Si tienen cocina en las sweets, deberían tener tener para poder calentar, y tener vasos y cubiertos. Faltó jabón, y para depositar los cepillos de dientes.

We had some problem to find uber/taxis sometime and one uber complaint about the hotel street is not pavemented. Wifi at our room wasn't constant as well.

However I can confidently say that the bed is very comfortable and air conditioning is great (as for the end of April). The place is also very close to the airport which helps a lot if you need to catch an early morning flight

Siempre teníamos que pedirle al personal entrar y salir y todos muy serios, lo que no me gustó es volver a poner todos mis datos en el documento de la señora para las llaves y después me di cuenta que me quisieron hacer otro cargo ya que requerían mi número de tarjeta y mi cvv ya no te uno al azar 61 12 y al poco tiempo me llegó los mensajes que quisieron hacer cargos con esa clave y eso que ya había parecido que ya se había liquidado todo así que me parece decepcionante e igual no nos avisaron que iban a estar cambiando las toallas diarios ya que pensábamos que nadie iba a entrar a nuestra habitación, lo peor fue que no tenían aceite sal azúcar lo básico y tuvimos que ir a hacer doble vuelta en comprar así que deberían de poner ese título de solo refrí y estufa para que cuando compremos compremos todo lo demás y aparte tenemos que pedir lo que íbamos a usar qué sartén cuántas cucharas tenedores cuchillo pala vasos y regresarlos tal cual su cafetera horrible por dentro no la ocupamos por eso y sartenes feos que se le pegan todo además habían cucarachas en el baño de las chiquitas ni servilletas habían, en las calles alrededor están horribles un buen de baches grandes no pavimentado

L’emplacement n’est vraiment pas terrible, le quartier est difficile d’accès, et une fois rentrée dans l’établissement la nuit il n’est plus possible de ressortir. Lits pas confortables du tout et climatisation très bruyante.

- La résidence est fermée à clé après chaque entrée /sortie, du coup on doit déranger l’accueil à chaque fois qu’on veut sortir - Le quartier - La résidence n’exploite pas tout son potentiel : elle devrait proposer des petits déjeuners au bord de la piscine. Des transats ou petites chaises longues devraient être installées. Ce n’est pas confortable de s’allonger sur le sol

Hay muchas hormigas, mosquitos dentro de la habitación, el ventilador del techo hacia ruido por lo tanto lo tuvimos que tener apagado, la televisión es muy pequeña y solo se ven como 20 canales. La alberca no está climatizada. Y El agua caliente de la ducha solo dura 5 minutos y si vienen con acompañantes ya no alcanzan agua caliente.

Reviewed Mar 25, 2026Stationnement dans la cours intérieure sécuritaire et grand. Une fois qu'on a réussi à trouver l'endroit avec l'aide d'une personne du voisinage, l'accueil a été correct.
Endroit situé dans une zone industrielle, rue en très mauvais état, très difficile à trouver. D'apparence belle à l'extérieur, l'intérieur était médiocre et malpropre. Lit de très mauvais qualité, salles de bain d'apparence sales, murs sales, mauvais éclairage, ennuyant. Pour le prix plutôt élevé pour l'endroit, très mauvais logement, je ne recommande cet endroit à personne. À part la piscine extérieure qui peut sembler attirante (mais on ne l'a pas testé car dodo une seule nuit), cet endroit est à éviter.

The Employee that greeted us was not friendly. Not hot water when we tried to take showers. We had to get dressed and turn the boiler on. The internet was spotty all day. The refrigerator was unplugged, which meant we could not store our leftovers from dinner. In the lobby they charge money for a cup of black coffee! C'mon. When I went to talk to an employee about it - not the same one that greeted us, he was nonchalant about everything. Clearly, the employees do not care.

A ceux qui aiment voyager libre : je vous deconseille fortement d'y allez Pour avoir fait d'autres logements sur cancun, il y as moins chere et beaucoup mieux dans le centre ville

It seems old and the facilities are not very much looked after. The surrounding seems pretty dodgy so I would go for a walk. Great for a short term stay but would invest in something different next time.
