Good location close to Hadar mall and central to where we needed to be.

I wouldn’t call the apartment luxury. It wasn’t that clean. Main ensuite no amenities except shampoo. There was no body soap. The kitchen didn’t have information rebating any appliances very little utensils. Laundry dryer lint isn’t been changed. Full of lint. Broom had hair all Over from previous cleaning. If you want to advertise as luxury it needs to be better kept and have all the needs for your guests:

The apartment itself is nice 7 out of 10.

The shades don’t work, owner not very accommodating. They charge a fee if you want to check in before 4 pm. Not right, especially on a Friday. They also want you to check out between 7 am- 10 am at the latest. Not very accommodating. The building itself is not nice. The hallways are dark with broken tile. The apartment itself is fine but owners could have done better by providing paper towels in the kitchen and maybe even a pod or two of detergent. Very stingy.

Beautiful Modern Apartment with great common area with wonderful Views of city through floor to ceiling Windows and balcony.

Key from Garage to Apartment elevators not provided. Required exiting through office lobby and walking around building and climbing approximately two flights of steps to access apartment elevators. Required many emails and photos for agent to understand issue - which was NEVER resolved. Apparently, renting agent does not maintain proper keys. Also charged VAT through booking.com which was not refunded properly. It took over 4 weeks to refund after HOURS of calls with booking.com. Booking.com handled this issue very poorly. Building is not Wheelchair Accessible.

Beautiful apartment with stunning views! We loved the comfortable sofa and beds and how spacious and modern the living room was. And the views are exceptional!

The apartment was nice and comfortable. It was easy to use the key codes in the building and apartments. The location was also good with many shopping facilities for grocery, restaurants etc. nearby. The hosts were always available by email.

It would have been nice to have some instructions e.g. on how to operate the microwave. There were no instructions and we could not operate the microwave.
