The customer service i got from Shelly&Delroy in the biggest restaurant under the lobby area they were exceptional when dealing with my family and i was greatful for the treatment.

The waterslide needs to be change or upgraded.

One staff will assure you that something will be fixed, then you go back about the issue and a next staff tells you otherwise. Also the room we got the bathroom started to smell.

And a special mention to Sherene and Anthony at Bell Desk for their assistance. Birthday Arrangements 🎂 Keisha from PR was also very helpful. During my final check on the morning of the birthday, she informed me that nothing had actually been scheduled for the room. Thankfully, she got it resolved and connected me with Kevoy at Momo, who confirmed that our birthday Hibachi dinner and special arrangements were set for the night of the 28th. Unfortunately, when we arrived, none of the requested birthday arrangements had been done—not even a little birthday song. 😞 This was my only real disappointment throughout the entire stay, especially because I had taken the time to confirm everything beforehand. The Playroom 💙 Last but certainly not least, a huge thank you to the wonderful Playroom team—Setirah, Imanie, with special mention to Nyoka, and the glowing mom-to-be, Aunty Donna. You all made my babygirl feel so welcomed, comfortable, and right at home. 💙 She absolutely loved her time there! Overall, there were some truly amazing staff members who went above and beyond to make our stay special, and I genuinely appreciate each of them. ❤️

A lot of flies in the seating/eating areas of the buccaneers reef... However, I was pleased that I did not see any flies in the buffet/food areas.

I booked a birthday with cake ordered and some how it was forgotten by the staff. This was disappointing.

We was given a downgraded room and was at first told that they'd place a foldaway bed into the room even though we paid way over. They told is booking.com had made the error .The manager eventually changed our room, after having to wait in the lobby for four hours. . Although still a downgrade. Quite disappointing 😞

The whole operation is a fraud, designed to cheat you out of your money and ruin your vacation. We spent almost all of our stay waiting on various admin with very poor communication and no respect at all for our time and money. When it was eventually ready hours late our room was dirty and all toiletries empty. Customer service was appalling. When I finally managed to speak to a Manager he was rude and dismissive. Many many people were making complaints regarding wait times for rooms, cockroaches and broken room facilities. What you are promised is definitely not what you will receive. Just avoid at all costs and stay elsewhere!

It was really good - sometimes the food and service can be a little questionable in an all-inclusive- that was not the case at Moon Palace - food was great - beach and the bay was attractive - the pools were well maintained. We had a junior suite looking out on the water with a balcony and it was comfortable.

Nothing really stands out as a negative - we were invited to do some tour to get discounts on things like the spa - it was a little bit of an oversell - we didn’t quite understand that it involved a tour of the property that took over an hour but once we understood that it was some sales pitch we declined and got back to enjoying our stay. So all good

Felt pressured to buy a membership despite being told no @ that time even when checking out there was step in the lobby offering you a voucher to come back @ 50% off also it took us just as long to fly into Montego Bay to get to the resort on a bus with no bathroom & no stop

The atmosphere at Moon Palace was relaxing and enjoyable. The activities were well planned, organized, and provided a great experience throughout our stay.

I was disappointed that my room was dirty upon arrival, and I had to ask housekeeping to change the sheets and wipe down the counters.

The property was lovely. Well kept. They have lots of lovely restaurants and the food was great. The. Variety was amazing. The staff was great. They were friendly and helpful and there was lots of things to do onsite.

The WIFI in the room was poor. Also felt uncomfortable with all the selling. Whilst I was leaving the hotel I was being asked pay $299 for the next holiday.

We had a wonderful stay overall. Our Superior Walk-Out Suite in the newer Cabana Building was spacious, modern, and very comfortable. The bathroom was large, the porch was a great place to relax, and the A/C worked perfectly. The staff throughout the resort were warm, friendly, and always willing to help. The food was one of the highlights, especially Momo. The hibachi experience and Asian cuisine were excellent, and the yum yum sauce was a favorite! We also enjoyed the Jerk Hut and appreciated the variety of dining options and activities available.

Some areas of the resort are beginning to show their age and could benefit from exterior renovations and general updates. While the newer Cabana Building was beautiful, the older sections looked a bit worn in comparison. Other than that, we had a very enjoyable stay.

The night club was good.The nightly entertainment great.The games room bought out the child in me.The bracelet making class was excellent with patience and calm instructor. Thanks to Marika at the front desk who was very professional and helpful .I had an issue with my room and reservation but Kobie at the Pulbic relations office went above and beyond to fix the problem .He is very professional and has excellent customer service. When you visit the Pier 8 restaurant ask for Sheena (waitress) she is professional and very helpful . Overall my stay was great and I would visit again.

The entertainment at the pool could be better.Some of the front desk ladies were not helpful.

The property was clean right through my visit there. The staff were pleasant attentive and great customer service.

I was very satisfied with the spa treatments.The waiter Joseph Gordon at the Buccaneer treated us like royalty. One particular staff member Ms Zaterann was very helpful in making our dinner reservation for our entire stay. All we had to do was relaxed and enjoy ourselves.👍

It takes a while for the servers to attend to you. Severs don’t seems to be assigned to a particular area to ensure everyone can get assistance with a drink or glass of water.

Food was great, beach is nice, staff is friendly, property is nice overall.

Seems like they could not manage the crowd and they were only at 66% capacity. Staff bickered amongst one another right in front of us. Room wasn’t ready until 4:30pm even though check in is 3pm and they still gave us the wrong room.

The fact that the bell men acted as if your not white your bags will not be taken to your room in a timely manner, its the first time I have ever experienced that kinda stuff anywhere in the world. The bell men main focus were who they think can give them a tip. I will be doing a podcast soon and I will definitely give my reviews there about my trip ( Jay Fray podcast). The palace live up to its name, with exception to the bell men who were targeting tips all day. The bell man told me that they were short staffed and ask me if I want to take my bag to my room myself. That's unheard of anywhere in the hotel industry.

The. General space is. Spectacular and impressive. The staff is warm friendly and responsive.

I loved the room, what i was disappointed in was the shower. There was black grime between the tiles and at tiles to the front of the shower was discolored. This is an easy fix with mold spray and a brush.

The only thing I didn't like was the fact that the bell men seems to judge people based on their color or they were just short staffed but whatever it is ,it needs to be dealt with. I have been to several properties all over the world 🌎 and never had this kind of issue

it was perfect for me nothing less nothing more i had a great time..... was just that most of the places we wanted to go closed off a bit early and the booking could be a bit quicker and thats all i had the time

We really enjoyed the excellent amenities at the property, there was a fun games room, the MoMo restaurant, a gondola, and easy access to food and snack bars. The room was very comfortable, and the pools were amazing..

While the property had many positives, there were a few disappointments. The Jamaican restaurant food was extremely salty, which affected the dining experience. We were also disappointed that the Dolphin Cove area was closed during our visit. Additionally, too many areas were reserved for Diamond members, including the pool next to Pier 8, which had no available lounge chairs for other guests to place their belongings if we wanted to use the big pool in that section.

This was my first time staying at this hotel, on arrival things seem a little chaotic as we had to Que in an airport style snake line, we were not offered a welcome cold drink and cold hand towel which is basic common courtesy on arrival at 5* hotel but the checkin itself was smooth with a friendly staff.

I did not like that they have agents who is onsite trying to sell us holiday club membership for ridiculous prices, it was a boiler room type experience that I will never forget and kind of put a damper on my vacation. The tactic that is used seem friendly at first but then became extremely aggressive and pushy. They wanted us fork over 10k + us $ Dollars followed by a monthly payment of almost $300 ,we kept saying no to every figure and they kept trying to break down the figures even more. The whole experience was just horrible
