Reviewed Jun 20, 2026Location is great and the rooms are clean The rooms are cleaned and beds made everyday. New towels are also replaced everyday. The reception lady Quynh is friendly and informative with a good understanding of most English. There is a great Cafe directly across the road and a very good breakfast of bacon, onion. Cheese Omelette with Brusetta toast and coffee costs around 150,000 dong. It's very clean and great food. The free bus to Safari and vinwonders is 20 metres away. I spend nearly two weeks here and was happy with the value for money and location.
I can honestly say there was not anything I was unhappy with. Overall a great place if you want value for money.

Нас не заселили. Это было крайне неприятно. Забронировали этот отель еще летом, с 04 по 08 января, оплата на месте. Дней за 10 до заселения, хозяйка написала сообщение в котором потребовала внести предоплату и указала реквизиты. Мы пытались оплатить по ним, но ничего не получилось. Думаю, потому, что цена за ночь на наши даты взлетела в три раза и это было сделано умышленно. Я посчитала, что такие действия в обход booking.com могут быть опасны. Но вариантов бронирования на новогодние праздники уже не было. Ответила, что мы уже на Фукуоке и обязательно приедем , согласно нашему подтвержденному бронированию на booking.com. Но нас не заселили. Хозяйка предоставила нам 2 ночи в худшем отеле , по цене Sel de mer apartment. Затем мы сами нашли другой отель.

Reviewed Dec 24, 2025В целом хорошо, но номер уже уставший. Краска на стенах полопалась, потёки от кондиционера на стене. Полка для полотенец в душе шатает, горячей воды нет, сантехника душе в налете. Эти моменты портят общее впечатление.
Персонала никогда нет на месте((( хотела сдать вещи в прачку или попросить столовые приборы в номер, на месте никого не было никогда.
Мне понравилось расположение отеля, понравился район, понравилось наличие балкона.

Cela paraît neuf de l extérieur mais déjà vétuste à l intérieur. Dégoulinade sur le mur à cause de la climatisation. Très difficile de régler l eau de la douche . Un balcon sans chaise.

в округе все закрыто, но с другой стороны это плюс - очень тихо

Reviewed Oct 20, 2025Die Unterkunft befindet sich in einer verkehrsgünstigen Lage. Sie ist ziemlich ruhig und nur 2 Gehminuten vom Strand entfernt.
Ich habe das Hotel gebucht, weil auf Booking angegeben war, dass das Bett eine Breite von 180–210 cm hat. Als ich jedoch ankam, war das Bett nur etwa 160 cm breit. Der Rezeptionist sagte mir, dass es nur solche Betten gebe.
Beim Einchecken fand ich Haare auf dem Bett. Nachdem ich die Rezeption darum bat, wurde sich entschuldigt, das Bettzeug wurde gewechselt und mir wurde ein Rabatt bzw. eine kleine Entschädigung angeboten.
Allerdings waren die Handtücher wirklich nicht sauber. Die Badezimmertür ließ sich nicht richtig schließen. Im Badezimmer gab es Schimmel, und das Warm- und Kaltwasser funktionierte unregelmäßig. und und und...

الموقع رائع في منطقة Grand word منطقة الحدائق قريبه من البحر دقيقتين مشيا شاطئ رائع وفيه كافيهات ومطاعم ومنطقة سباحة مخدومة وقريبه من الفعاليات 5 دقائق والمركبات والتكتك لا تدخل المنطقة لذلك لا تسمع اي ازعاج كما هو في باقي فنادق المنطقة
المطبخ مكتمل الأغراض
هناك بلكونة مطلعة على المنطقة والساحاات وهي جميلة خصوصا وقت الأمطار
والغرف مريحة في النوم والأسرة رائعة
المضيف السيد لام كان رائع ومتعاون وحريص على راحتي وراحة اسرتي انني اشكره من القلب فهو رجل رائع

الموقع ممتاز حيث الإطلالة على البحيرة الصناعية والعروض التي نقام كل ليلة قربة من اغلب الانشطة .
صغر مساحة الشقة والغرف التي لا تتجاوز 16 م .

Reviewed Apr 10, 2025What I like most here is that it is near the beach and near the bus stop to Vinwonder and Safari. It only takes me 2 minutes to do that. It's great because I can buy cheap Vinwonder and Safari tickets here. The receptionist Quynh is very friendly and supports my family very enthusiastically.

It can be loud in the streets with karaoke and the shows happening in Grand World. Also it is a ghost town and I would only recommend to stay here if you are going to the Amusement Park.

Reviewed Mar 7, 2024The location is very convenient for families wanting to take kids to VinWonders &/or Safari; the nearby beaches are clean, quiet, and nice. We visited Phu Quoc before the Vietnamese Tet holidays so the island is especially quiet; which can be nice as one doesn't need to stand in lines for rides/etc... at VinWonders for example; however, the nearby areas around the hotel are too quiet due to a lot of nearby businesses closed for the holidays &/or simply being deserted (this doesn't reflect badly on the hotel experience but just the overall feeling during our stay in PQ - we feel like we are in a ghost town). We especially appreciate the hospitality and kindness of our host (Ms Quynh), she made us feel at home and our whole stay was pleasant greatly due to her kind support and help. We would definitely come back to stay at Sel De Mer again because of this experience.
The town is somewhat deserted in certain areas.

The rooms were clean and in a great location, quieter part of Grand World. Close to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly and very accommodating to your needs. The girl at the front desk, Quynh, is always willing to help, whether booking a taxi or organising tickets for the theme parks. It definitely made our trip more enjoyable.
Water was leaking from the shower door, which was not ideal, but they did provide us extra towels to put at the bottom of the door to minimise the leakage. Might need to get that rectified in the near future.

7 nights in grand world was too much for me but that was not the hotel's fault!
