The SPA and the gem was far way from my room, as it is in another building. I asked for hotel taxi to take me to the airport, but unfortunately : old car no AC dirty car, and I have pictures for that.

There was significant noise coming from the rooms above. Despite raising the issue, the staff continued moving furniture at around 8:00 PM and again as early as 6:00 AM, which was very disruptive. Unfortunately, although an explanation was provided, no corrective action appeared to be taken. Overall, the hotel is an older property with a lot of potential, but it would benefit from greater attention to maintenance, furniture, and guest comfort. With some improvements and investment, the hotel could provide a much better experience for its guests.

The staff especially Darshana was helpful and they did move us to rooms after 2 days. The rooms are very good in the main hotel but the villas are horrible. I wouldn't recommend it to my worst enemy!!

We booked a villa as we were 5 adults and 2 children . The price between booking rooms vs the villa was about 20% cheaper but what a nasty surprise it was . The villas are old , everything smells ....our cupboard in the master bedroom smelled like somebody had urinated in it ....and honestly I am not exaggerating a bit. So the villas have a master bedroom designed as Alcatraz prison...that room doesnt have a window ....no window ....and the only room with an attached bathroom . The other two rooms one has a partial balcony and the other a sliver of light from a small window......so really doesnt matter of you can see a sliver of the ocean because there is no place to see it from . Old smelling , not renovated , poor design...horrible horrible horrible. The ground floor has a living room, dining room and a kitchen....that is actually fine....but poorly designed , badly kept and smelly villas .....do not book it , it will spoil your holiday !!!

Very old, not renewed, all sort of degraded material. I noticed doors being in very bad shape due to the humidity. Room bath old and tight. Non smoking section smells like the smoking section.

No valet, staff very friendly however lacks hospitality unlike other places I visited in oman.

للاسف دورات مياه ليس بيها تصريف مياه وبكل سهوله تتجمع المياه وتتسرب الى الغرفة البوفيه ليس بمستوى فندق 5 نجوم

نظافة المرافق، ونظافة الغرفة، وشراحية المنتجع، ومكان الفطور، وحسن تعامل الموظفين سواء في الاستقبال أو المطعم أو خدمة تنظيف الغرف، الجميع بدون استثناء ولكن أخص بالذكر عامل التنظيف Aref.

السعر غالي جدا في موسم خريف صلالة

مكان جميل جدااا جداا وكان الناس العمانين اهل كرم واخلاق واخص الاخت فوزيه كانت طيبه مع عائلتي سوف اعاود الحجز في الخريف القادم

It's a nice, though slightly dated hotel. The rooms were clean and nice. Typical bathroom facilities. The grounds are well-kept. The pools were very nice and clean. The breakfast buffet and the Italian restaurant are very good.

Location. It's a bad location. And taxis from the apps won't pick you up in front. So, you either have to pay 5x more with the taxi stand or walk 500m or more away to get a taxi (which will still often not pick you up). It would be good if there was a little grocery store in the hotel given its location as well.

الغرفة بسيطة مقابل المبلغ لا يوجد في الأرضية سجاد كانت باردة ارضية الرخام والحمام بسيط وبدائي والكنبة بسيطة ايضاً والأثاث قديم نوعاً ما والبلكونة النافذة غير مفتوحة وايضاً الغرفة بعيدة جداً عن مكان الاستقبال يفضل ان تعرف مكان غرفتك قبل ان تحجز

الصراحه المكان جميل وكنت حاجز فيه 4 ليالي مع الافطار كان بوفيه متنوع ولذيذ والموظفين قمه في التعاون واي شي تطلبه كذالك فيه خدمة المساج بحجز مسبق واسعاره عاليه نوعنا ما في السعوديه طبعا ارخص من عيوب المكان انه رطوووووووووبه بسبب الفتره الي رحتها وكذالك قربها جدا من الشاطئ وكذالك في فترت الفطور المجاني لقينا شعر في الاكل وبلغنا المسؤول ولما جيت وقت العشاء بفلوس كذالك لقينا شعر وكنت مستاء وطلبت عدم الدفع لكن لم يتم التجاوب واصرو علي الدفع وكان مبلغ بحدود 36 عماني يعني 360 ريال سعودي تقريبا جدا ومعد جيتهم بعدها الصراحه والي يحجز فطور يدور علي شخص اسمه حسين علي شاب اسمر قصير واضح عليه انه من اهل البلد وخلووووووووووووق جدا وراح يخدمكم بالي تبونه حتي لو علي حساب نفسه والله يستاهل التقيم هوا فقط كذالك فيه خانات للسياح الاجانب الي عادي عندهم الشرب وغيرها

تغير الغرف المحجوزه لأخرى لكن موظفين الاستقبال يجيدون حلول للمشاكل واراضاء النزلاء وخصوصا مدير الفندق

Staff were very professional and accommodating. From the reception staff to the housekeeping staff, everyone ensured our stay was perfect. Joseph from the Ocean restaurant was very helpful because my kids have food allergies and he made sure we were taken care of without any problems. Great swimming pools for the kids. Hotel is right on the beach.

We loved the beautiful beachfront location, friendly and attentive staff, clean and comfortable rooms, and the excellent breakfast. The peaceful atmosphere made it a perfect place to relax

Food was great. Pool was nice and close to the beach. Staff were always polite and helpful.

Many of the facilties were closed. Not many restaurant options. Felt quite dated.

The staff Faisal cleaned the room frequently as well the restaurant staff all were helpful including Mr Dexter and Mr Hussain and Ms Sushine We enjoyed our stay

Heater in the swimming pool not available

Beach was nice. Breakfast was supper. room was good . house keeping was excellent his name is Anayet. Front Desk Muna Was supper nice and welcoming.

The shower water pressure was disappointing and the shower head as well.
