I really like the property, the hotel is clean, quiet, and peaceful, and the pool and courtyard area is very nice.

I had a bizarre experience where the hotel staff kept accusing me of leaving the front door open when there was another guest right behind me. I told them there was another guest right behind me and they told me I was the last guest to leave per the video footage. I told them to check again because I saw someone, and they never responded. I felt uncomfortable in the property because for the first few days, the hotel staff kept messaging me on WhatsApp accusing me of leaving the door open. I wonder if any of this has to do with the fact that I am a darker skinned Indian woman?

Casa Victoria nos encantó. Sebastián es un host muy atento; contestó inmediatamente a nuestras dudas y resolvió de inmediato un problema que tuvimos con el AC. El cuarto era grande y la cama estaba deliciosa, la mejor en la que he dormido en toda mi vida. Disfrutamos mucho la alberca y aunque teníamos dudas por las otras reseñas sobre el ruido, la verdad es que descansamos súper bien. Está muy bien ubicada, todo lo pudimos hacer caminando.

It is on a continuously high trafficked street. The hotel have done a good job soundproofing.

The property is gorgeousssss! Safe, clean, quiet. Staff went above and beyond to meet our needs. Shoutout to Sebastian for being such a wonderful host and making sure we were more than comfortable. The hot water gets really hot and the AC works really well. Everything was clean, great lighting, full length mirrors, amazing design. Me and my boyfriend (mid 20s) brought my parents (mid 60’s) and they all were very pleased with the stay as well. Just a block from the malecon. The romantic zone is a little bit of a walk, maybe 20 minutes, but the walk is so scenic and entertaining that you lose track of time anyway. We got 2 queen rooms with pool view #2 and #5 and never had any issues with noise from bars nearby. I mostly only took videos to post on TikTok and YouTube @sealsatsea but I’ll leave the few pictures I do have here. Missing it already. We will def be back!!

Te mandan toda la información con antelación y responden muy rápido si necesitas algo. La cama es muy cómoda, las habitaciones amplias, todo muy limpio, sus toallas muy suaves, me encantó.

El hotel es demasiado privado, silencioso y tranquilo. Las habitaciones son amplias, frescas bien iluminadas y muy cómodas. Yo trabajé remoto durante mi estancia y tiene un escritorio en la habitación y son tan amplias que pude hacerlo sin molestar a mi acompañante, buen wifi y la comodidad de sus camas es inigualable!

Tienen una cafetera pero no hay un sobrecito de café para prepararlo, sería una buena amenidad porque fuimos a comprar al Oxxo y solo había soluble, y no hay como calentar el agua más que en la misma cafetera y un poquito de azucar habría sido fenomenal.

The stay was very comfortable and I think it was a great price per value. The pool is always climatized and the doors are so soundproofed that there could be a thunderstorm going on outside and you won't notice.

The staff is barely there and the management fails to make themselves present to attend to your needs. A request as simple as a plunger turns into a bureaucratic process of contacting management to request for approval to go and retrieve it from the staff's bathroom.

we liked that it’s the perfect location, everything you need is right there or close. The rooms are modern and very nice, the bed is super comfortable and the AC was the best.

We weren’t comfortable with the fact that you could hear what was happening in the room next to us. Even if we talked at a normal tone, you could hear it from the outside. Also, it really didn’t bother us but you can hear the music and the cars outside in the street.

Excellent check in and response time .Sabastion had our air conditioner fixed minutes after notification. Excellent bedding and clean facilities. The pool view rooms are very insulated from street noise .

Real sugar for the coffee would be nice

The only thing was to open the door you had to draw big shades and it left your room exposed when leaving.

I liked the room and the small pool.. I liked that it is located next to the beach.. it is not Beachfront but merely few steps away which is good.. I liked the bed,the mattress, the pillows, the fact that there is a separate towel for the beach, there is sunscreen, there are books and the toilet and shower facilities..

A sofa or the option of an extra ved would have been wonderful.. but this is on no way something that we didn't like..

Excelente ubicación, alberca, instrucciones para el acceso, cama, regadera, televisión, caja de seguridad, todo muy bien. Los anfitriones me permitieron hacer el check in antes de lo planeado y salir un poco después.

Cobro extra por limpieza a la habitación, solo está incluida una y las demás tienen un costo de $200. No hay facilidad para guardar el equipaje en las instalaciones / el wifi antes de las 12 del día si llegas temprano. Reserve un cuarto con terraza y se me dió uno distinto y no se me informó del cambio hasta que pregunté estando ahí.

La cama 100/10 muy cómoda y suave

Está cerca del malecón solo a una cuadra, es lo bueno y malo al mismo tiempo, ya que el ruido de la calle y música se escucha hasta altas horas, está localizado frente a un bar, entonces si eres de odio sensible piénsalo, dificulta el descanso, si traes carro también es un contratiempo ya que los lugares para estacionar al rededor son escasos

Proximité de la promenade côté océan, restaurants & boutiques proches, 8mn à pied pour aller à zone romantica. Gentillesse du responsable mais pas trop présent.

Chambre minuscule, côté route bruyante, taxi ne peut pas se garer. Je n'ai pas pu dormir vendredi soir à cause de la musique à l'extérieur jusqu'à +3h du matin alors que je partais le lendemain samedi matin. Pas de responsable à l'arrivée de mon taxi vers 10h du matin. Bracelet argent+ bracelet montre trouvé dans mon coffre appartenant à l'ancien locataire.

La tranquilidad del lugar, la cercanía con el malecón y en general la cercanía con el centro de Puerto Vallarta. La amabilidad del anfitrión y ver que Vallarta sigue de pie. Amo PUERTO VALLARTA!!! Gracias!!

El único detalle fue la falta de estacionamiento, que claro eso no impidió disfrutar del lugar.

Es un lugar muy privado, puedes descansar del ruido del exterior, la alberca muy agusto, el lugar muy hermoso y acogedor. El personal muy amable. Y es correcto lo que mencionan sobre la cama, muy rica.

The location is perfect, 1min walk to the sea. The room was clean, bed was comfortable. They gave me all the information I needed for checking in and checking out.

At night it was a bit noisy in the street, but they provided ear plugs.

The location was fantastic—just one street above the Malecon, which made it easy to access a variety of restaurants and shops nearby. The siize of the room; it was quite spacious and comfortable.

None at reception, so we couldn't even drop off our bags, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the waterfall feature, which is prominently displayed in your photos, was not working at all throughout the day. Cleaning service provided on the first day when you check-in, and we were surprised to learn that it comes with an extra daily charge, which seems unreasonable. During the night, there was a bit of noise due to the clubs nearby, which made it difficult to get a restful sleep. Toilet is not fully closed.

Great location just outside Zona Romantica, one block from Malecon beach walk. My room was super spacious and well appointed. Sebastian has been very kind & helpful.

Small boutique style hotel with private courtyard with small swimming pool. Nice decor / vibe. Room 3 was great as it was away from the main road. Sebastian was a friendly and efficient host.

Best bed ever, heaven, like a cloud! Location was great, right behind the malecon (without the noise of it). It is central for walking distance to zona romantica and the old neighbourhood of 5th deciembre. The decor and facilities of the room were high standard and the courtyard and pool was super cute. The owner was so friendly and welcoming and explains the family history and house heritage. He also gave us tasty advice for traditional restaurants. We will definitely stay here again on our next visit.

The pool was much smaller than I imagined and it was a bit hard to understand the left luggage situation but the staff was always easy to talk to and well accommodating. Sometimes the gate would be left open as well if a guest didn’t pull it shut which on a street with clubs and bars felt a bit suss sometimes.

Location was a little noisy on the street but not at all in your room. Restaurants close by and excellent, recommended by owner. Bed and pillows awesome. Very close to the melacon, a block away. Owner/manager was very helpful when he was there!

Just a little unnerving on a busy street when u get dropped off and no one around to let u in the locked door, however we called out and the maid came to our aid, then another attendant also was there.

Todo en mi hospedaje fue espectacular! Sebastian muy atento y pendiente todo el tiempo, la habitación nos la entrego antes ya que nuestro vuelo llego un poco mas temprano. Habitaciones limpia y muy hermosa con todas las amenidades, es a una cuadra del mar y muy central. Sin duda volveremos.

Great location a short walk (2 min) to the Malecon and a very lovely restaurant “Auto Frutti” just around the corner for a great breakfast. Opted for the larger room which had a newly renovated bathroom and a lovely shared sitting deck off the bedroom. Actually there were two rooms, the first we used for our clothes and luggage which also had a small refrigerator for your drinks.

As noted in the description by the host, there is quite a bit of traffic noise however, my “Loop Quiet” ear plugs worked perfectly. Had some trouble with the remote control for the AC which was most likely a battery issue. The AC did work well.

A perfect oasis in the heart of a beautiful city. It has been converted into a guest house from an old generational home, so it has a great story, character, and is tastefully decorated. The owner Sebastian is very hospitable and communicative and helpful. My fellow travelers-please don't let heavily sensationalized media sway you into thinking you should cancel your visit to PV. The city is as peaceful as ever. And for many of the hardworking people here, tourism revenue is their lifeblood. So help them persevere.

Located one short block from the Malecon this 12 room boutique hotel is beautiful converted family home that is so nice to come back to after a day of exploring

The noise of the street but that is Puerto Vallarta and it something you get used to.

We loved the history of the property as a family home. Sebastian is a wonderful host and concierge! Rooms all open onto the pool; second floor rooms look out to pool below. Relaxing by the pool for afternoons in the sun was delightful and relaxing. Rooms are large with comfortable beds and attractive natural and minimalist aesthetic, with tile floors and stonework, and lovely bathroom and shower. A small refrigerator is provided. The property is right on a very busy 2 lane road so road noise could be an issue for the front facing rooms. The rest of the rooms do not face the street. Room entrance doors are very soundproof, so there is virtually no noise at all at night. Rooms with balconies over the street may be louder. There is a pizza place next door, a great coffee and smoothie shop around the corner, many farmacias, and many many restaurants one block away. Anything you might need is available within a couple of blocks. A basket near the pool is stocked with sunscreen and magazines.

Its location is perfect, right in the midst of many restaurants and near shops, one block from the beautiful Malecon. But… That brings with it traffic and noise, yet happily the wonderful pool waterfall drowns out noise and the rooms are soundproof. We like to pick up fresh fruit, yogurt, cereal, snacks, and drinks when we travel, and while there is a small refrigerator we would love just a couple of small plates or bowls provided, along with some cutlery. As if we were having a picnic :-) We bought some at the grocery store nearby. One of our towels was frayed and seemed to have some holes… we assume that could be a washer/dryer issue, but attentive staff might want to take those towels out of rotation. (It didn’t bother us enough to request a new towel though…) It’s a bit awkward to roll up the privacy blind over the double doors to get in and out of the room, but maybe this is a temporary solution until there are curtains?

We liked the location, the room size and specially the attention when checking in.

Si te toca en una habitación con balcón a la calle estás en calle principal y pasan muchos carro que pueden ser molestos en la noche para dormir pero realmente es muy tranquilo el ambiente adentro y me hospede en febrero y me di cuenta que hay mucho extranjero

Lovely place owned by a friendly and kind family (Sebastian gave excellent recommendations). Great location, super close to the Malecon but not noisy. Really enjoyed lounging by the pool, calm and relaxing with all the beautiful greenery. Big room and comfy bed.

-Some basics like plates and utensils would have been nice to be able to cut fruits. -The toilet isn't in an entirely closed space, definitely prefer a full door. -A full length door on the shower would also prevent water from leaking out on the bathroom floor.

The location was great! Close walk to almost everything in Puerta Vallarta! Beds were super comfy. It was fairly quiet and private despite being pretty close to a main road. A great value overall.

There wasn't really anyone there to communicate with, but it wasn't too big of a deal. Communication through Whats App was pretty good and responsive.

This property was absolutely beautiful. Very quaint and quiet. The furnishings and room was beautifully appointed. The bed was a king and extremely comfortable. Each room has its own air conditioner and 2 ceiling fans. The pool in the courtyard was lovely for a dip on a warm day and the waterfall was a lovely bonus. Sebastian was incredibly responsive via WhatsApp and gave us many recommendations for restaurants and shops when we asked. I would highly recommend Casa Victoria. A hidden gem in Centro Malecon.
