We were disappointed with the overall vibe of this hotel and our experiences with the staff- we have met some incredibly helpful and attentive people in Vietnam however we felt the staff could be quite dismissive and at times rude. On multiple occasions we were approached at breakfast and around the pool to be pushed to book excursions and transfers that we hadn’t asked for, which they admitted were more expensive than we could sort ourselves, also repeatedly asked by pool staff etc to mention them in reviews and felt we were constantly being watched, questions on why we had asked for an extra mug in the room (this was late in the evening and ours were dirty). The hotel looks amazing and the pool was great but I would say the room was quite dated and small with a poor shower- we simply expected more from the reviews and price of this place.

The whole stay was outstanding ! To start, the staff is absolutely incredible ! The whole service and people's there where outstandingly lovely and nice ! They don't abuse your time and attention yet you can really feel everyone trying there best for you to feel as great as possible. From the receiving, breakfast, restaurent staff, pool service, spa, room cleaning and everything around, it's was a 10/10 without a doubt for me. Then the ressort itself is such a lovely place to be. Quiet, clean and cozy ! I really loved that it is on the ''fancy'' side without disconnecting too much from reality and the local vibe. You don't feel bathing in shiny luxury, but in a cozy well maintained and put together corner of hapinesse. The pool is just perfect and everything around was great. Spa experience was perfect too. I had to extend my stay for few days as it was very hard to leave this little cozy corner. In the regard, I also give a great note for attention on waste and energy saving etc... Confort should not be about wasting and over expending on ressources. So yeah, it was part of the grounded experience for me, and something I noticed as a good thing to put an accent on. Was able to book a lovely surprise for my girlfriend for her birthday, and overall, every extra i needed was always taken cared of with care and attention. Big thanks to everyone working there during our stay. To finish, the resort is very well situated, near the old town and most of the big activities to do around at Walk distance.

Honestly, I don't have anything to say. The reservation is cheap and everything was on point. If I really try to find something I could say the price of the restaurant is on the high end, but to be honest, every lunch and dinner there was very amazing, so I considered every of them worth every bit i paid for it.

We had the most wonderful stay at Almanity. We booked 2 rooms - ‘My Mind’ (Superior Town) for us, and ‘My Spirit’ (Loft Room) for young adult son. Both rooms were spacious and comfortable. Buffet breakfast was good with lots of Asian and Western options. Pool area was beautiful. An easy walk into the old town (cross the road, down an alley and into the start of the old town). Staff were very friendly and helpful, and gave us a recommendation for a local tailor (fabulous!). Would absolutely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at Alamity Resort and Spa! The cooking class was such a lovely experience—we really enjoyed learning and having fun along the way. The spa was also fantastic and very relaxing. What made our stay even more special was the friendly and welcoming staff. Everyone was so kind, helpful, and attentive, which made us feel very comfortable and well looked after. We truly enjoyed our time here and would happily recommend Alamity Resort and Spa to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Thank you to the whole team for making our experience so memorable!

I’d like to give a special shout-out to DANH, the lifeguard at the pool. He was so kind and helpful—he is truly the best!

El servicio de VU, uno de los conductores del hotel que nos vino a buscar al aeropuerto de Dan Ang, un servicio de 10! toallita fresca, agua y buena conversación y conducción. Me gustó la piscina y el desayuno. La habitación era bonita y cómoda.

Esta a unos 10 minutos andando del centro de Hoi An, en recepción nos indicaron un camino que pasaba por el sastre con el que deben tener acuerdo, ese camino por la noche al volver andando no era muy agradable. Por suerte descubrimos rapidamente el otro camino, mas comercial.

Breakfast, no real fresh juices, no bananas, no good coffee.

Great location to the old town. Property had amazing pool facilities. Room size is great while still maintaining A Vietnamese flare.

Buffet breakfast was good but felt it could have provided more in Western food.

The staff were lovely, the pool was wonderful.

L’hotel è una piccola perla nel caos della città: la sua struttura a “U” crea un ambiente accogliente intorno alla piscina, e vivendo dentro l’hotel sei in una piccola oasi di tranquillità. La piscina è pulita e curata, gli alberi perfetti, il servizio di piscina attento e preciso. Il super bagnino si occupa anche del bar e della sicurezza: un vero personaggio ! Camere ottime e silenziose, colazione molto completa e direi proprio di qualità ! Bella e piacevole la convenzione con il Dolphin bar sulla spiaggia di An Bang con lettini e ombrellone gratis.

Eravamo alla camera 3305, di fatto al terzo piano dove non arriva l’ascensore: molto scomodo anche se il servizio dell’hotel gestisce le valigie e ti aiuta. Un po’ pericoloso il bordo piscina: quando bagnato si rischia veramente di scivolare, ci sono tappetini antiscivolo (anche parecchio brutti da vedere) che rimediano in diversi punti ma questa non può essere una soluzione per un hotel di questo livello: va modificata la pavimentazione !!!! Il centro è a 15 minuti a piedi dal centro di HoiAn su una strada con traffico vietnamita per metà percorso.

Tutti molto accoglienti. Camere belle, pulite e spaziose. Ottima colazione. Reception sempre a disposizione. Ottima la.spa per super massaggi.

위치가 너무 좋아요. 길만 건너면 로컬 맛집과 카페, 마사지샵이 줄줄이 있어요. 체크인 할 때 직원이 소개해준 베트남 음식점도 저렴한 가격에 맛있었구요. 그냥 돌아다니다가 마음에 드는 카페에 들어가서 커피랑 빵을 먹었는데 점원 분이 너무 친절했고 커피도 맛있었어요. 시간이 더 있었다면 골목을 쭉 돌면서 더 많은 가게를 방문해보고 싶었어요. 올드타운과도 매우 가까워서 올드타운에 갔다가 비가 엄청나게 내려 그랩도 안잡히고 곤란했는데 그냥 우비 쓰고 걸어서 호텔로 돌아올 수 있었어요. 만약 다른 호텔이었다면 얼마나 고생했을지.... 위치에 매우 만족했습니다. 아침식사 메뉴가 아주 많지는 않았지만 알찼고, 즉석요리 쌀국수 코너가 매일 조금씩 달라져서 좋았습니다. 다른 5성급 호텔에서는 자리에 앉을 때 커피를 주문받아서 가져다 주는데 그런 서비스는 없어서 아쉬웠어요. 그렇지만 베트남 커피를 만들어놓아서 마음껏 따라 마실 수 있었던 건 좋았습니다.

수영장이 저녁 9시 30분까지라고 했는데 8시 30분쯤 나오니 이미 타올 스테이션이 문을 닫았는지 리셉션까지 가서 수건을 요청해야 했어요.

This was my second stay at Almanity Hoi An, 1st stay was in 2023.and unfortunately the difference from my previous visit was significant. The service and overall standards have slipped considerably.

I booked a twin room but was given a standard double bed. I was initially told there were no other rooms available, yet after multiple trips to reception and pushing the issue, a twin room was suddenly found. Not a great start. The lady I dealt with was not helpful at all really. The rooms and facilities are now looking tired and dated, with hairs left on the floor and a stained shower curtain. And honestly, what 5-star hotel still uses shower curtains? Rooms no longer have a minibar, just an empty fridge, while basic amenities such as tea, coffee and razors have to be collected from reception. Even breakfast felt downgraded, with no espresso coffee available — only machine coffee. The pool was cloudy on arrival, which was particularly disappointing given the number of guests using it and the apparent lack of adequate water maintenance. It’s a real shame as I returned because I enjoyed my previous stay. Unfortunately, this time the hotel felt more like a significant downgrade than the 5-star experience I remembered. For the price and positioning, I expected considerably better and would now be hesitant to return.

Convenient location near old town with tropical resort vibes. Room was very comfortable and also fuss free transfer to and from the airport (thanks to our driver, Ba!)

A fantastic hotel a 10 minute walk away from Hoi an old town, recommend stopping for a drink half way as it is very warm. The hotel breakfast is very good with a wide selection of choice including Pho, eggs, pastries, fresh fruit and yogurt. The pool area is the main selling point, a good amount of sun loungers so you do not having to wake up too early, the pool staff are very helpful - especially Tan who will show you to any empty sun loungers and generally make sure you are enjoying your time around the pool. Only concern is the water pressure in the bedrooms, shower and taps are weak.

Comfortable and clean room with good range of local and international breakfast items. Walking distance to Old Town and local attractions. Airport transfer provided and Vu was a good driver.

We had an excellent experience with our driver Vu today. He picked us up from our hotel, took us to Marble Mountains and Ba Na Hills, and patiently waited for us all day. He was always smiling, very kind, and made sure we were comfortable throughout the trip. After every stop, he welcomed us back with cold water and refreshing cold towels, which was especially appreciated in the hot weather. His professionalism and thoughtfulness made our day even more enjoyable. We highly recommend his service! Thank you Vu!!

We had the most beautiful relaxing time at the Almanity resort and spa Hoi An. The staff went above and beyond to be hospitable and kind. Such caring and friendly staff. Lien was so kind to me when I lost my phone during our trip. She went above and beyond to help and give advice. The 3 young interns where amazing and Sen from the day spa was so kind too. In fact all the staff were such great hosts.

Perfect! GORGEOUS hotel, incredible pool, breakfast is delicious, 5 star service from staff! They even sent a birthday cake to my room! Absolutely loved it :)

Exceptionnel : nous avions une suite junior magnifique et le service de chambre parfait - petit mot, fruit et chaque jour passage pour ns demander si ns avions besoin de qq chose. Les lits sont de bonnes qualités et confortables. La chambre grande et très propre. La déclaration très belle . Piscine superbe. Petit dej de grande qualité jus de fruit excellent et yaourt ainsi que nourriture vietnamienne et européenne vraiment très très bon. Détail important les jus de frais sont excellents et les fruits très bons… soupe, omelette faite sur place etc. L emplacement est au top a qq pas du centre. Il est donc facile et rapide de faire de belles balades en journée ou le soir. Les sites sont aussi faciles d accès avec un taxi ou Grab local et l hôtel aide dans les réservations si besoin.. En face un spa que je recommande. Celui de l hôtel est également très bien - plus haut de gamme :-) Le dîner est très bon aussi avec un personnel tj souriant et agréable. Les plats sont très d’une grande finesse avec des herbes du jardin. Un vrai plaisir Service de transport et renseignements avec prise de billet. En un mot excellent hôtel très bien situé pour profiter. Nous étions en famille et nous avons passé un très bon séjour.

The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff working in the restaurant/bar were helpful and friendly. The pool area was was spacious enough for lots of guests.

There were a lot of rules and reminders that we would need to pay for breakages and stained linen. It seemed a bit excessive to me.

The breakfast was wonderful, the location was stunning and the staff went above and beyond. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be going back.

There were a lot of steps both inside the rooms and the on the property. Steps leading to the loft steps, a step up to the bed and a step down to the bathroom area. Just something to be aware of if you have mobility issues.

Beautiful pool area, spotlessly clean but what made it special was the most lovely, polite and respectful staff. Lien was exceptional. When we had an issue she helped us immediately and nothing was too much trouble. The coffee making course was also very enjoyable with Huan. I would also recommend the head and neck massage at the spa. Beautiful outdoor spaces and rooms/beds are extremely spacious and comfortable. Brilliant location, far enough away from the noise of Hoi An but an easy walk to the old town (or a grab costs very little). Breakfast buffet, great selection, again all facilities were clean and the food was hot. I would thoroughly recommend staying here for a relaxing few days as it’s a lovely hotel for a very good price but it’s the staff that make it exceptional. Thank you again to Lien, she was truly outstanding.

I liked everything about our stay, the only slight issue is the soundproofing. In our first room we could hear noises from the next door room bathroom. Also, as it’s an eco hotel coffee/tea facilities etc are in the reception to avoid waste - a good thing but just to be aware, these items aren’t in your room but they are readily available in reception.

The location was great, quick walk out of ancient town. The facilities were amazing - good size property and pools for central location. The staff were lovely - from the late night check in, the omelette and pho chefs through to friendly security staff. Everyone had a smile and was happy to help. The building and room was very clean and well maintained.

I actually can’t say anything negative! The potatos at breakfast weren’t crunchy…?

I had a wonderful stay at Almanity Hoi An Resort & Spa and would highly recommend it. The hotel offers a beautiful, peaceful atmosphere, with a stunning swimming pool surrounded by a lush tropical garden—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The staff were exceptional throughout my stay. Everyone was friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile, making me feel truly welcome. The location is another great advantage. It's only about a 10-minute walk to Hoi An's charming Old Town, so you can easily enjoy all the restaurants, cafés, shops, and attractions while still returning to a quiet and relaxing resort. Overall, Almanity offers the perfect balance of comfort, great service, and an excellent location. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and would definitely choose this hotel again when visiting Hoi An.

. Appena arrivati nella hall, ti invade un caldo opprimente. Nessuna forma di aria condizionata. Fai direttamente un tuffo negli anni 70. Tutte le prese per caricare il telefono nella hall non funzionavano.Tutto sa di vecchio. La muffa è presente sulle mattonelle del bagno e sotto i contenitori del sapone. Il letto si trova in un cubicolo al quale si accede con una scaletta ripida e le lenzuola sono grigie.Ogni richiesta viene esaudita dopo innumerevoli richieste. La piscina è monopolio dei bambini. Al banco informazioni danno notizie errate. Ci hanno detto che al Golden Bridge potevamo lasciare i bagagli al Mercure hotel. Arrivati lì ci hanno detto che non era possibile. Potrei continuare. Sconsiglio. Rapporto qualità prezzo inaccettabile

I thoroughly enjoyed staying at this hotel. Everyone was friendly, extremely attentive and helpful.. The place was meticulously kept. Vince at the restaurant was engaging and just lovely. Phuc, Lien and Huy at the front desk were exceptional. Huyen the front desk manager could not be more professional. I loved it so much that I am making a special arrangement to come back with my husband next month. Highly recommend this excellent Hotel especially for families

What an absolute pleasure it was staying at Almanity Resort and Spa! This resort has everything you need so a dreamy escape. Central to Old Town Hoi A with more shopping choices than anywhere else! The rooms are all air conditioned, the pools are amazing. Food is excellent and a great variety! Caters for all dietary requirements. The staff- so so lovely! 10/10 💜🙏🏼 We will be back!!

My husband and I absolutely loved this hotel! Everything was clean, spacious, and we organized. T helped us check in and he gave us so many amazing recommendations for Hoi An! The staff found out it was our honeymoon, and they left us a cake inside the room for us. So sweet!! We loved our stay here and would definitely come back!

Trung picked me up from the airport directly after my flight to drop me off to the accomodation. He offered me water and towel - was safe and friendly, great service!

The hotel is perfectly nice, but it's not as relaxing and luxurious as other hotels at the same price point that we stayed at elsewhere in Vietnam. The room is just fine. Nothing special to note.

The bed is on a raised wooden platform, which makes it a little hard to get into and out of. The pool is full during all opening hours. Not terribly relaxing. There aren't a ton of breakfast options for folks with allergies like me (gluten free/egg allergy) - though they did have bacon, soy milk, fruit, and baked sweet potatoes, which is more than I can say for some other hotels in Vietnam!

The hotel is already there for some years and can be noticed with the quality of mattress and the air-conditioning. The air-conditioning had to be fixed but could later only give very cold air without regulation possible.

We had an incredible time at Almanity resort. From the moment we were picked up at the airport, to when we arrived at the hotel, the experience was wonderful. All the staff were amazing! Vince, the Guest Relations Manager was so friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back.

We had our family visit from Dubai. From the moment we arrived we were warmly welcomed by the ladies in reception. Our room was comfortable and adequate for what we needed after exploring in the heat. Every single staff member from the cleaning staff, to pool staff, to restaurant staff were consistently respectful and kind. I was particularly very impressed by a young gentleman, Vince Volker who is a guest relation trainee in the restaurant. He chatted to us every day checking to see if we were happy with the food and service. We will definitely return to you hotel and will recommend it to our friends and family.

The breakfast buffet was great. The larger rooms were spacious and comfortable. The gym was good. The pool area is nice to look.

The rooms felt pretty tired and worn. Outside of the breakfast buffet, the dining options at the hotel were limited and expensive.

My stay at Almanity was excellent. It's a smaller boutique hotel but despite its small size the facilities were excellent. The food from Moc Garden Restaurant on site was delicious but the standout for this stay was the staff. I felt well attended to -- extra shout outs to An from housekeeping, Huyen the manager, and Lien from the front desk, they were extra. I also like the proximity of Almanity from Old Town Hoi An, it's far enough that it's quiet but it really is only a 10 minute walk to get to Old Town or a 2 minute Grab ride. The area around it was also interesting, I enjoyed just wandering the streets especially in the early mornings and seeing the small cafes and shops come to life. Even found a few cafes I kept returning to just to sit and enjoy a coffee while people watching. Also, not exactly hotel related but I found a WONDERFUL tailor -- Canali tailor was amazing! The service, the craftsmanship, the speed, and the value for money was top notch! haha definitely a highlight of this trip.

Not a deal breaker but it would have been nice if the front desk and room service operated for 24 hours. I stayed a week and there were nights where I would have liked some food and a night when I could have really used some front desk assistance but it's really deserted in the early morning.

Lovely staff - shout out to Lien, Huy and Nhung. Place is spotless, superb pool with bar, nice walk into the river and markets. Organised some day trips for us - well priced and convenient. Great buffet breakfast!! Recommended place to stay.
