites as well as a Metro stop. It was also very comfortable, Francesca made check in (and all additional communication) super easy, and you get a discount to a nearby (and delicious!) restaurant. We felt safe walking around at night as well as in the building. We would stay here again in a heartbeat!

La struttura è vicinissima al Colosseo in pieno centro a Roma, vicina alla metro B Colosseo. Affianco al portone c'è un supermercato aperto 24h su 24, la camera silenziosa e pulita, con TV, frigo, cialde per il caffè e thè

L'affaccio è nell'interno dell'edificio, i cuscini molto sottili. Le tapparelle non chiudono bene e una delle 2 finestre non ha la tenda oscurante quindi la mattina presto entra il sole. Nonostante l'ascensore bisogna fare delle scale in quanto la porta è in un piano sfalzato.

The location is amazing, literally 3 minute walk to the colosseum and even less before you are staring at it! The apartment is huge with all the amenities you need for a very comfortable stay. We were only there the night but could have easily stayed much longer!

It wasn’t the easiest place to find but we managed using the instructions sent to us via WhatsApp before check in. A picture of the outside of the apartment and/or the main walk way to the apartment would be a massive help in finding it.

Centrally located, round the corner from the Colosseum, lots of lovely trattorias nearby. The host Francesca provided detailed instructions of how to access the property and getting breakfast etc.

No tiene unas cortinas buenas que impida la entrada de luz por la mañana temprano. A las 6am ya entraba luz en la habitación.

The location was the perfect “jumping board” to explore Rome! Cultural attractions, great restaurants and bars, public transportation, and a small convenience store open 24/7 are all located right nearby. We booked the Deluxe Room, which had everything you need for a city break. The bathroom, in particular, was very spacious, and everything was spotless.

Nothing …. I would immediately pick that property again.

Emplacement idéal pas loin du Colisée, jolie chambre et grande salle de bain avec douche italienne. Lit confortable. Sécurisée avec deux codes pour rentrer dans le bâtiment. Petite pièce avec quelques tables où on peut servir du café et 2-3 petites choses à grignoter.

Beaucoup de bruit à l’extérieur et on entend les voisins.

A hospedagem foi perfeita, muito próximo ao coliseu e demais atrações, o local do café da manhã mesmo não sendo no local é apenas 2 minutos caminhado do hotel, a comida era perfeita, muito saborosa e com variedades. Agradecemos a anfitriã Francesca que sempre estava disposta para nos auxiliar. Quando voltar para a cidade me hospedarei novamente com certeza,

Gostamos de tudo que foi oferecido! Uma sugestão para o banheiro, seria ter uma prateleira na área interna do chuveiro para colocar os produtos de higiene pessoal, facilitaria muito o banho. Obrigada

Location and convivence was the highlight of this stay.

Nagyon jól éreztük magunkat a szálláson, az elhelyezkedése egyszerűen tökéletes volt. A Colosseum és a metró pár perc sétára található, így gyalogosan is könnyen bejártuk Rómát. A self check-in rendszer jól működött, az érkezés előtt minden szükséges információt megkaptunk. Francesca végig nagyon segítőkész és kedves volt, gyorsan válaszolt az üzenetekre, és mindenben támogatott minket. A szoba tiszta, rendezett és kényelmes volt, a napi takarítás külön pozitívum. A környék hangulatos, biztonságos, rengeteg jó étteremmel, pékséggel és kisbolttal a közelben. Külön tetszett, hogy a szállás kiváló kiindulópont volt a város felfedezéséhez – szinte minden fontos látnivalót könnyen elértünk. Összességében nagyon jó választás volt egy római városnézős hétvégéhez, szívesen visszatérnénk.

Őszintén nehéz negatívumot írni, mert összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk. Talán csak annyi, hogy a self check-in miatt elsőre kicsit figyelni kellett az érkezési instrukciókra és a különböző címekre, de a szállás gyorsan segített mindenben. Ezen kívül valóban nagyon jó élmény volt az egész tartózkodásunk.

Relación calidad precio me parece un poco exagerado, hemos pagado más de 200€ por noche sin desayuno, no tiene opción de dejar las maletas ni nada el día de ida porque son como diferentes edificios el baño de nuestra habitación estaba lleno de humedad y moho en el techo, las almohadas no son demasiado cómodas.

Great communication with the lady who rented the apartment. It was amazingly quiet for the location, which was very close to the Colosseum. It was like we were in a huge building all alone.

Our check in didn't go so well because at some point the location was changed and I did not realize it. So, this was partially my fault. We went to the first address she gave us.
