Pinttynyt lika pinnoilla: mm. hanat, kahvat, ovet, keittiölaitteet, suihkut, likaisia astioita kaapissa, puhdistamaton kahvinkeitin, mikro. Pöly ja rasva pinnoilla. Olis jo pintaremontin tarpeessa, kuluneet kaapistot, seinäpinnat, valaistus roikkuu. Moni asia vähän sinne päin jätetty kesken remontti.

Good location, enough space for family, good facilities.

Tamanho da casa era muito bom, bem grande. Casa totalmente mobiliada. Banheiro amplo, sauna funcionou muito bem. Cozinha completa, fizemos uma janta lá. Lugar acolhedor. Fácil de fazer checkin e checkout. Comunicação com os proprietários correu bem.

O chuveiro tem água aquecida por energia elétrica, não é a gás. O aquecimento da água ocorre a partir das 22h. Eu tomei um banho rápido a tarde e minha esposa também. à noite, quando voltamos da rua, buscamos um banho quente, mas a água quente já tinha acabado. Tivemos que esperar o outro dia pela manhã para tomar um banho com água aquecida. Nos comunicamos com os responsáveis pela reserva por horas, eles sempre responderam, mas sem solução para o problema. Teríamos mesmo que aguardar a água aquecida (em todas as torneiras e chuveiro) no dia seguinte. No mais, a estada foi excelente.

No sauna, no heating in the house. It was very cold. Contacted property owner and no one answered

The apartment is big.

It was very dirty, the sheets were full of hair we couldn’t sleep on them we had to lay our clothes instead to sleep and when we told the host about it he just said these hair are because the sheets are electrified, but we are 100% sure the sheets were not changed because the amount and hair in them is unbelievable! He didnt even offer to change them, even the floor is not clean and the house needs alot of fixing its old and alot of things are broken, the location is far from everything you need a taxi to everywhere yet the price was the same to an apartment in the city center, he also requested to take the sheets off at the end of our stay and wash the dishes and take out the garbage, the garbage i understand but the others things was not our responsibility to do. would not recommend this place at all!

Het huisje ligt mooi rustig gelegen en is ruimtelijk. Verder erg leuk dat er een sauna was. Fijn bed.

De kwaliteit van afwerking was wat minder en een aantal kleine dingen zoals niet alle verlichting deed het.

Near to Santa Claus village. Had everything. Suana and cabinets were a bit old.

Parking location and was quite slippery when we had to drag our luggage to the apartment.

It was very well equipped for the family! 3adults and 2 kids and it did not dissapoint We loved the sauna and the instructions on how to use it.

The apartment is super comfortable, really well equipped (and great beds too!) and set in a perfect location - quiet and yet very close to the center of Rov and Santa Claus Village. We loved the Xmas tree in the living room and the fact that the kids were able to play in the snow straight from the front door :-) Absolutely recommendable!

Excellent location, easy drive to Santa park and Santa Claus village. Great communication from host. Sauna a bonus. Great facilities to use, including washer. Very clean and cot came with bedding. Lovely and warm home. Beautiful location.

A high chair would have been great if included when hiring cot. Some loose cables on floor- fine but had to keep an eye on baby crawling around. However would still recommend.

The area is very nice and very quite.

The location is perfect when you rent a car :) it is neat santa claus park and village. The accommodation is perfect, everything you need!

The house is super clean and spacious.

After 9pm, hot water supply is only enough for 2 people to have bathing.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the house was lovely and warm, beds were comfortable, the Wifi was great and the host had made sure we would have everything we needed. We had a hired car so the location was ideal as very near Santa Claus Village, Santa Park and Apukka and Rovaniemi town were also within easy driving distance.

2 bedroom apartment, comfortable for families and friends. Well equipped kitchen, you can even find spices. Washing mashine was a huge plus for us as we were doing a longer vacation. Easy to reach Santa and the City Center with bus line 8. Christmas decoration everywhere, even in August :)

Lamps and electricity should be properly renovated not with home fixes. One of the bedrooms had no working lamps.

Everything was as described and in the pictures. I recommend this place

Good location near to everything. However we had a car. Just outside the city. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of space for a family

There was a very large wooden sliding door going in the bedroom that wasn't secure. It came off the rails while opening so we decided to leave it closed and use the other door. Would have liked a drying room but clothes dried overnight on the clothes horse regardless
