Nordstay - Stylish Central Studio self check-in

L'emplacement est super près des transports en commun. Des commerces de la gare des bus de la gare centrale et si on est un peu courageux les ports de sont pas loin à pied pour le tarif c'est plus que correct .

L'évier de la salle de bain bouché La poêle a changé le tephlon de la poêle qui est partie. La salle de bain n'est vraiment pas Génial Nous y sommes vraiment à l'étroit.

The keys were super-easy to find. The apartment has everything you need (even a heated towel rack) and is clean. The building has a (very old-fashioned, but functional) lift.

I find it hard to review this studio as my initial reaction was that of extreme disappointment bordering on disgust. But I'll try to be impartial. The only truly good thing is location - it's essentially right in the city centre next to all the shopping and transport links. Yet it is also rather quiet, which is nice. The studio itself is really small (which is no surprise of course) and a lot more run down / dirtier than the photos would suggest. I've added a photo of the entire bathroom / toilet here. However, technically, it does include everything expected (a cooker, microwave, kettle, 1 pot and 1 pan, some cutlery and crockery,.. a washing machine, etc.) So, it ticks those boxes. The photos included here are actually genuine, they are just made to look a lot nicer than the studio looks in reality (presumably it did once look as nice as the photos would suggest). It is relatively cheap. However, I wouldn't exactly call it value for money - I paid a very similar amount just a week prior in Stockholm for an order of magnitude better studio. Given a choice, I wouldn't stay here again, but overall it's passable. At least there were no cockroaches or fungi growing in the bathroom...

It's a long list here, so I'll limit myself to 1 suggestion to the hosts: please change the towels or at least give them a hot wash with a disinfectant - they are absolutely disgusting. Also, don't bother asking the hosts for an earlier (than 4pm!) check-in - they won't bother messaging you even if the flat is in fact ready an hour or two earlier.

Wszystkie udogodnienia były spełnione. Aneks kuchenny dobrze zaopatrzony. Bardzo dobry kontakt z właścicielem.

Firma sprzątająca mogłaby zwrócić większą uwagę na czystość. Wyciąg kuchenny od dołu był brudny, dywan miał plamy i siedziska na krześle również.

Kleine, sehr zentral gelegene Wohnung, perfekt für einen Städtetrip. Alles Nötige in der Nähe, gute Verkehrsanbindung. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Kontakt mit der Vermietung, egal ob es um Fragen oder kleine Probleme geht. Super Information zum Checkin und, falls man sich nicht auskennt wie ich, auch zur Anreise vom Flughafen. Sehr gern wieder!

Spülmaschine funktionierte nicht, aber mir machte das Abwaschen per Hand nichts aus. Fön defekt, was bei meinen Haaren ungünstig war. Das Problem war wohl noch nicht bekannt. Beides soll aber kurzfristig behoben werden!

La cama era cómoda, la cocina está bien amueblada y tiene lo imprescindible. La temperatura agradable. El armario es bastante amplio. Pudimos descansar bien.

La búsqueda de la llave se convierte en un escaperoom cuando hay más cofres con llaves en el mismo sitio. El baño es muy pequeño, el lavabo esta encima del WC. El ascensor de pelicula de terror.

Excellent room for a couple. Good location. The room was neat and clean. The instructions for the key were also clear. It's just that u need to play a treasure hunt for the key.

Το διαμέρισμα ήταν άνετο,καθαρό.ζεστο και είχε όλα όσα χρειαζόμασταν. Η γειτονιά ήταν πολύ ήσυχη..τα μάρκετ ήταν σε πολύ κοντινή απόσταση (2 λεπτά) και το κέντρο της πόλης 10 λεπτά με τα πόδια. Ο ιδιοκτήτης πολύ ευγενικός! Όταν ξαναβρεθούμε στο helsinki θα θέλαμε να μείνουμε στο ίδιο διαμέρισμα.

Δεν υπάρχει κάτι που δεν μας άρεσε. Όλα ήταν τέλεια !

The studio is really close to the centre, good communication with the owner. In the flat you will find everything you need.

Small bathroom and it was a bit cold in the flat.

The location of the place was superb - everything was reachable whatever our plans were.

The host was very nice and informative. The flat was cozy and clean, and situated within convenient walking distance of the city centre.  We really enjoyed our stay!

The only minor issue was with the bathroom, it was small and the water was going everywhere.

The location near the metro station is good. The apartment was clean. It was quiet. Kitchenette is equipped for a short stay. Communication was fine.

“Stylish”? That is such a scam. Seriously, this was the very opposite of stylish. This was the worst accommodation on my whole trip. Please be more truthful with your guests. While the photos aren’t exactly fake, the apartment is rather shabby, cheap looking. I counted 7 different types of cheap wood/ surfaces. Absolutely nothing fits together, just a bunch of random furniture that looks like a family member wanted to get rid of it and the host got them for free. The apartment is also absolutely tiny, especially the bathroom. The photos make it look bigger than it is. OK for 2 nights if you are one person, but two people it would be too crowded. The sink is partially above the toilet. Which makes sitting on the toilet awkward.

Apartment is compact but was perfect for me. Great location with public transport & grocery shops close by. Bed was comfortable.

Location was central and very handy for the train station.

When using the wash basin water leaked from underneath on the floor so got my feet wet. Also couldn't get the coffee machine to turn on.

The studio flat was very clean and warm with a very comfortable bed, for me the only area of disappointment was the bath room as it was very small, the sink hindered the toilet use. When I arrived I was having some problems understanding where the key was, I called the host and he was very helpful and patient with me, which was a big help. Despite the bathroom being on the small side, I could recommend this studio should anyone wish to have a small break in Helsinki.

the bed was comfortable and it was handy having a kettle and microwave

the lock on the door was broken, the screws had come out and if someone was to break in they would easily succeed. There was zero security measures and it made the entire stay for us very uncomfortable and on edge. We locked out suitcases each time we went out of the apartment. The light in the bathroom kept flickering, the shower curtain is cheap and sticks to you when you shower, the toilet is SO close to the sink that you can't help but sit sideways, the rug beside the bed is not stuck to the floor so it's VERY slippery so we just ended up rolling it up and moving it out of the way. The WiFi was unplugged so we had to plug it in, not an issue but we were not informed about having to do that. Would have been nice is the host provided basic breakfast goods, and bigger towels. The floor in the bathroom gets SOAKED no matter how fast you shower, we had to use our own towels to clean the floor and then put the mat back. otherwise you end up using the toilet and your feet getting wet. Not ideal at all, I wouldn't recommend staying here.

Perfect location, in the city center, but very quiet and cozy. There were all the necessary things for cooking.

It would be great to have soup bowls. There was a problem to switch water from tap to shower.

Everything was good. Location is perfect. The place is close to the center and to the main stations of public transports.

I like location near shopping center, central train station.

The entre door have both key and code door . Put in washing machine. The apartment would be perfect for guest like to stay longer than 3 nights.
