The property is on the Hard Rock Estate much of which is still under construction. There are no supermarkets. Street lighting is very poor. There was one restaurant close by but not advisable to go there at night. Use of Hard Rock Resort facilities very expensive. Supply of some basics (water) would have been appreciated. Rainwater shower head defective. Water heater switch was in bedroom and not obvious. Mattress uncomfortable due plastic covers. Some ant infestation. Basic information of area would have been appreciated

Reviewed Jul 6, 2023This is the scam location. Two hours before check-in the host told me that they charged a deposit of 200 dollars for a stay ( I needed to stay only overnight). But I went to the location anyhow. It was hard to find even for a local taxi driver, (he had never heard about this place) and I met nobody around when I arrived. The contact host didn't speak English at all and could only chat via a translator in WA. So I left. I assume that it is a scam because normally places won't charge you any deposit in cash. Be careful.
Please, make a double check of this place.
