The building is really beautiful, located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. The house it’s bigger than the pictures. You can find some helpful paper maps and guides inside. The host will write you before you arrive, giving you precise instructions to arrive.

The picture of the bathroom are not real — or better I can say that is smaller, there is no glass between shower and wc, and (but is not a big deal) is white. They give you extra blankets but they don’t seem too clean. The only thing that was really sad is the treatment that I received from the host by the end of the trip. I’m a polite person that just wanted to suggest her some little utilities (some more toilet paper, shower gel) for her guests. As I said to her.

Everything was just spot on and perfect! The house is much bigger than in the picture and so cosy. The area hivernage is upper class, quiet and safe. I loved all! . Sophia is an amazing host, kind and very responsive by texts. It was a great stay & holiday! Thanks Sophia 😊

The location is perfect for visiting Marrakech and very close to the airport as well, the host is very friendly and provided very good travel recommendations

The location is amazing and shows a different side of Marrakesh than the Medina. The neighbourhood is beautiful for morning walks / runs and is conveniently located with the Menara Mall and Menara Gardens nearby. The hosts are warm and wonderful. Staying here after a couple of days in the Medina was a refreshing break. I'd highly recommend this apartment and would love to come back and stay again.

We had an excellent experience at this accommodation! The location is great, in a quiet and very safe area, with a hotel and police presence right in front, which made us feel very comfortable. The host was very attentive and always available. The accommodation matches the description exactly: everything was very clean, tidy, and smelled great. The Wi-Fi worked perfectly throughout our stay. The walk to the main square, Jamaa el-Fna, is pleasant and safe. I definitely recommend it and would stay here again.

It was spacious, clean and in a great location - about 30 minutes walk or 5 min taxi ride to the main medina and souks, and away from the hustle and bustle in a quiet neighbourhood. The host was very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of information about where to eat, drink, shop and more.

Property was as described, if not even better. Ultra clean.

The apartment was very nice - it's a basement with a large open plan area. Small bathroom and kitchen with appliances are included. Clean comfortable bedroom. Hosts were very nice, communication very good and the lady was there to meet me with the keys. The apartment is very quiet and secure - there is a grocery store very near.

It was a good 25-30 minute walk over to the Medina and since I have arthritis in my right hip it was quite far for me. The reason I booked the property was because it was described as 'in the heart of Marrakech' so I was a little surprised it was so far to walk. Also although it is described as a 'loft' which would indicate that it would be located up high its actually a basement apartment underneath someone's house.

The hosts are extremely friendly and kind. It was so thoughtful of Sophia to pick me up from the train station and arrange a taxi transfer at the early morning of my departure day. The apartment is in the lower floor of a private villa with private entrance. It is in very nice neighborhood with less than a 20-minute walk to the old city. A shopping mall and large supermarket is very nearby. The villa has a very neat garden with many beautiful cacti. Although it is below the ground floor, but it is conveniently illuminated and ventilated. The apartment is spacious and has a comfy bed and pillows. The beddings were clean too. It has a small kitchen area with a good-sized fridge and microwave oven. There is also a large sitting area and a dining table as well.

The bathroom is small and kind of old with very small sink. Hot water is only in the bathroom. The apartment has a lot of potential but i would suggest extra attention to some wall decorations or a rug to give them homey feel or authentic Moroccan vibes.

The host was in touch from the moment I booked the apartment, and she communicated all the necessary instructions before I arrived. She even did a video to help me easily locate the place and show me where to find the key in case she was not available to meet me upon arrival. However, when I arrived, she was available and gave me a warm welcome. The apartment is located right by the road in a very quiet and clean neighborhood. I was inspired to do my morning walk. The room is spacious, and the host and her family are super nice. They make you feel at home.

Everything was perfect! I had nothing to complain about.

Very clean and spacious. It has a kitchen, fridge, AC unit, fan, living area, and dining area. A really great deal considering the location of the apartment. It’s like renting a suite for the price of an economy room! :D

Since the apartment is new, there is a smell of the fresh paint. Otherwise, everything is perfect! Also, there is no TV, but of course, entertainment is right outside the property. :)
