The price reflected the quality; the accommodation information provided by the manager was incomplete. Upon arrival in the evening, I discovered I didn't have the mailbox password and couldn't get the key, so I nervously contacted the manager. The house and even the room had air fresheners everywhere—five in total, including the ones on the walls—and the blankets and pillows smelled wonderful. I couldn't find the hairdryer, and when I asked the manager, I was told it was broken and hadn't been replaced yet. There was a construction site right next door.

Квартира не соответствует фотографиям на букинге. Поэтому было разочарование. Рядом стройка. Бегали тараканы и муравьи.

Reviewed Aug 14, 2025Very clean, two room apartment. Also very close to the airport. We also used the swimming pool, which is huge and clean. We also had 3 bottles of water and some snacks offered. We were also lucky as on the day we stayed, we had just on the corner the night market. But you can also find lots of restaurants nearby.
We did not have a proper coach in the living room. Rather, we had a bad without a sheet. This was the only negative thing we had, but this was not a major problem.

Unsafe. we lost two pairs of hiking sandals that we put in the storage area provided by the owner. We reported this,but there was no response

We booked an apartment on Booking.com. But they cheated us and wanted to put us in another apartment. We arrived, wanted to take a break from the road. But we couldn't. Because they took us to a completely different apartment. Not to the address where we made the order. Of course, we refused and were forced to look for another place to live ourselves. We were very unhappy. And we left this very dirty apartment.

Put more effort into the entry procedure information and make process extremely clear. Please, no photos with incorrect code shown and slightly changed mailbox appearance or incorrect unit number in messaging! Not enjoyable working through and figuring out the contradictory info. especially when it can lead to confusion as some stays involve two codes! More effort! More kitchen utensils, crockery and clean... not worn out cups and the bare minimum. Provide some soap etc... not just your old, 1/2 used shampoo and soap bottles. Good pool, gym and playground. A bit more effort and it would be very good for the price, not a bit annoying and could be better.
