Posto comodissimo, semplice ma pulito. Il Sig. Mario delizioso, ci ha aspettato fino alle 2 di notte perché il ns volo era in ritardo. Consiglio!

Wat een superlieve man is Mario! Onze vlucht had 1 dag vertraging, maar we konden de volgende dag alsnog bij hem terecht. Bij aankomst reed hij ons naar een taco restaurant en hebben we gezellig wat met hem gedronken. Erg fijn groot bed en goede airco. Zeker aan te raden als je dichtbij het vliegveld wil verblijven. Muchas gracias Mario 😊

The owner, Mario, is an incredible host. He allowed us to enter the unit more than two hours early, and gave us a free ride to the airport. The room is perfectly suitable for an overnight stay before going to the airport. It's in a very quiet neighborhood.

No complaints, although you should bring what you need to the apartment, because it's a 100% residential neighborhood with no stores nearby.

Mario est un homme extraordinaire , dont la générosité aujourd'hui se fait rare. Il est d'une très grande gentillesse et nous a accueilli comme des membres de sa famille. Il nous a suivi jusqu'à l'aéroport pour qu'on rende notre voiture, puis nous a conduit au restaurant , et ensuite jusqu'à son logement. Il nous a aussi emmené à l'aéroport le lendemain matin à 4h. Que dire... à part que cet homme est fabuleux et que nous l'oublierons jamais. Merci pour tout Mario. Ps: si vous devez loger à l'aéroport de Cancún, la meilleure adresse est celle de Mario.

Es war alles wie erwartet und teilweise noch besser.

Achtung bei der Adresse. Insurgentes 6 ist die Adresse des Nachbarn (3-4 Häuser weiter). Am Haus selbst steht auch die blocknummer (mzn) 244, diese ist scheinbar auch wichtig um die exakte Adresse zu finden

Das Zimmer ist riesig, top ausgestattet (Kühlschrank, Mikrowelle, Kaffeemaschine, Kaffee, Tee, Sitzecke, Fernseher, Aircon, warme Dusche etc) und liebevoll eingerichtet. Das Beste ist aber der Gastgeber Mario, der unglaublich freundlich, herzlich und hilfsbereit ist. Er hat mich nicht nur zum Flughafen gebracht, sondern mir sogar ein großartiges Abendessen gezaubert inklusive einem eiskalten Indio-Bier 😄. Was gür ein schöner Abschluss für meine Reise - nochmal 1000 Dank !!!! Man muss allerdings wissen, dass sich die Unterkunft in einem reinen Wohngebiet befindet und es keine Läden oder Restaurants in unmittelbarer Nähe gibt. Trotzdem uneingeschränkte Empfehlung!

Communication parfaite en amont du séjour. Mario m'a accueilli à mon arrivée et m'a déposé gratuitement à l'aéroport le lendemain. La chambre est immense, fonctionnelle (micro-ondes, couverts, thé & café en libre service, frigo, serviettes de toilettes et bouteilles d'eau a volonté) Tout est très propre et soigné. La litterie est confortable. La TV est connectée. TOUT ETAIT PARFAIT !

L'accueil de Mario est inoubliable. Ce monsieur vous propose ses services avec générosité. L'hébergement est propre et confortable, proche de l'aéroport où Mario peut vous conduire gratuitement.

Gostei de tudo! Limpeza, quarto espaçoso e silencioso com uma cama enorme e super confortável, ducha quente e toalhas limpas. Bem perto do aeroporto. O anfitrião é maravilhoso, muito gentil e prestativo. Oferece café da manhã e carona até o aeroporto como cortesia. Recomendo muito!

Ne vous fiez pas à l’arrivée à l’appartement. La chambre est grande , très propre et fonctionnelle. Mais surtout c’est Mario le propriétaire qui est exceptionnel. Il nous a proposé de venir nous chercher à l’agence de location de voiture à l’aéroport, il nous a amené ensuite voir un « sanctuaire «  , lieu calme et reposant pour que nous ne restions pas dans la chambre la fin d’après midi et le lendemain il nous a amené à la gare du train Maya : tout cela gratuitement, avec une gentillesse et une bienveillance extraordinaire. Ce fût un contact inoubliable. Merci Mario Je recommande très fortement ce lieu

Der Vermieter ist einfach der sympathische Mensch, den wir auf unserer Reise getroffen haben. Er hat uns am Folgetag zum Flughafen gefahren und viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben. Das Apartment ist super geräumig und sauber und die Lage ist super, wenn man in der Nähe des Flughafens sein möchte.

Mario war der beste Gastgeber, den wir auf unserer 4 wöchigen Mexikorundreise erlebt haben. Er hat sofort zurück geschrieben und uns sogar angeboten uns auf den Flughafen zu bringen. Ich war für eine Nacht in der Unterkunft, Mario ist hilfsbereit und freundlich. Sehr angenehmer Gastgeber (wohnt im selben Haus). Ruhige Lage. Würde wieder dort übernachten.

Muy ruidoso y dormidos súper mal. Está a un lado de la calle y pasan camiones y hay fiesta toda la noche. Es un cuarto independiente parte de una casa. Creímos que era un hotel.

Simplemente wow! Tanto las instalaciones como la atención de Mario es verdaderamente increíble!!! Una suite extremadamente recomendable! Muy limpio, bonito el cuarto, un desayuno típico delicioso y la atención de Mario simplemente increíble! Nos esperó hasta las 12:00am que llegamos porque nuestro vuelo se retrasó, al día siguiente nos atendió con un muy buen desayuno y nos llevó a la agencia donde rentamos el coche. Además de todo nos dio muchos consejos sobre qué lugares visitar y siempre estuvo atento a todo lo que necesitáramos con una gran sonrisa. Realmente una muy buena experiencia llegar a su Junior suite!

No me encantó, que no es tan fácil llegar.

La chambre, attenante à la maison, se situe dans un quartier résidentiel où l’accès aux restaurants est difficile et loin. Mario nous a conduit sans frais au resto le soir, puis il nous a préparé un délicieux petit-déjeuner dans notre chambre. C’était d’une grande générosité et d’un accueil parfait. La chambre est grande, il y a du thé et du café et le lit king est très confortable

Cela ne concerne pas l’hébergement mais méfiez-vous des frais de taxi à l’aéroport de Cancun. Ils sont exorbitants!!!

Merci à Mario pour sa gentillesse. La chambre était très grande, bien équipée, avec un lit super confortable. De l’eau et du café étaient également à disposition. Bref, un super séjour — il nous a même amenés à l’aéroport ! Je recommande fortement.

Chambre immense, propre et sécurisé. Place de parking sécurisé. Nous sommes arrivées à 23h et avons trouvé facilement et avons été très bien accueillies ! Parfait pour une arrivée tardive de l’aéroport.

Wir wurde sehr nett empfangen. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und modern eingerichtet. Dort war alles was man brauchte. Nächsten Tag wurden wir von Mario zu unserer Autovermietung gebracht. Er gab uns tolle Tipps für unsere weitere Reise in Mexiko und stand uns jederzeit bei weiteren Fragen zur Verfügung. Mario war echt ein toller Gastgeber, sehr hilfsbereit und hatte das Herz am rechten Fleck.

Abbiamo prenotato questa struttura per una sola notte e l’abbiamo scelta per la sua vicinanza all’aeroporto, in quanto avevamo un volo molto presto di mattina. Non ci è mai successo di conoscere nei nostri viaggi un host ma soprattutto una persona così gentile e disponibile come il signor Mario. È stato un incontro commovente, non solo si è offerto sia di venirci a prendere all’autonoleggio dove avevamo lasciato l’auto e di accompagnarci all’aeroporto, ma si è aperto con noi, ci ha raccontato della sua vita, aperto le porte della sua casa e addirittura ci ha accontentate portandoci a mangiare una pizza, il tutto condito da risate e racconti. La camera era ampia, pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort e pertanto, la nostra esperienza è stata più che positiva.

Mario es encantador y vela para que tengas una buena estancia. La ubicación al lado del aeropuerto es muy conveniente para pasar una noche antes de un largo vuelo.

Fijn verblijf! Hele lieve meneer met goede service. Mooie ruime kamer met faciliteiten zoals koffie, thee en water. We kregen zelfs een heerlijk ontbijt. Zeker voor 1 nachtje is dit een top verblijf.

Het ligt iets meer afgelegen van restaurant maar de eigenaar brengt je overal naartoe als je dat wilt. Dus een echt nadeel is het niet.

De kamer is ruim en schoon. Bed ligt lekker en is ook ruim. Heerlijk om bij te komen na een lange vlucht. Bij aankomst stonden er flesjes water koud. De eigenaar Mario is geweldig, hij laat je thuis voelen en zorgt voor een fijn ontvangst. Hij heeft ons de dag erna ook naar het vliegveld gebracht. Wij zouden hier zeker terugkomen.

Onze taxi chauffeur kon de locatie niet vinden en zette ons af in het donker. We moesten toen best zoeken voordat we het hadden gevonden.

They advertise free shuttle. When I texted them my arrival time and asked to arrange pickup from the airport they responded “we can’t pick you up — only take you to.” $30 cab ride. No one there. Kept getting texts asking for arrival time even tho I had provided it. Took cab for another $30 USD to get to the Fairmont. Paid for a hotel room there. Never received acknowledgement from these air bnb people and no refund even tho I couldn’t stay there.

Mario was, hands down, one of the very best hosts we have encountered in our many years of travel. We did not rent a car but took a taxi from the airport. We had just arrived in Mexico and Mario helped us get money and showed us great places where the locals eat. He was glad to share his knowledge and insights about Mexican life and culture. Our room was spacious, had air conditioning, and featured some of Mario's own artwork. There was cold bottled water in the mini-fridge. Mario was a wonderful accommodating host with excellent English.

The location is not well-served by bus or public transportation and is probably better for guests with a car. Our taxi driver had some difficulty finding the property but Mario was waiting outside to greet us. The neighborhood is mainly residential, so restaurants, shopping, and banking require some planning and travel.

It worked great for us as we had an early flight in the morning and it was convenient to the airport. The room was large and well appointed. Our host was wonderful.

My wife would’ve liked a little more hot water in the shower. For me it was perfect because I enjoyed the cooling off.

Mario, our host, was very welcoming and helpful. He helped us find a place to eat and was always friendly (even at 6am when we needed to get to the airport). The room was large and clean, and well equipped.

The property was difficult to find on arrival. The address on booking.com wasn't accurate and there was no signage on the property.

The room is fantastic and the bed was super comfortable. Great near airport location. Mario went above and beyond for us. He is the best host we've ever stayed with. Couldn’t recommend this Cancun experience more. It was a pleasure to stay.

We just loved our stay with Mario. Communication was great, the accommodation was super clean, comfy, silent and offers everything you need (fan, aircon, water, fresh towels & linen, shampoo, fridge etc.). You do not hear a single plane in the air although its conveniently close to the airport. Mario even tops it with his ride service - at a small extra fee he gave us a ride from the bus terminal where we arrived at night from our last stop of our trip in Mexico - this was worth every peso. We were very grateful for everything Mario did for us, we felt like home. Thank you for all, Mario! Keep going & we wish you all the luck with the extension of your accommodation!

Our host Mario was very accommodating! Easy, friendly check in. Everything we needed in the room. Hot showers, comfortable bed, very large space, impeccably clean, coffee maker with coffee and tea. Our host gave found us an amazing breakfast restaurant and a ride to the airport. Could not have asked for more.

It was very close to the airport, and Mario, the host, is a lovely man. He made us a great breakfast and gave us a lift to the airport the next morning. It was great to find out a little bit about the local people. Ask Mario about his art work.

The room was massive with tea/coffee, water, fridge and microwave in a quiet residential area close to the airport. It was well furnished, with a huge comfortable bed and en-suite bathroom with plenty of toiletries. One of the nicest parts was the lovely owner, Mario, who cannot do enough to help you and make your stay comfortable, including offering to take you to nearby restaurants, providing breakfast and taking us to the airport to catch our onward flight. I would definitely stay here again should I need accommodation close to the airport. Thank you.

Mario is a wonderful host ! He made me dinner when I arrived late from a dive. The room is spacious , clean with everything you need ( water bottles , extra tea/coffee). The bathroom is great , big shower Mario’s place feels like home. Thank you again :)

The hosts are very kind and communicative. Mario came looking for me because he thought I was lost (only a bit :) ) and unexpectedly prepared me a tasty breakfast. The room is huge, with a comfortable king size bed. I also liked the secure parking spot on their driveway.

Absolutely wonderful. Owners are the nicest people, communication was impeccable and helpful. Helped me arrange a taxi pickup from the airport via trusted contacts. Cost was 400mxn one way. Huge room with everything you need, air conditioning and the biggest bed I've ever seen! Fridge for storing items as well as free drinks, cookies and snacks. Clean, comfortable and felt safe as a single female traveller. In the morning, Mario cooked me an absolutely delicious omelette breakfast with bread, fruit (from their own trees) and juice on the side. Above and beyond. Only stayed one night as it was close to the airport but would 100% go back if there again.

Shower wasn't great, old and low water pressure, but I didn't really need it much only to freshen up in the morning.

We had a really lovely stay. Very closely situated to the airport. We couldn't have asked for a more hospitable host and a delightful place to stay.

Mario and Adriana are the best hosts ever. The suite is huge and has everything you need (including a delicious breakfast, snacks and drinks, etc for a very nominal fee), especially if you've chosen it to be close to the airport. Don't forget to ask Mario about his art and make time to see it. In the first 16 hours of arriving in Mexico, visiting his workshop and the sanctuary where some of his stained glass featured quickly became one of the highlights of my trip!!

May feel far away for some who want to be close to restaurants, etc. But you'd be missing out on the authenticness brought by these brilliant hosts.

The hosts were extremely kind and provided the best experience I've ever had, going the extra mile to ensure my stay was pleasant at all times. They even gave me a ride to the beach in the early morning. The suite is very well equipped, new, very well decorated and clean. Location is perfect, as it's just 7 min away from the airport. Mario and Adriana were so kind and attentive and the room feels like a fancy hotel! I arrived late and they offered to prepare me a salad and the next morning they offered to prepare me breakfast, both were a super reasonable price.

It was super close to the airport, very spacious and comfortable with a refrigerator and microwave. I appreciated the flexibility in my arrival & departure times! Adriana gave me a last minute ride to the airport when my flight had changed. Mario and Adriana helped me get some items at a local convenience store and we’re very generous in offering food to me.
