Overall not bad in the apartment toilet seems needs some refurbish it will be good if shower heads replaced both rooms and deep clean the shower floor.

We booked all inclusive but our all-inclusive package at Mirage Bay didn't include drinks. We had to pay 6000 Egyptian dollars (ZAR2000) extra to have it included in our package and we had to pay in cash. 80% of the apartments aren't owned by the hotel, they are privately owned units, so this is false advertising. I had to carry my own suitcase up 3 flights of stairs to the third floor apartment, as the staff worked for the hotel not the apartments. I got screamed at by the bag handler & owner of this apartment, I think because I am a woman!! The room wasn’t clean although the bedding was. No bedding on second bed when we arrived. We got 2 cups, no teaspoon and 4 local tea (no coffee or milk). We twice asked for water for the room and once requested towels for the bathroom bigger than hand towels. The food was Egyptian only and made for the locals, not foreigners. Same food each day and we eventually went to the mall to eat. One English TV channel in the room, the news. Wifi only worked at the entrance of the hotel or pay extra. I asked for a late check out and was told if i write a positive review, no charge, otherwise pay US$80 extra, so we checked out on time

Stay away❌️❌️❌️❌️❌️ تجربه لن تتكرر و منتهي السوء من أول يوم واجهنا انقطاع المياه لفترة طويلة، واضطررنا لقضاء أول ليلة في غرفة أقل من مستوى الغرفة التي قمنا بحجزها. مستوى الطعام كان ضعيفًا جدًا ولا يرقى لما يتم الإعلان عنه. كما اضطررت لاستخدام العيادة بالفندق ووجدتها في حالة غير مرضية من حيث النظافة. الأمر الأسوأ كان أسلوب التعامل من موظفي الاستقبال، حيث تمت معاملتي بطريقة غير لائقة عند الاعتراض على مشكلة انقطاع المياه والمطالبة بحلها. للأسف كانت التجربة مخيبة للآمال ولا أنصح بالفندق. الفندق لا يستحق تصنيفه الحالي، ومستوى الخدمة والمرافق أقل بكثير من المتوقع. Very disappointing experience at Mirage Bay Resort & Aqua Park. From the first day, we experienced a prolonged water outage, and we were forced to spend our first night in a room that was below the category we had booked. The food quality was very poor and did not match what was advertised. I also had to use the resort's clinic and found it to be unsatisfactory in terms of cleanliness. What made the experience even worse was the attitude of the reception staff. I was treated in an inappropriate and unprofessional manner when I complained about the water outage and asked for a solution. Unfortunately, the overall experience was very disappointing, and I would not recommend this hotel. The resort does not deserve its current rating, and the level of service and facilities is far below expectations.

Sehr schönes Hotel! Großes, sauberes Zimmer, Pools und Aquapark vorhanden. Der Strand ist sehr nah. Ideal für Kinder, viele Aktivitäten. Essen und Personal gut. Sehr empfehlenswert! فندق جميل جداً! الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة، ويوجد مسابح وأكوا بارك. الشاطئ قريب جداً. مناسب للأطفال مع العديد من الأنشطة. الطعام جيد والموظفون جيدون. أنصح به بشدة!

Geen aanrader. Slecht eten: voedselvergiftiging. In de badkamer was alles stuk alleen het bed was top. Verder niet alles inbegrepen alleen bepaalde dingen dingen. Dus pas op lang niet all inclusief.

There is a scam going on with the hotel, what you see and book online is not what you get. There is a sub contractor who is selling somenasty apartments behind the hotel but using the same hotel info and photos. The food is horrid and limited. The only pleasant about the hotel is the staff. They are not well presented but they are pleasant and helpful.

Nothing. It was one of my worst hotel experience. I lost money but it wasn't worth the stay. I left the next morning.

I booked the hotel for my elderly mother, and everything was perfectly arranged — the food, the comfort — everything matched the price. I especially want to thank the manager, Haniball, who looked after the elderly guests, helped them, and was very attentive. He is an excellent employee of an international level, able to connect with people from any country.

The renovation in part of the hotel caused a bit of inconvenience, but we were informed about it in advance.

Le personnel était au top ! Un grand merci à Hannibal qui m’a énormément aidé et a répondu à toutes mes demandes depuis mon arrivée. Le moindre problème ou la moindre question obtenait une réponse instantanée. Un service vraiment excellent, assuré par des personnes formidables !

Dans l’ensemble, l’établissement, la cour et les coins de promenade sont agréables, mais certains endroits semblent un peu négligés et mériteraient un meilleur entretien. Une petite attention sur ces zones serait un vrai plus.

Der Zugang zum Strand ist sehr gut.Die Betreuung von Hannibal ist sehr zuversichtlich und speditiv . Der Aquapark ist sehr toll für die Kinder.

Die Räumlichkeiten sind sehr hellhörig. Das Essen hat mir nicht geschmeckt, für mich zu fad.

The location of the resort is good , the beach was nice.

The mosquito was every where especially in the room and path room, the food has no variety, the chairs especially on the beach was not sufficient to guests and most of it is broken and not comfortable.

Nothing at all starting from the reception, everything was bad and disappointed

Very disappointing stay – Not recommended at all I booked 5 nights for $1500, and it turned out to be one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. • No housekeeping service at all. • Towels were never replaced, neither in the room nor at the pool/beach. • When I complained at the reception, the response was shocking: “You booked through Booking.com, you are not considered a hotel guest, you are with Hany.” • Overall cleanliness and service were completely unacceptable for the price paid. Honestly, this was a terrible experience, and I would not recommend this place to anyone.

The apartment is not hotel property! When I booked I assumed that it’s the hotel itself with all hotel services but I was shocked that it’s private apartment inside the hotel compound! Not clean at all !

1- Worst staff and animation team ever, no activities no programs even they had no plan. Most staff were rude too. 2- ver very bad restaurant, the food was disgusting. Worst food i had ever and worst service. 3- the pool wasn’t clean.

Not clean at all. Condition of the room very poor. Wardrobe was very dusty. Bathroom was terrible. Food not good, my wife and myself had bacteria and heavy diarrhoea. Coffee and soft drinks were also terrible. Cancelled from the first day our stay was meant to be from 6 June 2025 until 14 June 2025. Requested cancelling and money back but was refused to pay back!

The rooms are clean and nice and there is anything you need. Waterpark is fun for kids. Hannibal is always reachable and very supportive.

I liked everything, beach ,pools, Hannibal was the best Manager I’ve ever seen ,he helped us for evth for what we need, for sure we like to come back again.

Please give more time for opening the Aquapark cos it’s a little bit short time

Some words about our accommodation. We had everything what we needed, and if we had any special question we got it. Cleaning was perfect, the guy was very helpful and kept a daily contact with us. The apartment was a perfect place for having a rest with a double airconditional system. It was silence, not crowded with an own swimming pool. The owner Hany is a very kind, helpful man who really interested of your well being! We felt really in safe us, because he helped us in everything. For example when we wanted to order some food from the city or transfer anywhere. I wish next year we can come back to visit him!

I like the food, excursions, kids club, beach staff members especially Hannibal he really took good care of me and my family he was very friendly, helpful definitely would recommend this accommodation suite in the hotel.

Reception staff were not the most helpful

The Host was really nice and welcoming. We travel a lot so I can compare that to others. (Thank you Hannibal 🙏) There is a heated water park. Might be restricted times during the day depending on the season. Has it's own beach that's really convenient. Excursions can be booked at the hotel or just across the street.

Food gets plain after a while,but we found that everywhere in Egypt. Solution is to go 1 type of meal an occasion 🙂
