Cibo incredibile per l abbondanza e varieta. ottimo.Personale gentilissimo cortese e simpatico. Camere spaziose. Spiaggia e ristorante sulla spiaggia magnifici Staff dell hotel numeroso ed eccellente in ogni zona del resort. Attività di intrattenimento in spiaggia varia e divertente ( Zumba acquagym, risveglio muscolare, ecc).Gruppo d Animazione carino, divertente e mai invadente. Spero di ritornarci!.

The food was very good but needed to be improved with more varieties. Eastern sweets were only on my last day. Need to improve the taste of the sweets as chocolate taste were not good quality

We arrived after a long trip and were very tired, but he went above and beyond to assist us, fulfilling all my requests even faster than expected. The hotel was fantastic, the sea was amazing, the acquapark was so much fun, the service was awesome and the staff were so nice and friendly especially mr. Rashad and mr. Mohammed, the food was also very tasty and high quality!!

L’hotel era Bellissimo,il mare era uno spettacolo, e l’acquapark era super. Il cibo era molto delizioso, il servizio era perfetto e anche lo staff era super gentile e disponibile specialmente il signor Mohammed e il signir Rashad che erano super di aiuto nella lobby. Direi definitivamente un hotel spettacolare!

Food. Beach. Free bus to the beach. Aqua park. Restaurant in front of the beach that you can use if you have all inclusive regime - this is super handy.

Hotel needs some renovations. Most of Hurghada beaches are private so you cannot just walk around free through the beach or visiting other beaches since there's security everywhere.

This was our second stay at the hotel. Overall, we had a very enjoyable experience and were very happy with the service. A special thanks to Mr. Mohamed Abdelhamid at the reception, who was extremely helpful and professional. He managed to fulfill all our requests in record time and went above and beyond our expectations. His quick response and attention to our needs made a real difference to our stay. The only suggestion I would make to the management is to provide clear and written instructions regarding the **Minimum** age, and weight rules for Aqua Park usage, so that all guests and staff have the same understanding of the rules. This would help avoid any subjective interpretation or inconsistent application of the rules by individual staff members. In this regard I would also like to thank Captain Shaaban for his professional and respectful way of handling situations related to the Aqua Park. We truly appreciated his attitude and assistance. Overall, it was a great stay, and the fact that this was our second visit says a lot about our positive experience. We would definitely consider coming back again. Many thanks to the entire team!

I had an amazing stay at this hotel, and I would like to sincerely thank the whole team for their exceptional hospitality. The reception staff were extremely professional, friendly, and welcoming. Although the journey from Cairo to Hurghada was long and exhausting, their warm attitude, quick check-in process, and great organization made everything much easier and more comfortable. What really impressed me was the level of care before our arrival. The hotel team contacted us in advance to ask if we had any special requests or if there was anything they could do to make our stay better. This level of attention and professionalism is something I have rarely experienced in other hotels. I would also like to share some suggestions because I truly believe this hotel has one of the most respectful and responsive management teams. I experienced this during my previous visit in 2024 when I mentioned a concern about updating the room, and the management took my feedback seriously and worked on improving it. Regarding areas for improvement, I suggest providing two shuttle buses to the Aqua Park, as the current situation can become very crowded and uncomfortable. It would also be great to have a clean and well-maintained restroom area at the Aqua Park, and to offer some snacks there, not only drinks, so guests can enjoy the area more comfortably. Apart from these points, everything about the hotel was wonderful. The service, staff, and overall experience were excellent. This hotel is definitely one of the best hotels I have visited, and despite the few suggestions, I could not rate it less than 10/10 because the level of care, hospitality, and attention from the team truly deserves it. Thank you for making our stay memorable. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to visiting again.😍😍

Honestly, I would rate this hotel 11/10 or even more! ❤️ Everything was absolutely perfect and exceeded all my expectations. The sea was breathtaking, the aqua park was amazing, and the swimming pools were fantastic. Everything was clean, beautiful, and well maintained. But what really made our stay special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, helpful, welcoming, and always smiling. They truly made us feel at home. We had an amazing experience from start to finish, and I honestly didn’t want to leave! 😍 Highly recommended! 11/10 is not enough! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ My Best Experience at Blend Club So Far This was my third stay at Blend Club Aqua Resort, and I can honestly say that this visit was special and definitely my best experience so far. Having stayed here twice before, I already knew the resort and had previous experiences to compare with. This time, however, the overall experience genuinely exceeded my expectations. The staff were absolutely outstanding. Everyone was professional, respectful, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. A special thank you to the reception team, chefs, waiters, restaurant staff, housekeeping team, animation team, pool and beach staff, and everyone working behind the scenes. Every member of the team contributed to making our stay comfortable and enjoyable. Our room was clean, comfortable, well-maintained, and in a good location. Everything was properly prepared for our family, including the sleeping arrangements, and we felt comfortable throughout our stay. The restaurant was also a very pleasant experience, with a good variety of food and attentive, friendly staff. The chefs and restaurant team deserve special appreciation for their effort and service. The aquapark was fantastic and provided plenty of entertainment for both adults and children. The animation team also did a great job keeping the atmosphere enjoyable and entertaining. The beach was enjoyable as well, and the complimentary shuttle service made getting there very convenient. What impressed me most this time was the overall level of hospitality, cleanliness, organization, and professionalism. There was a genuine sense of care in the way the entire team dealt with us, which made the whole stay feel comfortable and enjoyable. As a returning guest, I really appreciate seeing this level of service, and I can confidently say that this third visit was my best one yet. A big thank you to the entire Blend Club Aqua Resort team for making our stay memorable.

Everything was great overall. The only area that could use some improvement is the room’s air conditioning. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay.

The Beach was good

The room was not that clean, I booked a room with a Kingsize bed but got one with 2 separate beds. When I told the staff they sais to just move the 2 beds against eachother but I paid more for the kingsize bed. Food was not that good and annoying that on the private beach sellers bother you sometimes.

The hotel was beautiful and clean, and the food was absolutely delicious with a great variety every day—chicken, meat, and fish. The staff were very friendly and helpful. A special thank you to Mr. Hashem Mohamed at the reception—he was incredibly friendly and cooperative, and the check-in process took less than 5 minutes! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely recommend the hotel.

The animation team was not bad, but it could have been better considering the overall standard of the hotel.

From the moment we arrived until the moment we left, everything was simply exceptional. A very special thank you to Mr. Nashaat, Front Office Manager, whose professionalism, leadership, and genuine care for guests were clearly reflected throughout our entire stay. It is rare to see a manager whose excellence is so naturally reflected in the team around him. And a very special appreciation to Mr. Hashem at the reception, who was incredibly welcoming, professional, helpful, and genuinely committed to making our stay enjoyable. His attitude and hospitality truly stood out. The same can be said about the entire team across the hotel. From reception to restaurants, beach, and every corner of the resort, everyone was friendly, smiling, attentive, and always willing to go the extra mile to make guests happy. As for the resort itself, everything exceeded our expectations: 🌊 The beach: A beautiful large sandy area, plus a wonderful coral reef section with amazing fish. 💦 The Aqua Park: Huge, beautiful, exciting, and extremely enjoyable for all ages. There is also a large and fantastic Aqua Park dedicated to younger children. 🍽️ The food: Simply outstanding! Excellent taste, great quality, and an impressive variety. Every meal was something to look forward to. ✨ The atmosphere: Absolutely magical, especially in the evenings, creating a truly relaxing and unforgettable experience. Honestly, everything about Blend was more than excellent. This was not simply a hotel stay; it was a genuinely memorable experience. There is also a water activities center right by the beach offering parasailing, banana boats, and many other activities. 💦 The Aqua Park: Huge, beautiful, exciting, and extremely enjoyable for all ages. There is also a large and fantastic Aqua Park dedicated to younger children. 🍽️ The food: Simply outstanding! Excellent taste, great quality, and an impressive variety. Every meal was something to look forward to. 🏊 The swimming pools: Beautiful, clean, and suitable for different age groups. 🎶 The atmosphere: One of my favorite spots was the beautiful outdoor seating area just outside the reception.

The check in process was good, and I was very grateful to receive my room early after arriving. The Front Office Manager, Nashaat, was welcoming, professional and genuinely listened to my concerns throughout my stay. He was by far the standout member of staff and deserves recognition for his excellent customer service. Food was mixed. The evening buffet was surprisingly good, with a large variety of food and a thoughtful children's section complete with child-sized tables and chairs.

The resort is very outdated and in need of significant refurbishment. The towels were old and worn, and many of the sun loungers were broken, with the backs sitting upright as soon as you sat on them. The air conditioning in the room was extremely loud, and the beds were like sleeping on concrete, even after mattress toppers were added. The Wi-Fi was terrible, particularly around the aqua park, and I was convinced it wasn't even switched on at the beach until after 9am each morning. There were no bottled waters available around the resort, only in the rooms. The aqua park itself was a huge disappointment. The children's water play area was absolutely freezing, making it uncomfortable for children to use. Even more frustrating, there was no alcohol served at the aqua park, meaning you had to walk around 10 minutes to the pool bar and back every time you wanted a drink. The aqua park also closes from 12:30pm until 3:00pm, and during that time there are no drink facilities available there at all. Unfortunately, the snack service was poor. Tiny pizzas were made to serve two or three people, meaning guests were effectively limited to just a slice or two. Some staff interactions were disappointing. I witnessed a member of staff carrying a tray telling a child to move instead of simply walking around them. At the Italian restaurant, the greeting from the bar manager, Muhammed, was rude and unwelcoming. While Nashaat was excellent, other reception staff were far less helpful and even claimed they couldn't understand me when I raised concerns. The evening entertainment was one of the worst I've experienced. The mini disco had only around seven children attending, with chairs placed in the sand, creating a poor atmosphere. Compared with other Egyptian resorts I've visited, it was incredibly disappointing, especially during peak season. At 8:45pm there wasn't even a bar open.

Aquapark und Strand waren gut.

Alles im Zimmer war ganz alt und funktioniert nicht optimal. Viele Sachen waren auch kaputt. Personal waren am meisten nicht freundlich. Essen trotz ausreichend Auswahl schmeckt am meisten nicht gut. Ab 12 Uhr gibt es nicht mehr Essen oder Getränke und mit Kindern war es anstrengend, wenn sie in der Nacht Hunger haben.

Une excellente expérience Une ambiance très chaleureuse grâce à toute l’équipe de l’hôtel, notamment à la réception : M. Hashem, Moustapha et Martina, ainsi que le serveur Karam, toujours très serviable. Franchement, toute l’équipe était au top. La nourriture était excellente, avec un open buffet très varié aux trois repas. Nous avons vraiment été gâtés pendant ces trois jours ! Les soirées DJ et l’équipe chargée de l’animation étaient également très professionnelles. Chapeau à toute l’équipe ! J’ai passé un excellent séjour. Les trois jours sont passés très rapidement tellement je me suis bien senti. Je recommande vivement !

Avis sur les tarifs Booking.com Lors de ma réservation, j’ai constaté que les prix affichés au départ ne comprenaient pas clairement toutes les taxes et frais de service. Plusieurs montants différents apparaissent ensuite, ce qui peut être trompeur et compliquer le choix selon le budget. Après trois jours d’expérience, je ne regrette pas mon séjour, mais je demande à Booking.com d’afficher dès le départ le prix total, taxes et frais compris, afin que les clients puissent réserver en toute transparence et selon leur budget.

My stay at the hotel was comfortable and enjoyable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, always ensuring our comfort and meeting our needs with a smile. The food was varied, offering options to suit different tastes. I thank the hotel team for their excellent hospitality

Overall, the stay was good; however, I have a few observations that I hope will be taken into account to improve the guest experience: The room door locks require maintenance or replacement, as they do not function well; closing the door properly requires a forceful push, which can disturb other guests. The bathroom and balcony door locks also need maintenance to ensure ease of use. I suggest extending the operating hours of the water park so that guests can enjoy it for a longer period.

Room I had to change my room because it was so hot and air conditioning didn’t work well ,, bed mattress wasn’t comfortable,,, the towels were so bad and need to be replaced by new ones

first, i booked in that hotel but when I arrived they sent me to another one! which is Calimera Blend Paradise Resort, that's considered as an upgrade, my coming words are amor that other hotel, it's v nearby, they share certain activities and under the same management: room is old style hotel; malfunctioned central air con in all the hotel rooms (not in the reception!!) to the level I was sweating during sleep and closing curtains all day to avoid allowing sun rays to hear is more, we booked 4 rooms, they sent the air con guy for the 4, he fixed a bit, but still far far less than the acceptable level, all rooms are like this, is a general air con issue, they offered another room, it had the same issue wife asked for iron and iron board, reception responded they'll send it for 30 min only as a lot of guests are asking for it, they didn't send it tho! we had that incident that the room door didn't open and management has to send someone to use more force to open it, that's not for us only, German tourists in room 440 had same issue and asked us to call the reception for them; lift is so old that it has no close or open door buttons on its dashboard, only the floor numbers; if you decide to go to this hotel try to spend your time away from the room

Das Hotel ist sehr schön und sauber. Besonders möchte ich Herrn Neschat hervorheben – er ist einer der besten Mitarbeiter, mit denen ich je zu tun hatte. Er ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und professionell. Vielen Dank für den großartigen Service!

Reception staff, room service and restaurant staff were amazing. Room was cleaned and gift from reception was exceptional. Overall my experience there was wonderful

AC in reception and restaurant was very weak need maintenance. The bus to beach and aqua was very old and not enough for the guests

عدم وجود انيميشن على المسبح، و عدم وجود تكيف في الريسبشن و المطعم، و عطل في تكيف الغرفة و تم تصليحه بعد ساعه، و الميني بار تم استبداله في اليوم التاني بسبب عطل، دخول الغرف كان متأخر حتى الساعه ٣

Hotel is excellent. All facilities including aqua park and transportation bus were very good. Also food was very good. Room was clean and cleaned every day. There was a relatively big safe in the room that could take a laptop easily. The swimming pool was nice. The beach is very nice and clean. There is a restaurant in the beach so you do not have to go back to hotel for lunch. There are average quality drinks but very good snaks (e.g pizza) in aqua park.

- "Few" guards in aqua park need to have more attention when sharing a slide (especially children). Some slides are not intended for double and few guards in few cases did not notice. So better to explicitly ask before taking a slide. - Wifi was not working but this was not a big problem for us.

Very nice and welcoming staff. Special thanks to Mr. Hashem. The AC in the rooms was very good. Delicious food with varieties to satisfy all tastes. Very good pools in addition to nice aqua park facilities together with the clean beach.

Aqua and the beach

Only Aqua is good but the bus is very old and you need to leave before 6 Pm otherwise you will stay for more than 25 min as there is only one bus and you had to fight to go in or walk for 15 min

This was one of the most disappointing hotel experiences I've had. Calling this property a "resort" is very misleading. There is almost no green landscaping, only two very small swimming pools, and there are no elevators in the buildings . If your room is on an upper floor, be prepared to use the stairs and if you have small kids or new born child it will be nightmare going up or down The reception staff were unhelpful and unwilling to solve problems. I booked two rooms together, yet they wanted to place one room on the third floor and the other in a completely different building. When I pointed out that many rooms were clearly vacant and that Booking.com was still showing availability, they simply blamed it is "system issue" and said they couldn't do anything and the will ask mangment to fixed it . The room locations are unacceptable. They either face a street with views of cars and pedestrians or are advertised as "garden view," despite there being no real garden or attractive scenery. One of our rooms had windows opening directly onto the reception area, so anyone walking through the lobby could see inside. The other room faced a corridor only a few meters away, offering no privacy at all. The rooms are outdated, poorly maintained, and equipped with very small TVs. They also have a persistent unpleasant smell, likely because there is little natural ventilation or sunlight. The reception lobby wasn't even air-conditioned, making check-in and waiting there very uncomfortable. The food was average and lacked variety. Nearly the same dishes were served every day, which became repetitive very quickly. Last each with check out thy asked me how is the stay I said not good , they smiled and told me have safe trip without showing any care to ask me why . Overall, this property falls far below what most travelers would expect from a resort.

General cleanless, very friendly staff , excellent food collection and special thanks to the main chef Mr. Mohamed Bakry for the daily different tasty dishes. The aquapark was great experience.

Hotel furniture is old and need to renew , the aquapark time need to be more to have more fun.

Overall, we had an okay stay and felt it was good value for the price we paid. The rooms are quite dated, and the beds are extremely hard, which wasn't very comfortable. However, the rooms were kept clean throughout our stay, and we were always provided with fresh towels and clean bedding whenever needed. Unfortunately, our biggest issue was with the reception staff, who were rude on several occasions. My partner and I checked in at different times. When I checked in, I was only given one room key and one towel card. I explained that there were two of us, and I was told my partner would receive his towel card when he arrived. He never did. At the end of our holiday, reception tried to charge me £15 for a missing towel card that we had never been given. My partner had used his own beach towel throughout the holiday, so we knew we hadn't lost one. One member of staff even called me a liar. I asked them to check their CCTV if they didn't believe me. Eventually, a manager came over and told us to leave it and go, as we needed to get ready for our flight. It was an unnecessary and stressful way to end our holiday. Aside from the issues with reception, we enjoyed our stay. The food was good, and we felt the hotel offered decent value for money. The waterpark is also a big plus to the hotel. It’s just a 5 minute bus ride or 20 mins walk. The highlight of our holiday was the waiter, El Fooly, at Bella Ciao. He worked tirelessly from day to night and was always kind, friendly, and smiling. Nothing was ever too much trouble for him, and he really made our stay more enjoyable. He is a real credit to the hotel and deserves recognition for his hard work and excellent customer service.

Yes, I enjoyed every meal; the food was exceptional, varied, and distinctive, with constant attention from Chef Mohamed Abdel-Majid. The accommodation features helpful and cheerful reception staff—especially Mr. Rashed and Mr. Hashem—along with the rest of the hotel team, such as Captain Bar Mr. Mohamed Baz.
