Panorama Suite in Lugano - Pazzallo

This is a lovely large room with a very friendly hostess and a great view of the lake and mountains.

Really enjoyed the apartment and our stay, would definitely go back!

Erica ist eine außergewöhnliche Gastgeberin mit einem herzlichen, professionellen Empfang. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, hochqualitativ ausgestattet und durchgehend modern. Die Betten sind äußerst bequem. Die Küche ist vollständig ausgestattet, inklusive Öl, Gewürzen, Nespresso, Schokolade, frischem Obst, Wein, Wasser und Käse. Shampoo und Duschgel sind vorhanden. Waschmaschine und Trockner stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Die Aussicht über Lugano und den See ist beeindruckend. Ein Aufzug führt direkt bis zur Haustür, ein privater Parkplatz steht zur Verfügung. Insgesamt ein Unterkunftsniveau, das deutlich über dem Standard liegt.

The apartment is very well designed with a view of the lake, and the host was incredibly friendly and thoughtful. She made sure we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Transportation to centre is also convenient.

Our stay at these apartments was absolutely incredible! Everything exceeded our expectations — from the cozy atmosphere to the thoughtful little gifts left for us. We truly enjoyed every moment here. The place had everything we needed and more, making us feel completely at home. I’ll be recommending this spot to all my friends and family — it’s an absolute must-visit! And without a doubt, we’ll be coming back again. Thank you for such a wonderful experience!

Beautiful apartment in excellent location, Erica was very nice and helpful in providing what we want

The apartment was fantastic, in residential area of the city, with an amazing view, close to restaurants and supermarket, the city centre can be reached by train in less than 10 minutes. When we arrived we found a bottle of wine chocolate, fruit and cheese waiting for us. Erica, the host, is very friendly and caring about his guests and make you feel at home! Definitely If in future I will go back to Lugano, I will go back to Panorama suite !
