Location was amazing, close to Disney and Universal and the pools were clean.

None of the outlets in the room really worked and they were all lose so you really couldn't plug anything in the charge your devices.

Very good location and facilities. Front desk staffs were very cooperative and well behaved. Breakfasts were excellent .

At the breakfast time staffs working at kitchen were asking us to show our room key card multiple times which was very annoying and some time behavior of kitchen stuffs were very rough and rude. In our bed room there was water leakage from the AC and for that the room smell not good . We request room fragrance but they were not able to fix this issue.

Yo pienso que pudieran tener más servicios de buses para los parques,diferentes horarios y a más parques, por lo demás todo estuvo bien.

La ubicación es cerca del Walmart , de Ross y Burlington entre otros es muy familiar el hotel limpio y cómodo, completas las instalaciones tiene abajo un mini kiosco y agencia de venta disney

El desayuno no es muy variado mejoraría ese punto, casi todos los días lo mismo, estuvimos 7 días van cambiando pero solo salchichas por salsa blanca y 1 sola vez hubo bacon/tocino y te cobran 85 dólares de seguro que después supuestamente te reintegran

The hotel is getting old, this is our regular hotel but it seems they need to start updating it.

Check in/out was fast and easy , Bar food was really good.

The exhaust fan was falling off the ceiling, the toilet was loose moving around both the seat and the toilet itself the guide doesn’t work on the tv all in room 501 also the main pool with the biggest slide was out of commission emptied of water nothing was mentioned of that when booking , and the dunkin was no longer on the property, the zip line and rock wall area was also non usable . I booked the hotel for my children to have the best experience. This was not.

I booked a room with 2 beds, but when we arrived the front desk told us they were booked and upgraded us to a king suite which means 2 of us would be sleeping on the flimsy pull out couch (not an upgrade). The room floors we filthy and sticky. The towel rack was breaking a part so our towels kept falling on the ground. The closet was missing a hinge so it could not close fully and was hanging for dear life. When we tried to shower the water was cold. We also couldn't close the curtains . They were stained terribly. I wanted to puke! The whole experience sucked. I booked 2 night but had to cancel the next night since it was later when we arrived. They offered to move us to another room for the next night but if the first room was filthy then why would the new room be better?

We had a great stay! Perfect hotel for a family vacation. The three pools with water slides were amazing — our kids loved them and spent a lot of time there. We also enjoyed the mini golf and basketball court, which are great extras. Breakfast was good, and the staff was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend for families!

There was so much on property to do the kids were never bored and the breakfast was great even for me who isn't much of a breakfast person

Our bathroom door hinge was broke in top part and the blind was badly ripped. We called down to front desk to report it and the lady said she'd write it down. We checked when we went to check out and it had no been reported so Danny thankfully reported it for us and took good care of us.

Our bathroom door didn't shut all the way, the bathroom towel bar was loose.

The room was very clean and spacious. Their free breakfast buffet amazed me, one of the best I've ever seen! It had many choices like pancakes, waffles, biscuits and gravy, scrambled eggs, and so much more and it all tasted delicious. After a long day of sight seeing we would end the night in the hot tub. The staff was also super friendly and accommodating. We definitely would stay here again.

All ladies at the front desk were exceptional! Karina was on point. They were accommodating. I felt very taken care of as soon as I walked in.

The rooms were clean, & staff was friendly. Easy check-in/check-out. Loved the pools/jacuzzi's and outdoor movie night for the kids!

The food wasn't great at the tiki bar. I would UberEats next time. I also ordered a drink there and the menu said it was made with Patron, but the bartender DID NOT use Patron. She used some cheapy bottom shelf tequila and you could absolutely taste the difference.

We had a wonderful stay, and a big part of that was thanks to the reception Miss Toni . She was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional from the moment we arrived. She took great care of us, always made sure we were comfortable, and helped with everything we needed with a smile. Her positive attitude and attention to detail truly made our stay more enjoyable. Excellent service and hospitality — she is a real asset to the hotel!

Pool area is great! Next time will definitely check out the adventure park Breakfast staff was very friendly! Check in was smooth and easy.

Traveling for business can be difficult at times, this place and their staff always makes you feel at home while you’re away from home. This is my third time here and Mrs Toni is always a pleasure to talk to and extremely helpful. She’s the type of employee that exemplifies WOW customer service.

El peor desayuno que he tenido en un hotel holdayinn, el olor a viejo y mal secado de la alfombra es impresionante (habitación), ruido en las madrugadas sin control oportuno.

We had to stay at this hotel as part of a Stay-to-Play soccer tournament, whose fields were over 30 minutes away. So, we weren’t overly enthusiastic anyway. However, somehow we were still underwhelmed. Let’s start with the pluses. The breakfast was very good, although seating was pretty limited. There is some outdoor seating, but the majority of tables are oriented toward east, facing the rising sun! The pool areas are great! There are 3 pools and couple hot tubs. The bartenders at the Lighthouse Tiki Bar thing were very friendly & mixed some STRONG drinks, but I wouldn’t recommend relying on this place for food. We order Chips & Salsa as well as Potato Skins. The food was good, but took over 25 minutes to get it! Our kids had a blast but were starving (we eventually just ordered pizza for delivery!) The shower had good water pressure & Dove products for soap and hair. The bathrooms only had one sink, which was a little inconvenient for us, but manageable. The bathroom door also would automatically slam shut. Again, not terrible, but a bit annoying for brushing teeth or doing hair. Unfortunately, this was about the most positive I could be. The beds felt like rock slabs covered with newspaper sheets. Nearly every trashcan we passed, including those in the lobby were filled to the brim and never seemed to be emptied. The hotel has 7 floors and 2 working ice machines (a 3rd was out of order). Needless to say, if you’re hosting families for a sports tournament, you’d think something like Ice would be pretty necessary. I realize that I may be being overly negative and picky, but I am absolutely shocked that this hotel has a 4.4 rating when I looked it up. There’s absolutely no possible way that it should be rated anywhere above a 3.5!

Our stay at Holiday Inn was great! Our room Was clean, quiet, and comfortable. Breakfast was a nice perk- the coffee was very good and we enjoyed the continental breakfast.

За ту цену ,что мы заплатили за семью из двух взрослых и двух подростков это просто прекрасный отель. Единственный отель где был вкусный кофе. Завтрак хороший: панкейки, яйца, фрукты,каша овсянная, яичница, бекон.короче голодным не остаешься. Еще и бассейн огромный, но мы им не пользовались.

Персонал утром на завтраке проверял есть ли у тебя карточка , немного неприятно, но с другой стороны может люди с улицы заходили и поэтому такие меры , я не знаю.в любом случае ,не очень пииятно когда ходили сотрудницы ,как надзирательницы и проверяли.

The staffs were very nice and helpful. The hotel offers lot of entertainment during our staying. Place was clean. My husband and i were very impresses. My daughter who is only 8yrs comments how clean and nice the place was. Definitely planning my staying there.

This resort is awesome! So much to do around the resort. We had a great time.

The hotel is in serious need of renovation. The entire resort would benefit from better maintenance and a much higher level of cleanliness. While the property has potential, it feels outdated and neglected. With improvements in upkeep and attention to detail, the overall guest experience could be much better.

Check in was quick and easy. Pool was very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. AC worked well. There were problems with the elevator while we were out for the day and fixed when we returned. Would stay here again.

Great hotel! Close to all the major disney parks. Clean rooms, free breakfast (amazing brekfast), friendly staff, amazing pool area with rock climbing anf zip lining. All around great! Ill definitely be staying here moving forward.

The property looks very good and clean. My room was cleaned but the ceiling in one corner, looks like we’re liking before, was fixed but didn’t look good the way the repair was done. Ceiling looks like was going to fall any time. But besides that everything else was perfect
