The staff are friendly and helpful especially "Ms Nö and Ms Loan". The room is clean and bed is comfortable.

The toilet - when showering the water flows out and making the toilet floor wet. There is only one mirror in the toilet. It will be good if there is another mirror in the room. Breakfast is so so.

- Good breakfast, although the selection is quite limited for strict vegans who do not consume eggs or dairy products - Clean bed linen and towels - The housekeeping ladies were also absolutely lovely and made our stay much more comfortable - Convenient parking

- Payment policy was HORRIBLE! It was impossible to pay the Booking.com price through Booking.com itself. You book the room for price X, but when you arrive at reception, you are told that this price is only available if you cancel your reservation and pay the hotel directly. Otherwise, they add the Booking.com commission and card processing fees on top of the price shown on Booking.com! Trying to understand the logic behind this policy was an awful experience. Communication was especially difficult because some staff members could not explain it in English and relied entirely on ChatGPT. I kept trying to explain a very simple point: my card is already linked to Booking.com, I want to pay with that card, and the hotel already has all the necessary information. Unfortunately, this was impossible to communicate I would not recommend booking this hotel if more professional and transparent alternatives are available! - Smoking is prohibited only in the lobby. In all other hallways and common areas, people seem to smoke freely. As a result, cigarette smoke reaches virtually every room because some guests smoke on their balconies while others smoke directly in the corridors. This was terrible. The staff repeatedly assured us they would address the issue, but in practice they would simply ask people not to smoke at that moment, and the smoking would continue shortly afterward. If you are traveling with children or are sensitive to tobacco smoke, be aware of this!

The property is located in a lovely Vietnamese area with lots of locals. The management of the building are always ready to assist. The property is a low rise with two lifts making it very easy to get in and out without delays. The property is well looked after with nice size rooms. I have friends living there permanently they are very happy with apartments.

The property is located on the city of Da Nang and only a short grab ride to the beach and the more popular touristy areas, if thats your thing.

Osoblje je bilo veoma predusretljivo, u okolini je sve jeftino. Imaju lepu terasu na vrhu , dozvoljeno je pušenje u nekim delovima hotela.

Udaljenost od plaže i centra grada, ali je taxi jeftin.

away from the Da Nang city, need to take a grab every time when you want to visit Da Nang

The breakfast was truly impressive – very rich and satisfying. We received full value with a wide variety of food, including fresh dishes, coffee, drinks, and generous portions. It definitely exceeded our expectations and was one of the highlights of our stay.

Although the hotel looks beautiful from the outside and is conveniently located near the airport (great if you don’t want to enter the city), the interior room we received was disappointing. It had no window, felt stuffy with poor ventilation, and had an unpleasant smell. The bathroom design included an interior window facing a shared space, which made us feel uncomfortable and lacking in privacy. This aspect of the room design needs serious improvement.

I like the location of this hotel and I like the entrance of the hotel. The hotel was very accommodating to watch my luggage while we waited for the room to come available. The room was nice size for the price.

I did not care for the family That was on the ninth floor that had all of their doors open and were running up and down the hallways, screaming, and yeah, having family play time while we were trying to rest before our midnight flight. And our window beside the bed was startling when you've seen someone coming walking down the pathway on the other side and looking through the window.

Nice clean hotel, but it is a fair way from central area of Da Nang. We took a nice walk along Han River. Usual little roadside eateries & stalls. There's a large supermarket nearby. Also a local food market in the mornings right beside hotel. Hotel did not have room service or breakfast. Staff were very friendly, helpful & welcoming.

I reserved an apartment specifically for its kitchen amenities. Unfortunately, the absence of cutlery, plates, and cooking utensils prevents me from cooking. As we are Muslim, finding halal restaurants in Da Nang is challenging. Additionally, reheating takeout food is not an option due to the lack of a microwave.

We stayed here 3 nights and had a great experience! The staff was very welcoming, very clean! We were nice and close to Kamala beach to watch the sunset as well!

Had a great trip staying at ATP Galaxy while in Da Nang. Really foreigner friendly, comfy place and excellent WiFi. 9 points for me! ^^

Amazing views, clean, modern, in a quiet area which was nice

The accommodation has New branding hotel and very cozy and super tidy. Cost also very affordability. Receptionist also very kindly. The room has included Smart TV and Samsung good air conditioner. When I staying a room I was so relaxed. I will consider it for booking on this hotel again when return at Danang.

Khách sạn nằm gần trung tâm tiện lợi di chuyển cũng như tìm nơi ăn uống. Phòng sạch sẽ, yên tĩnh. Giá cả phải chăng.

The location is a little bit far from the center but it doesn’t matter to me at all. The room are quite well kept, very clean and decently neat. Service wise, the staffs are friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!
