Лифта нет (мы знали об этом), но лестница слишком узкая и крутая. В номере слабый кондиционер, очень много муравьев, за 2 ночи они сильно покусали нам ноги и заползли в чемоданы, также было несколько черных пауков. Мы также знали, что номер маленький (подходит больше для 1-2 ночей, не более того). В санузле плохой запах Отдельное возмущение от меня персоналу. Я была с подругой и один из сотрудников назвал меня ее мамой, хотя было очевидно что это не так. Считаю это бестактным. Лучше бы занялись качеством уборки и дали полезные советы, чем задавать неуместные вопросы

Reviewed Mar 11, 2026Милый отель за хорошую цену. Рядом хороший пляж. До шоу фонтанов минут 5 пешком, до музея мишек минут 10. До парка развлечений и сафари лучше взять такси или тук-тук. Останавливались в семейном номере с 2 двуспальными кроватями. Номер небольшой, но всё необходимое в номере есть, достаточно мест для хранения. Сотрудники дружелюбные, стараются помочь. Если в номере нужна уборка, то нужно вешать табличку и у вас приберутся) Лифта нет, для нас это не было проблемой)

Номер вроде хороший, не сказать, что старый, но какой-то неаккуратный что ли - стены в пятнах и следах от намокания, постельное белье было в одном месте порвано. В номере не было балкона, не хватало места для сушки полотенца и мокрых вещей (сушили под крышей на последнем этаже).

- Нет лифта Нет сушилки для белья. Некуда вешать купальники и одежду после пляжа. Хозяину надо в каждую комнату поставить сушилку которую можно собрать и поставить на балкон

Tầng 1 cho thuê bán quần áo, không giống như trong ảnh trên booking. Nhân viên khá nhiệt tình nhưng chủ yếu để mời khách 1 số dịch vụ quen và nhận hoa hồng (dù thực tế dịch vụ ấy kém hơn so với do tôi tự tìm). Nhân viên nên tinh tế hơn, không phải ai cũng thích như vậy.

Внимательные и приветливые хозяева, встретили, помогли разместиться, поднять/спустить чемоданы, проводили при выезде. В номере есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания. Кондиционер, телефизор, фен, чайник, кофе. Просторная душевая, шампунь, гель для душа, мыло, зубные щётки, расчёски. Удобная постель. Постельное белье-мягкое, нежное, с приятным запахом. Полотенца тоже. Чисто. Уборка номера по запросу, что для нас очень удобно, так как мы проживали в отеле больше 2-х недель и в уборке каждый день не было необходимости. Тихо. Отличное месторасположения. До пляжа пара минут неспешным шагом. Пляж оборудован, море чистое и тёплое. Возле отеля много магазинчиков с фруктами. В отеле на первом этаже магазин с одеждой, обувью, сувенирами. Рядом автобусная остановка, автобус едет в центр острова, до аэропорта.

Reviewed Dec 26, 2025The room was a bit small, but it was very clean and well maintained. There is no elevator, but the staff kindly helped carry our luggage up to the room, which we really appreciated. At first, we had a little trouble finding the entrance because it looked like a clothing shop from the outside. On the first floor, the space is shared with a shop that feels more like a small general store, but once you enter, you can find the staff inside and check in without any problem. What I liked the most was the bathroom. It was extremely clean and felt very modern, almost like a newly built hotel, which made the stay much more comfortable. All of the staff were very friendly and helpful. They also arranged a tuk-tuk for us at a very reasonable price whenever we needed transportation, which was very convenient. The location is excellent as well. Vinpearl Safari, VinWonders, and Grand World are all nearby, so it’s very easy to get around. The room price is very affordable for the quality, making this place an excellent value for money. I highly recommend this accommodation.

Reviewed Dec 25, 2025Расположение просто супер, 3 минуты и ты на море. Чисто, уютно, приятно. Хорошие доброжелательные хозяева и весь персонал. Уборка, если повесить табличку, если не вешать - никто не заходит и это огромный плюс.
Мне все ок, но если есть сложности с подъемами, то лифта в отеле нет, но поднять спустить багаж помогают.

Нет лифта. Поселили на 2 и 3 этажах, что соответствует 3 и 4 этажам. Вход через магазин,нет завтраков, не меняют полотенца, не выносят мусор, персонал не знает английский язык, воду дали при зезде и через три дня после заселения.

Лестница, но нам любезно занесли все вещи на 2 этаж. Рядышком идет ремонт и начинают с 8 утра, мы уходили рано поэтому нам не сильно мешало

水壓小，有冷水就沒熱水 有熱水就沒冷水，洗到一半身上都是泡泡急匆匆出來跟房東講 水的問題搞很久 感覺三樓區域灰塵很多，很久沒住人的感覺，有蟲的屍體 櫃子還翻到開封的保險套包裝

No english speaking (at all, not a word). Very unfriendly owners - they run several businesses together and/or play video games - most of the time there is nobody at the "reception". The rooms are on floors with very steep and narrow stairs, there is no elevator. The room was never cleaned, I had to specifically ask for towels to be replaced - they were given to me with great reluctance.

They did not change the towels every day, nor did they throw out the trash. They also did not tell us that food in the accommodation is charged.
