The hotel is beautiful, very well maintained, and the rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The buffet is varied and very tasty, with plenty of choices. The staff are truly lovely, welcoming, friendly, and very helpful. The hotel also offers many services and activities, making it easy to enjoy your stay.

The activities

Rate for Egyptian was much more than non-Egyptian without prior notification for Egyptian living abroad if they invite their family members living in Egypt for spending some time together. The check in was really awkward given the former, lacking any consideration. The hotel is a maximum of 3 stars definitely not 5. The activities were fine but the room cleanness was inconsistent. I have tried two restaurants with one above average and another (beach restaurant) described by the staff as luxurious one was less than average!

Ahmed at reception was amazing!! He looked after us so well from the start to finish. He went above and beyond to make sure everything in our stay was perfect . The reef that you can walk to from the hotel jetty was a huge highlight for us. The 3 pool bars were great for getting drinks at. The breakfast buffet was amazing-best I've had. Beds were so comfy we both slept very well.

Because of the coral reef you can get into the see only from the peer (the peer works from 9-18) If you go into the sea from the beach, the water is shallow and until your ankle.

Un resort excelente con todo tipo de servicios, varios restaurantes y acceso directo a la playa. En el otro lado del resort hay incluso un Aqua park.

Alles ist sehr sauber, Essen ist reichlich und lecker, das Personal ist sehr freundlich und immer gut gelaunt und hilft bei allem was man benötigt, das Animationsteam ist wirklich toll und wenn man mal keine Lust hat auch nicht aufdringlich. Es war wie immer ein rundum gelungener Urlaub und leider viel zu schnell vorbei. Wir hoffen sehr, nächstes Jahr wieder in dieses schöne Hotel fahren zu können.

Le service était top, nous avons adoré notre séjour. Ils étaient toujours au petit soin et prêt pour nous aider. Les chambres étaient très spacieuses et très propres( elles étaient nettoyés chaque jour et en profondeur). La nourriture était très bonne et changeait tous les jours au buffet.

We really enjoyed our stay here! We made the most of the different swimming pools, and we really appreciated the wide variety of food at the buffet. It’s also a great plus to have other options to eat, like the à la carte restaurants, as it gives you a lot of choice throughout the stay. We also absolutely loved our room. It was very spacious, comfortable and really nice to come back to after a day outside. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday and we’re really happy with our stay at the hotel. We had an amazing time during our stay! The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming from the moment we arrived. The food was tasty and there was a great variety of options. The pool facilities were really fun, and I especially enjoyed having the option of saltwater pools. I also loved that there were bars conveniently located throughout the resort. Overall, it’s a great place for a long vacation, especially if you’re looking for a relaxing and calm atmosphere. The beach is just a couple of minutes’ walk away, and there are several restaurant options available for all-inclusive guests. The restaurant by the beach was my favorite — the food was great and the view of the sea was absolutely beautiful. I really enjoyed snorkeling, but it’s worth mentioning that the beach is rocky and is mainly designed for snorkeling and diving. So, if you’re expecting a typical sandy beach where you can easily walk into the water, this may not be what you’re looking for. The swimming area is quite deep, around 5–6 meters, so it’s better suited for people who enjoy snorkeling and diving. I also really appreciated how attentive the staff were to every little detail. A special thank you to Mr. Kerolos, the Reception Manager, who warmly greeted us both when we arrived and when we left, and checked in with us throughout our stay to make sure we had everything we needed. I would definitely love to come back again and enjoy the peaceful and relaxing ambiance!

Everything exceeded my expectations, and I am so happy that I chose this resort for my vacation. A special thank you to the management for kindly accommodating my room preferences and for the complimentary upgrade to a King-Size Bed room with Pool View, Sea View, and a quiet corner location away from the noise. It made my stay even more comfortable and relaxing. Mr. Keroloes, the Assistant Reception Manager, is such a wonderful and hospitable person. He made things possible during my stay. Mr. Akram of Housekeeping, who makes my room clean and tidy everyday and giving me complimentary drinks and food. The All-Inclusive Package is fantastic! The unlimited food and drinks, beautiful resort, swimming pools, beach, restaurants, bars, sports, leisure activities, and bazaars provide everything you need for a relaxing vacation. I would also like to thank the housekeeping team for keeping my room clean and organized every day. My appreciation goes to all the staff—receptionists, waiters, bartenders, pool staff, housekeeping, and everyone working behind the scenes. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and incredibly hospitable. I also really enjoyed the complimentary À La Carte dinners, especially the Oriental and Mexican restaurants. Both were lovely experiences. It is the second time in the hotel, I was there last year also with my family, it is one of the best hotels that I stayed in that is why I decided to come back this year. They have incredible staff who want to help you at any time and do their best to make our stay better, and regarding the staff I would give a special thanks and appreciation to Mr. Keroles for his support. In addition, the food there are amazing from quality, taste and variety point of views. The rooms were very clean and big, in addition to different activities and entertainment parties that change every day.

Der Aufenthalt war sehr schön. Wir hatten sogar einen persönlichen Ansprechpartner den wir jederzeit kontaktieren konnten bei Problemen. Das Hausriff ist wunderschön und mit dem Steg perfekt erreichbar zum schnorcheln. Die Sauberkeit und der Service waren super! :)

What a fantastic hotel experience! From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and valued. The rooms were spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, providing everything needed for a relaxing stay. The restaurant was one of the highlights of my stay. The food was delicious, the service was excellent, and there was a great selection of dishes to suit all tastes. The hotel staff deserve special recognition for their professionalism, friendliness, and willingness to help at all times. They made me feel at home from the first day. I would also like to thank: * the reception team and the guest relations team *the room cleaning team *the waiters in the restaurant; despite the big space, the flow and accessibility were great * the swimming pool team for their excellent service. All was great; nothing to complain about

Die Anlage ist sehr schön gepflegt, es gibt einen sauberen Strand mit einem wunderschönen Korallenriff. Das Personal war stets freundlich und bemüht. Alles war zur besten Zufriedenheit. Ahmed an der Rezeption bemüht sich sehr, alle Wünsche zu erfüllen.

Struttura bellissima molto accogliente, staff disponibilissimo e sempre sorridente, servizi ottimi, puoi trascorrere tranquillamente una settimana li dentro senza mai uscire visto che ci sono tantissime cose da fare. Sei ristoranti, 5 piscine, bar aperti tutta la notte, shisha bar, barriera corallina stupenda , animazione top con spettacoli e giochi serali incredibili, escursioni, ecc... Manager privato per la tua stanza che è pronto a risolvere qualsiasi tua esigenza. Pulizia ed efficienza, grazie di tutto!

Più che dire cosa non mi è piaciuto vorrei dare dei suggerimenti.... Io lascerei una delle 5 piscine aperte almeno fino alle 22 serali è un peccato non potersi godere un bagno serale sotto quel cielo stellato stupendo immerso nel verde e fra le palme credo che la chiusura alle 19 sia un po troppo prematura. L'altra cosa sulla quale farei un po piu attenzione suggerirei a chi gestisce i servizi che offre la struttura di parlare con i singoli " venditori " di servizi ( Spa, Negozi di essenze, Beuty center, Escursioni, ecc.... ) di essere un po meno pressanti con i clienti soprattutto quando sono in momenti di pieno relax. Altro suggerimento anche se probabilmente è piu legato ad un gusto mio personale la sera una volta chiusi i ristoranti soprattutto nel bar che resta aperto tutta la notte darei la possibilità di far trovare ai clienti anche un snack dolce per una coccola notturna. Un' ultima cosa per chi sceglie questa struttura l'opportunità di avere una barriera corallina stupenda disponibile tutti i giorni va un po a discapito della comodità nell'entrare in acqua nel senso che nn vi aspettate sabbia fine che vi accompagna fin dentro l'acqua altrimenti non ci sarebbe quella barriera stupenda ma la spiaggia è cmq molto bella e accogliente e super rilassante però per farsi una nuotata bisogna calarsi da un pontile o altrimenti adagiarsi in una delle innumerevoli pozzette d'acqua che offre la scogliere adiacente al bagnasciuga! In ogni caso io sono stato benissimo!

The staff were fantastic. The cleaner, the restaurant staff, the reception staff, the swimming pool staff. We cannot fault any of them. The driver that took me to buy things from Hurghada was amazing. He stayed with me through out to speak Arabic to the sellers and brought me back for a fee which is comparable to other taxi companies. The hotel is super clean and the food was amazing

I made a reservation for my kids (who are young adults) for a trip with friends. So my review is not first hand, but based on my kids' experience. Food is good, facilities are Ok, pools and aqua is good, there's no real beach but rather a coral reef, so it's more for a snorkeling fans, and it was good.

The management staff is rather on the amateurs side. Check-in for my kids went smoothly, it was a reservation that was fully paid to booking.com. however, on the day next to the check-in, I was surprised that the hotel cancelled the booking and even initiated a refund !! So apparently the management staff made a mistake thinking it was a no-show ! The problem was that they triggered a refund via booking com that was not reversible, and when they realized their mistake, they wanted the payment to be settled locally at the property. Of course my kids didn't have a proper way to made the payment of the full amount, fortunately I managed to rely on a friend of mine . The other issue is even more critical... since the reservation was made, I started receiving several phishing Whatsapp messages about the booking, clearly using my personal details, reservation details, but they were using my WhatsApp that's linked with the number that I used for the reservation (as my contact that's shared with the property), which is different from my booking.com account contact info. So apparently either the hotel digital reservations system is NOT secure and been subject to data leaks or hacks, or someone from the hotel staff is using the reservations information illegally. Not sure which is actually worse, being incompetent in securing clients data ? Or having a staff member with questionable integrity ? I raised the issue with booking.com cyber security team, and they did confirm it was a phishing attempt, likely due to data leak at the property. I shared a snapshot of the message so that people are aware and are not falling as a victim for such scams.

Das Personal ist extrem freundlich und hilfsbereit nach dem Motto:"Alles ist möglich und nicht ein Problem. Die anlage ist extrem sauber und sehr grün. Wer über booking bucht bekommt einen persönlichen Betreuer der nicht nur tägliche Aktuon-Tips gibt sondern auch in allen Situationen hilft. Daa Gym ist groß und gut bestückt und die Massagen sind empfehlenswert. Das Hausriff lädt zum schnorcheln ein.

Bei Ankunft sollte man darauf achten, dass man ein frisch renoviertes Zimmer bekommt.

Absolument tout, le personnel est vraiment gentil, si vous avez la moindre demande ils sauront vous aider. Tout était très propre, large choix de nourriture. Nous sommes arrivés dans la nuit et avons été accueillis avec un service pour nos bagages qui ont été déposés dans la chambre. Si vous hésitez, n’hésitez plus et allez-y !!!!

La recepción fue inmejorable, llegamos con mucha antelación por el vuelo y nos dieron la habitación mucho antes de la hora del checkin sin cargo alguno y nos permitieron estar en el hotel como si ya estuviésemos instaladas. Hassan,el chico del bar Infinity, y el chico del bar de la playa, fueron muy atentos. Todo espectacular, sobretodo el arrecife

Della struttura ci é piaciuto tutto, il posto è molto bello, il resort offre molti servizi ed è praticamente tutto incluso, il cibo è ottimo e c’è anche uno snack a metà pomeriggio, le camere sono molto pulite e l’arredo nuovo. Non siamo amanti dei villaggi ma qui ci e piaciuto tanto, a livello di attività ludico motoria c’è un team di animatori formidabile ed è praticamente impossibile annoiarsi tra fitness, yoga, feste in piscina, ping pong, spettacoli e serate. Invece se ci si vuole rilassare e basta, ci sono cinque piscine e una spiaggia meravigliosa con lettini e ombrelloni. Per poter fare il bagno in mare c’è un affaccio sulla barriera corallina con quattro scale che scendono nell’acqua cristallina e piena zeppa di pesci visibili già con la maschera: sembra di nuotare in un acquario! In pratica, qui le giornate sono volate e non vediamo l’ora di tornare.

L’accueil , le personnel très gentil et toujours disponible, le manager qui nous contactait tout le temps pour savoir si tout va bien, la nourriture était superbe, les activités tous les jours du Matin au soir pour ne pas s’ennuyer. Petit déjeuner varié. Vraiment tout était au rendez-vous. Nous recommandons cet hôtel sans hésiter. Merci encore

Pas trop d’activité pour les enfants. Peut être penser aux toboggans, et aires de jeux pour les enfants.

Un séjour absolument incroyable ! Que dire… tout était vraiment incroyable du début à la fin. L’hôtel est magnifique, la nourriture est excellente et tout le personnel est adorable et aux petits soins. Je tiens surtout à remercier Ahmed de la réception, qui a vraiment rendu notre séjour encore meilleur. Il a été exceptionnel avec nous : toujours à l’écoute, disponible et prêt à nous aider au moindre petit problème. Même lorsqu’il s’agissait de petits couacs ou d’incompréhensions qui n’avaient rien à voir avec l’hôtel, il était toujours là pour nous aider et trouver une solution. Il nous a vraiment mis dans les meilleures conditions. Un énorme merci à lui ❤️ Mention spéciale également à Al Husani, qui était adorable en salle:) Franchement, je recommande cet hôtel mille fois. L'hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont très confortables, propres et parfaitement équipées. Le personnel est remarquable et leur travail est de grande qualité avec une mention spéciale à Amed Hamza de la réception qui a satisfait à toutes nos demandes et à Emad, le barman de la relaxing pool pour son extrême gentillesse et son amabilité. Nous avons apprécié leur professionnalisme. Merci également au personnel du restaurant Baywatch. A noter, le récif coralien accessible depuis l'hôtel est magnifique. L'hôtel est à recommander.

Nous avons tout apprécié, il est juste regrettable que la plage ne soit propice à la baignade depuis le sable. Il faut uniquement passer par le ponton.

Everything. Initially we had a weird problem during our check in as they told us that our rate is a discounted rate targeted for specific countries which was unclear at all during reservation however MR Ragy the general manager is very respectful person and he actively worked with us to sort it out and finally he was able to manage the situation.

la chambre était vraiment incroyable. Je pense qu’il devrait refaire des photos car elle est tellement plus belle en vrai que sur les photos. tout était incroyable à part du coup le jacuzzi la douche parfaite le lit parfait le personnel parfait. Mention spéciale à Ahmed qui a été très serviable durant tout mon séjour à n’importe quelle heure. Je lui ai envoyé un message, il répondait très rapidement.

malheureusement, je n’ai pas pu profiter de la baignoire/jacuzzi car les tuyaux étaient dans un état pitoyable. Ça veut dire que quand j’ai essayé de faire couler l’eau, il y avait plein de saletés qui sortaient des tuyaux à bulles.

Resort molto bello e personale accogliente. Ahmed ha soddisfatto ogni nostra richiesta e fatto di tutto per rendere il nostro soggiorno perfetto. La spiaggia del resort ha una barriera corallina stupenda.

Bonjour Nous étions un groupe de 8 femmes nous avons été traitées comme des princesses le directeur de l’hôtel Mr Carlos était à l’écoute il nous a surclassé il s’est occupé de notre confort il nous a offert plein de choses il a rendu notre séjour merveilleux je le note plus que 10 un vrai professionnel Tout le personnel était sympa surtout Imad il nettoyait notre logement à la perfection comme ci c’était chez lui Les 3 chefs étaient les rois de la cuisine il y’a un des chefs il me demandait toujours ce que je voulait manger pour le lendemain il m’a préparé plein de plats traditionnels je me suis régalée merci pour tout je reviendrai c sur

Struttura un po' datata con mobilio da rinnovare. Il pranzo in regime di all inclusive viene servito in uno solo dei ristoranti della struttura,, molto lontano dalla spiaggia... per raggiungerlo si deve percorrere un tragitto in salita, che nelle ore più calde è davvero pesante da affrontare. Noj abbiamo mai trovato alcuna navetta disponibile per effettuarlo. L'unico ristorante disponibile nei pressi della spiaggia è a pagamento, anche se sei in regime di all inclusive.

We could always count on him for anything we needed, and he was very kind and helpful to us from the very first moment. It’s a huge hotel with lots of pools and entertaining evening shows. During our one-week stay, there were even two “festival” evenings. The coral reef is beautiful, and the cocktails are absolutely delicious. The entire staff is extremely friendly and always goes out of their way to make you happy and ensure you have a great experience. I can highly recommend this hotel, it was truly the best hotel experience!

Tutto, cibo buonissimo e vario, stanza enorme e molto pulita, lo staff sempre cordiale e disponibile a venire incontro ad ogni tua richiesta o esigenza. Struttura molto curata con verde e alberi curati e tagliati creando delle belle strutture geometriche . Continue attività ricreative nella piscina principale solo se ti andava di partecipare, piscine secondarie lungo tutto il percorso dalla hall della reception fino al mare dove una meravigliosa barriera corallina la rende un’attrazione per pesci tropicali molto belli. Non mancate di visitare Orange Bay, Dolphins House, l’escursione con i cavalli nel mare ed altre escursioni che renderanno il vostro viaggio indimenticabile

Se proprio si deve trovare un difetto la distanza dal centro di Hurghada, che comunque puoi visitare in mezza giornata con un taxi (10-12 €) che ti accompagna e poi ti riporta al resort

在五星中性价比很高。可以去兄弟酒店的水上乐园 免费的，很好玩，也有摆渡车送过去，酒店的浮潜点珊瑚鱼群都不错，餐厅的自助餐味道是可以的，住宿的空调很好用，床品有一点起球但也很舒服。

1.大堂经理很冒昧，看到我的whatsapp的头像带着我的猫问我你要吃他吗。我不觉得这个玩笑可以接受。 2.前台更换了房间后所以给的wifi账号密码无法登陆，反应无法连接wifi后这个问题后，大堂经理说那你来前台来看一下手机。我后来自己解决了这个问题，用了旧的房间号登陆成功。btw为什么房间需要更换，因为我们预定就是三床房间，给我们一开始是双床房间，我们只是拿回了本应该有的权益。经理这样的反应我这边提出了抗议，后续我的需求他已读不回，我直接去前台，这个时候我去隔壁酒店的水上乐园的需求，他仿佛做了什么特别为我安排一样，但这本身不就是我的权益吗？他首先推荐我步行，并且错误指路，我强烈建议坐摆渡车，摆渡车很快的行驶了五分钟可能才到，在出了酒店后的高温天气下我觉得他的建议有问题。而且我返程的时候看到水上乐园酒店大量的人来我的酒店通过同一辆摆渡车，我的意思是，他为啥总想表示恩惠了我什么事情，而这本身是我的权益？ 3.酒店内置的潜水中心，存在欺诈隐瞒行为。首先隐瞒说风浪大酒店内无法免费浮潜。其次推销了他们的浮潜商品，期中欺诈行为包括3.1 承诺四小时水里时间，实际上只有两个多一点，我们为此度假还要早上七点钟去吃早饭为了一早准时大厅见，拉去了赫尔格达市内但等待了超过一小时就是坐着等待3.2承诺去的目的地没有去，两个所谓重要的景点在我们强烈建议下去了一个，而且仅仅十分钟，这不怪船夫，船夫非常好我们特别满意给了小费，但是船夫完全不知道有这些安排。3.3承诺的船上小吃饮料供给完全没有，并且船降级。3.4到达港口，那边接待的人员也并不知道他们酒店同事在我这边说谎的丰富内容3.5本次价格是我自己在外面预定的三倍，且定制小团，承诺的船上两个工作人员只有一个。3.6酒店内的潜水中心浮潜的员工存在调戏女性，比如跟你结婚找你当女朋友之类的，期中一个还不错，另一个很喜欢开这种冒昧的玩笑，当然离开了赫尔格达这种骚扰很常见，因此这不是一个很大的问题，因为其他的比这更重要。 3.7浮潜体验后表达不满，实际上酒店的潜水中心并没有解决，大堂经理问玩的怎么样，我要求他去调查欺瞒行为，对方承诺调查后表示明天给我回复，当然，完全没有任何回复。 4.check out的时候大堂经理知道我的诸多不满后，尽管我同行的朋友在纸质问卷上都是全满分，他仍然试图蒙骗我，告诉我需要线上checkout， 我问他怎么做，他告诉我需要booking上评价满分，我觉得真的很好笑，我去过几十个国家，这个大堂经理是最为离谱的，我认为他天然存在轻视亚裔女性的情况。我找的出租车司机是booking上自带的，只要七欧元，这个酒店提供的接机是30欧元，真的可笑。注意哦，等待我的司机联系的时候，这个经理强行记住了号码在他的手机上拨通，拒绝了在我的手机上联系，结果是司机告诉我他没有空，我不得不用了酒店的车。我并没有说是我的经理拒绝的司机，但是你能感觉到这一切不是很自然。

Vielen Dank an das gesamte Personal, das mit viel Herz und Engagement arbeitet. Das Hotel ist einfach top und gehört zu den besten Urlauben, die wir je erlebt haben. Das Essen ist vielfältig und immer frisch, auch die Getränke sind immer schön kalt. Vielen Dank für den tollen Service – 10/10! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Très beau séjour, je recommande sans hésiter. L’hôtel est à la hauteur de ce qu’on attend : chambre propre et confortable, personnel attentionné et cadre très agréable. J’ai passé un excellent moment et repars avec de très bons souvenirs. Une mention spéciale à Ahmed, à la réception : toujours disponible, d’un professionnalisme irréprochable et surtout d’une vraie chaleur humaine. Il a répondu à chacune de mes demandes avec le sourire et a beaucoup contribué à rendre notre séjour aussi agréable. Merci à lui ! Je reviendrai avec avec plaisir.

I really enjoyed my stay at the property. The resort was beautiful, clean, and well maintained, with great facilities and a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay, especially Ahmed and Mohamed at the reception, who were always welcoming, professional, and ready to assist us whenever we needed anything.

Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay. There were only a few minor things that could be improved, but nothing that significantly affected our experience. The hotel could continue improving some small details to make the stay even more comfortable for guests.

Facilities are great. The diving center was really good too. The rooms and staff were lovely. Nice snorkeling spot inside the hotel.

Très bel établissement avec un accès au récif pleins de poisson (prévoir de quoi faire du snorkeling). L’accueil est top et il est également facile d’accéder à l’hôtel voisin avec le parc aquatique sans supplément.

Toutes la nourriture n’est pas bonne pour des papilles françaises mais il y a un très grand choix et on finit toujours par trouver des mets intéressants.

Wir waren acht Nächte hier und für uns war es wirklich ein rundum gelungener Urlaub – 10 von 10. Die gesamte Anlage ist riesig, wunderschön grün und sehr gepflegt, mit vielen Palmen, mehreren Pools und einer tollen Atmosphäre. Unsere Zimmer waren ruhig und lagen direkt nebeneinander, sogar mit Verbindungstür zu dem Zimmer unserer Töchter. Gebucht hatten wir Poolblick und zusätzlich einen wunderschönen Meerblick bekommen. Besonders positiv waren das Essen und die große Auswahl. Mehrere Restaurants, Buffet, À-la-carte, Snacks am Pool und Strand sowie sehr gutes und abwechslungsreiches Essen. Fleischgerichte waren gut zubereitet, Salate frisch und auch die Auswahl an Früchten mit Mango, Ananas und verschiedenen Melonensorten war hervorragend. Das gesamte Personal war ausgesprochen freundlich und hilfsbereit. Besonders bedanken möchten wir uns bei unserem Gästebetreuer Keroloes Nashaat, der sich während unseres gesamten Aufenthalts sehr engagiert um uns gekümmert hat. Ebenfalls ein großes Dankeschön an Ahmed Hamza von der Rezeption, der uns jederzeit freundlich und kompetent weitergeholfen hat. Auch am Abreisetag wurde hervorragend für uns gesorgt. Wir bekamen kostenlos Late Check-out bis 17 Uhr und durften danach die gesamte Anlage inklusive All-inclusive und Abendessen bis zu unserer Abholung um Mitternacht weiter nutzen. Das war für uns als Familie wirklich großartig. Auch Wellness und Massage haben wir genutzt und waren sehr zufrieden. Insgesamt eine tolle Anlage mit sehr vielen Möglichkeiten, sodass man eigentlich gar nicht wegfahren muss. Wir haben uns vom ersten bis zum letzten Tag sehr wohlgefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

Eigentlich gibt es nur zwei Punkte, die wir uns etwas anders gewünscht hätten. Zum einen liegt die Anlage relativ weit außerhalb vom Zentrum von Hurghada. Mit dem Taxi waren es ungefähr 40 Minuten. Es wäre natürlich schöner, wenn man abends auch einmal spontan in 10–15 Minuten in die Stadt fahren könnte, um etwas zu bummeln. Das ist allerdings kein wirklicher Kritikpunkt am Hotel – die Lage ist nun einmal so und dafür bekommt man eine sehr große, schöne und ruhige Anlage, in der eigentlich alles vorhanden ist. Der zweite Punkt betrifft den Strand. Der Strandbereich selbst ist schön, allerdings ist der Einstieg ins Meer sehr steinig und teilweise unangenehm, sodass man kaum normal vom Strand aus ins tiefere Wasser laufen kann. Zum Schwimmen haben wir deshalb überwiegend den Zugang über den Steg genutzt. Hier könnte das Hotel unserer Meinung nach noch etwas verbessern. Ein besser aufbereiteter, sandiger Zugang ins Meer würde den Strand deutlich aufwerten und wäre gerade für Familien und ältere Gäste angenehmer. Das sind für uns aber Verbesserungsvorschläge und ändern nichts daran, dass wir mit unserem Aufenthalt insgesamt sehr zufrieden waren und das Hotel mit 10/10 bewerten.

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Das gesamte Personal war immer freundlich, hilfsbereit und aufmerksam. Der Service war ausgezeichnet und man hat sich jederzeit willkommen gefühlt. Die Anlage war sauber und gepflegt, das Essen war abwechslungsreich und lecker. Insgesamt eine sehr angenehme Atmosphäre

Es gab nur Kleinigkeiten, die den Aufenthalt jedoch kaum beeinträchtigt haben. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden.

Overall, we had a very pleasant stay. The staff are eager to help, and the hotel is very well organized. Housekeeping, pool cleaning, and other daily routines are handled efficiently, so there is no feeling of chaos despite the size of the resort. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, and you can see that the staff put a lot of effort into keeping everything clean and tidy. The beach is typical for this part of the Red Sea. At low tide, the shallow area becomes very shallow, while beyond the reef the water gets deep quite quickly. There are plenty of fish around the reef, so it is a good spot for snorkeling. The lifeguards on the beach are very attentive and take their job seriously. We visited at the end of July and, despite it being the summer season, the resort did not feel particularly crowded. The food is decent — not exceptional, but generally quite good, with enough variety. The barbecue is particularly good and was one of the highlights for us. Drinks are available 24/7, which is very convenient, although the standard selection is rather basic and repetitive. Better-quality drinks are available at an additional charge. There are plenty of activities throughout the day, so it is easy to find something to do without leaving the hotel. The entertainment team are very friendly and welcoming and regularly invite guests to take part in different activities and events. Overall, the strongest points for us were the organization, the helpful staff, the well-maintained grounds, and the range of activities. What really won us over, however, was the value for money. Considering the price, the overall quality of the stay was very good, and we left very satisfied with our choice.

What we liked less was the spa center, although this is separate from the hotel itself. We found it rather overpriced for the level of service provided. The schedule also did not feel very fixed, as some details seemed to be decided on the spot by the manager. Compared with spa experiences at other resorts, the service could be more polished. For example, it would be nice to have access to a sauna before the massage, a proper relaxation area afterwards, some tea, and the freedom to decide yourself when to leave rather than feeling that the treatment ends immediately. Overall, the spa was acceptable, but for the price we expected a more complete and relaxing experience.

Quarto muito espaçoso, cómodo e muito limpo. A comida do buffet era fantástica e com muita variedade e dos restaurantes à lá carte, aconselho muito o mexicano. Queria destacar duas pessoas maravilhosas, que permitiram que a nossa estadia fosse ainda melhor: Mohammed Hamed - muito atencioso, sorridente e sempre disponível a ajudar. Apesar da hora que cheguei (5h), conseguiu-me logo o quarto e ainda fez um up-grade para um quarto vista mar. Mohammed Garip - fantástico host, sempre disponível para ajudar e ainda nos preparou um jantar romântico na praia. A estes 2, dou nota 1000.

Falta de bebidas alcoólicas premium (só têm mesmo bebidas egípcias). Alguns funcionários dos bares e restaurantes são um pouco rudes. Tivemos 2 situações um pouco desagradáveis, mas nada que interferisse com a nossa estadia. Poucas animações diárias e noturnas e falta comunicação para saber as que existem.

The property is amazing in everything; We found everything we wanted during our stay; kids had a blast; seniors were enjoying their time. I want to thank all the amazing stuff specially Mr Kerollos Nashaat….He was never late for anything we ask for during our stay.

All the facilities are clean. The gardens are well maintained even in the heat of the summer. The private beach was wonderful full of fish and diving in it was beautiful. The staff were very friendly and nice they where always there to help and support with any thing we asked.

这个全包酒店设施有一点旧，但是整体很漂亮很干净。工作人员都挺好的，还好没有遇到网上有人说的歧视问题。这个酒店绝大部分都不是亚洲游客，但是吃饭还吃得惯。浮潜一定要自己备好装备，海很漂亮。

Ik ga alle medewerkers zo erg missen.. het animatie team, de receptie, de keuken, de restaurants, het zwembad. We hebben letterlijk met iedereen een band opgebouwd waardoor het voor ons extra moeilijk was om terug naar huis te gaan.

Het strand, maar dat is natuur en kan ook niets aan gedaan worden helaas. En het eten, maar dat is omdat ik echt goed goed eten gewend ben. Voor de rest was er wel echt mega veel keuze en vaak wel prima. Voor de rest geen tegenvallers

Struttura eccellente per posizione, atmosfera, cura,.accoglienza, varietà e qualità del cibo, servizi, spiaggia, personale. Eravamo stati l'anno scorso e ci siamo ritornati quest'anno perché sapevamo di non poter trovare di meglio. E ci torneremo ancora.
