Lo staff svampito zero indicazioni su nulla. Addirittura entrati in camera con traduttore sostenevano la mia camera stesse andando a fuoco! In realtà è un albergo fatiscente e trasandato. Ho incontrato solo due russi ubriachi.

mình xin góp ý chút xíu là mỗi phòng nên có 1 cái thảm lau chân ở trước phòng tắm để có thể thấm nước tránh bị ướt phòng. Với cả hệ thống thoát nước của khách sạn còn hơi chậm, nên lúc tắm sẽ bị tràn nước khá lâu, thành ra lúc tắm liên tục 3-4ng thì phải đợi nước thoát xuống ống mới tắm được

Nhân viên thân thiệt, nhiệt tình, chỗ nghĩ OK giường rộng , sach sẽ , nói chung mọi thứ OK rất hài lòng

Absolument rien dans les douches des femmes pour accrocher son essuie / ses vêtements. Mon premier lit assigné avait pleins de cheveux, du coup j’ai demandé de changer. Le deuxième lit était déjà mieux mais j’ai également retrouvé un cheveux (impossible que ce soit le mien car pas la même couleur). J’ai vérifié un autre lit propre et il avait également un cheveux. Le sol de la chambre était super sale. Le casier pour mettre ses affaires également.

Il personale non è minimamente accogliente e gentile, ho chiesto una semplice busta di plastica per mettere i vestiti sporchi e la responsabile in reception ha detto alla sua collega di non darmela. Pulizia scarsa , sia in camera che in bagno . In doccia non ci sono appenditi per asciugamano e vestiti. Non ci sono spazi comuni con aria condizionata , appena esci dalla stanza è una sauna.

They change the towel everyday

We are 4 guests but the cup is only 2 and the coffee stain still there I need to wash again..

Very hot lobby, no toilet paper in the lobby. Elevator played up, kept changing directions. Drain in the shower was blocked, so there was water everywhere.

Only about the people. Everyone was polite and helpful with me.

The cleaning is horrible, both in the room and in the bathroom. They don't clean every day and I even saw men using the women's bathroom. There's no control for that.

The staff made a great impression—they were polite, helpful, and always greeted me with a smile. Check-in and check-out were smooth and hassle-free. I also appreciated the peaceful atmosphere and the convenient location, which made exploring Da Nang very easy

What stood out the most was the outstanding service - the staff were welcoming, attentive and always willing to asssist. Everything was well - maintained and the overall atmosphere felt warm and inviting

ドミトリーの二段ベッドを予約しました。マットレスは硬すぎず柔らかすぎず、幅も十分だったので、とても快適でした。タオルは清潔で香りも良く、受付の方におすすめの洗剤をお願いしたら、やっと手に入れることができました（笑）。建物の下にはプールと小さな中庭があり、朝は日光浴を、夜は街の景色を楽しむことができました。ドミトリーで二段ベッドを探しているなら、ここは検討する価値のある場所の一つです。

建物はかなり古く、バスルームもあまり良い状態ではありません。もし改装されれば、本当に素晴らしい場所になるでしょう。

酒店地理位置尚好，四周有很多飲食店及便利啇店。接待處免費飲水機。接待員親切有禮。

房間窗戶不開揚，洗手間花洒水流欠佳，洗手盆水龍頭不穩固，地台去水有點塞。

Phòng cũ, chăn mền cũ , rèm cửa thì sáng quá ngủ Ko được , không cách âm xe cộ đi đường nghe điếc tai không thể ngủ được . Giá phòng thì đắt , không đáng với giá 630k.

Im Zimmer hat es dauerhaft etwas muffig gerochen - ich weiß nicht ob es den Leuten oder an der Klimaanlage gelegen hat

一开始我订的是大房间，但看了评论后有点担心，就换成了小一点的宿舍间。到了之后，感觉还不错，一切都比我想象的要好。床垫和床都很舒服，而且8楼的泳池还可以晒太阳。附近有很多餐厅，菜品比国内的更丰富，价格也很便宜，午餐套餐不到10元。考虑到每晚的价格，我觉得这家酒店相当不错。下次出差我还会选择这家酒店。

Nose from street at 5.30am. Couldnt shut window fully as was broken One lift, some times took ages. Pool was waste of time..not much bigger than a bath tun COuldnt get my aircon working not hot water for shower for 2 days, no information on the special switches for these. Location is a bit far away from things, but didnt mind a taxi grab is cheap

•sengetøjet var ikke rent, blev nødt til at få skiftet pudebetrækket da der var hår og pletter på. •ingen kant i brusekabinen, så hele badeværelset blev vådt når man gik i bad. •der var ikke særlig rent på værelset. •beliggenheden var ikke god. •der blev røget på gangen. •klokken 08 blev der banket på dørene af rengøringen, så det var umuligt at sove længe.

Das Personal war freundlich und hat uns früheres Check-in ermöglicht, erwa 1 Stunde früher als normalerweise. Das hat uns gut geholfen.

Ausstattungen in die Jahre gekommen, Zimmer riecht muffig und dreckig, Klimaanlage war so kalt, im Flur gibt es zwar Mikrowelle und Wasserspender, aber alles auch sehr dreckig. Einige Gäste haben da so gar Essen gekocht. Überall hängen Wäsche und Schuhe, Sandalen, hat gestunken.

Ugodn smještaj, sobe se spremaju svaki dan, dobijete 2 bočice vode, kavu i čaj besplatno svaki dan, sobe su odlično opremljene, laundry servis vam je na raspolaganju na recepciji, prijevoz sa i na aerodrom osiguran uz doplatu, ima bezen na 8. katu koji nisam koristio zbog lošeg vremena

komubkacija je malo problem, slabo govore engleski, bar ekipa koja je bila na poslu u moje vrijeme

A recalcar la disposición de Quoc y su equipo. Si te alojas, ante cualquer sugerencia o problema, habla con él, está junto a recepción, en una mesa cercana, y siempre atento a la operativa. Otra ventaja de este lugar: alrededor, muchos restaurantes locales, de gran calidad y precio muy asequible. Auténtica comida local.

En las habitaciones, hay un cartel que dice que los clientes han de ordenar sus pertenencias y no tender ropa dentro de la habitación, pero aunque el hotel solicita que se guarden esta regulación, algunos clientes no lo cumplen y crean malestar con otros clientes. Las instalaciones de los baños necesitan de alguna reforma.

El encomiable equipo que dirige el director Quoc, que ponen interés en dar un buen servicio a los clientes. Cuando tuve un problema, hablé con ellos y todo fue resuelto con mi satisfacción.

Es debido al bajo nivel educativo y social de algunos clientes del hotel. A pesar de que el hostal indica que han de guardar silencio a partir de las horas nocturnas, algunos huespedes no respetan las normas.

It is listed that you should receive towels and I was told I would get one a few hours after I had checked in, but I never got one the whole time I was there. I also expected a light to be near the plug socket, there wasn’t one either.
