The evaluation/feedback form should be given to hotel guests in their rooms one day before departure, rather than at check-out. This would be more effective, as guests would have enough time to provide thoughtful feedback and suggestions.

had a wonderful stay at Serenity Alma Heights and really enjoyed my experience. The hotel was beautiful, clean, and welcoming, with a lovely atmosphere throughout. The staff were friendly, helpful, and made us feel very well looked after. The rooms were comfortable and well maintained, and there was plenty to enjoy during our stay. Everything was well organised, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend Serenity Alma Heights to anyone looking for a great hotel for a relaxing holiday. Aqua park oldukça kullanışlı az yorucu otel gayet konforlu yeni odalarda ütü tartı dair herşey düşükmüştü temizlik hergün yapılıyordu çalışanlar çok yardımcı ve güler yüzlü özellikle aquaparkların orda havlu seren personel jet hızıyla sürekli havlularımıza yetişip elimizden alıp seriyordu. Havuzlarda sipariş üzerine hamburger pizza tavuk nuget gibi yiyecekler saat 5 kadar sürekli servis ediliyordu. Yemekler orta düzeyde iyiydi mısırdaki genel olarak otellerde olacak seviyede her çeşit yiyebileceğiniz yemek mümkün yinede. Akşam konaklayanalar için 7-8 arası bir saat lunapark ücretsiz çocuklu aileler için gayet güzel.

Wifi çok kötü restoranta hiç çekmiyor dört kişilik bir aileydik 3 kişiden fazla bağlanınca kesinti oluyordu.havuz kenarlarında kara sinekler bar çok rahatsız edici gerçekten.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ D’excellentes vacances en famille ! Nous avons passé de superbes vacances dans cet hôtel, et ma fille a particulièrement adoré le séjour. La nourriture était vraiment très bonne, aussi bien au restaurant principal qu’au niveau des différents restaurants à la carte, qui nécessitent de réserver à l’avance. Il y a également un super parc aquatique, ainsi qu’une petite fête foraine, ce qui est vraiment un plus pour les familles avec enfants. Pour les plus petits, il y a une piscine parfaitement adaptée aux enfants, avec des espaces où ils ont pied et beaucoup de toboggans. Ma fille s’est vraiment régalée ! Le personnel est formidable, très accueillant, souriant et toujours aux petits soins pour les clients. C’est clairement l’un des points forts de l’hôtel. Le seul petit point négatif concerne l’accessibilité des chambres : de ce que j’ai pu constater, il n’y a pas d’ascenseur. Heureusement, nous étions au rez-de-chaussée, mais selon la chambre attribuée, il peut être nécessaire de monter plusieurs marches, ce qui peut être un peu contraignant pour les familles avec de jeunes enfants ou les personnes ayant des difficultés à se déplacer. À part cela, rien à redire. Nous avons passé de magnifiques vacances et nous repartons avec de très bons souvenirs. Je recommande cet hôtel sans hésitation, particulièrement pour les familles avec enfants !

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour a serenity Alma . Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le service et le personnel spécialement MR Ihab (the front office manager) qui était très serviable et toujours a l’écoute . La nourriture était très bonne et diversifiée. Rapport qualité prix excellent.

Facilities are excellent: rooms, pools, restaurants and waterpark were excellent. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel manager, Mr. Ihab can’t be more helpful and caring. The quality of the food is much better than most of the hotels in the area.

Because of the tide, non-swimmers cannot swim at the beach.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent séjour en famille Nous avons passé d’excellentes vacances en famille au Serenity Alma. Tout était parfait du début à la fin ! La chambre était toujours impeccable et très bien rangée grâce à Mustafa, qui faisait un excellent travail. Un grand merci à lui ! 👏 Mention spéciale également à Ihab, le manager, toujours disponible, à l’écoute et prêt à nous aider au moindre petit souci. Un vrai plus pour le séjour. Nous avons également été agréablement surpris par la restauration : bonne nourriture, beaucoup de choix et de variété. Nous nous sommes régalés ! Le seul point négatif concerne malheureusement l’équipe d’animation, que nous avons trouvée assez distante avec les enfants français. Ils allaient beaucoup moins vers eux et semblaient parfois les mettre de côté. C’est dommage, car tous les enfants devraient être accueillis de la même manière. L’équipe d’animation est donc, selon nous, le seul point à améliorer. Malgré cela, nous gardons un excellent souvenir de notre séjour et nous recommandons vraiment cet hôtel pour des vacances en famille. ❤️

Les personnel très accueillant et sympathique. Le buffet varié et les différents restaurants dans l’hôtel. Abdallah pour l’entretien des chambres qui a su s’adapter à notre présence tardive dans la chambre. Un grand merci à Ilhab qui nous a accueilli à notre arrivée, qui est resté joignable par whats app pour répondre à nos questions et nos besoins. Son anticipation de ce dont nous aurions besoin est un plus qui été très appréciable.

Le manque d’animation près du parc aquatique. Parc aquatique plus petit que ce à quoi nous nous attendions. Les extras nécessitant des paiements supplémentaires malgré la formule All inclusive

❤️ Öncelikle güzel olanlardan başlamak istiyorum Otele daha gitmeden önce bizimle WhatsApp üzerinden iletişime geçen Resepsiyon Müdürü İhab Bey’e ve ekibine özellikle teşekkür etmek istiyorum. Daha otele gelmeden herhangi bir isteğimiz olup olmadığını sorması bizim için çok güzel bir başlangıçtı. Odamızın yükseltilmesini rica etmiştim ve bu isteğimiz hemen yerine getirildi. Ancak beni asıl etkileyen, İhab Bey’in ilgisinin sadece giriş günüyle sınırlı kalmamasıydı. İki haftalık tatilimiz boyunca sürekli bizimle iletişim kurarak memnun olup olmadığımızı ve herhangi bir sorunumuz bulunup bulunmadığını sordu. Bugüne kadar birçok otelde kaldım ama misafirleriyle bu kadar yakından ve titizlikle ilgilenen bir resepsiyon müdürüne gerçekten çok az rastladım. Ayrıca kendisinin güler yüzlü, sempatik ve cana yakın olması da bizi çok memnun etti. Tatilimizin bitmesine bir gün kala tekrar mesaj göndererek, normal çıkış saati 12.00 olmasına rağmen çıkış günü odamızı 14.00’e kadar kullanabileceğimizi söylemesi de son derece düşünceli bir davranıştı. Özellikle dönüş günü için bu bizim açımızdan büyük bir rahatlık oldu. Kendisine tekrar çok teşekkür ediyoruz. 👏 Kızımın doğum gününde odamızın çok güzel bir şekilde süslenmesi de bizi ayrıca mutlu etti. 🎂🎈 Odamızın temizliğini yapan Mahmoud Bey’e de çok teşekkür etmek istiyoruz. Her zaman güler yüzlü ve cana yakındı. Odamız her gün çok güzel temizlendi. Ayrıca her gün havlulardan farklı ve çok güzel figürler hazırlayarak odamıza ayrı bir güzellik kattı. Küçük gibi görünen ama insanı mutlu eden çok hoş detaylardı. ❤️ 🏊 Havuz ve servis konusunda çok başarılılar Havuz kenarında saat 15.00’ten sonra kanepe, tatlı ve çeşitli atıştırmalıkların servis edilmesini çok beğendim. Öğle ve akşam yemekleri arasında böyle bir ara servisin olması gerçekten çok güzel düşünülmüş. Birçok otelde kaldım; havuz kenarında bu şekilde misafirlere ara servis dağıtıldığını daha önce yalnızca Belek Rixos’ta görmüştüm.

⚠️ Olumsuz bulduğumuz noktalar Satıcıların fazla ısrarcı olması Bizi en çok rahatsız eden konulardan biri, otel içerisinde hizmet veya ürün satmaya çalışan kişilerin fazla ısrarcı olmasıydı. Bir şey istemediğinizi ve “hayır” dediğinizi belirtmenize rağmen yanınızdan ayrılmayıp anlatmaya devam etmeleri bir süre sonra gerçekten yorucu ve rahatsız edici oluyor. Üstelik gün boyunca biri gidiyor, diğeri geliyor. Bunun birçok Mısır otelinde yaşandığını biliyorum ancak yine de otel yönetiminin buna bir çözüm bulmasının misafirlerin rahatlığı açısından çok iyi olacağını düşünüyorum. Misafir “hayır, teşekkür ederim” dediğinde bunun kabul edilmesi gerekir. 🍽️ Yemeklerde çeşitlilik artırılabilir Yemekler konusunda aç kalmanız kesinlikle söz konusu değil, yiyecek bir şey mutlaka bulunuyor. Ancak yemeklerin sık sık birbirine benzemesi ve aynı çeşitlerin tekrarlanması nedeniyle iki haftalık bir konaklamada bir süre sonra insan gerçekten “Bugün ne yesem?” diye düşünmeye başlıyor. Biraz daha fazla çeşitlilik ve farklı günlerde farklı menüler sunulması çok daha güzel olabilir. ⚠️ Bizi en fazla hayal kırıklığına uğratan olay: Tombala çekilişi Bu konuyu özellikle yazmak istiyorum çünkü mesele kesinlikle verdiğimiz para veya kazanacağımız hediyeler değil. Mesele güvendiğimiz bir kişinin bize verdiği sözü yerine getirmemesi ve sonrasında doğruyu söylememesiydi. Haftada bir gün havuz kenarında animasyon ekibi tombala biletleri satıyor ve akşam çekiliş yapılıyor. Kazanan numaralara göre hediyeler veriliyor. Her gün gördüğümüz ve selamlaştığımız animasyon ekibinden bir çalışan yanımıza gelerek tombala bileti almamızı teklif etti. Biz de destek olmak amacıyla almak istedik. Ancak kendisine o akşam alışverişe çıkacağımızı ve çekilişte bulunamayacağımızı söylediğimiz için önce bilet almaktan vazgeçtik. Bunun üzerine kendisi bize, “Siz alın, numaralarınızın fotoğrafını çekerim ve akşam çekilişte sizin için kontrol ederim.” şeklinde teklifte bulundu.

Our stay was truly exceptional and exceeded all our expectations. One of the biggest highlights was the incredible variety of attractions at the aqua park, along with the fantastic kids' amusement area, which provided endless fun for the whole family. Another outstanding aspect of the resort was its restaurants. Every restaurant offered a unique dining experience with an impressive variety of dishes and consistently delicious food. Each meal was enjoyable and added something special to our stay. I would like to extend my sincere appreciation to Mr. Ehab and Mr. Emad for their outstanding hospitality, professionalism, and genuine care. strand! strand heeft veel stenen, is heel raar, je komt niet direct in zee maar moet zo’n 20 meter lopen over een rare water en mag daarna alsnog niet de zee in. dat moet via de steiger het water in springen.

Everything was perfect. The staff were so friendly the atmosphere was great. It was my second visit to Serenity. Although I visited many resorts in Hurghada I never thought of visiting a hotel twice other than Serenity Alma Heights. This is due to the impeccable staff, everyone there worked hard to make our stay special. Special thanks go to Mr. Emad who helped us all through the holiday. Also Mr. Albert front desk office for his warm welcome.A big thanks to Mr. Ahmed Saudi - the waiter at the main restaurant, he was very welcoming, attentive and always happy to help. We really appreciated his excellent service and hospitality. Mr. Amir at Tau restaurant also deserves recognition for his tireless efforts until the last minutes. Thanks to the life guards and Emad at the aqua park. Looking forward to the next visit. Thank you all.

L’hôtel est magnifique, les chambres sont propres, la nourriture est excellente et les services sont de grande qualité. Un immense merci à tout le personnel en particulier l’homme de chambre, qui a été d’une gentillesse et d’un professionnalisme remarquables. Nous nous sommes sentis accueillis et choyés du début à la fin. Nous souhaitons adresser une mention toute particulière a Mr Iheb et Mr Emad, qui ont été incroyablement attentionnés, bienveillants et toujours à l’écoute. Leur disponibilité et leur sens du service ont rendu notre séjour encore plus agréable. Grâce à eux, nous repartons avec de merveilleux souvenirs. Merci infiniment à toute l’équipe. Der Aqua Park war für unsere Tochter großartig. Dort haben wir auch die meiste Zeit verbracht. Es gibt einen Bereich für Babys und Kleinkinder, drei weitere Rutschen für Kinder bis 12 und 12 Rutschen, die auch Erwachsene nutzen können. Vor dem Aqua Park gibt es in der Zeit von 19.00-22 Uhr einen Lunapark, unserer Tochter wurde das Band am 2. Tag gegen ein blaues ausgetauscht, mit welchem sie in der Zeit von 19.00 - 20.00 Uhr den Lunapark gratis nutzen konnte. Generell ist das Personal, im Speziellen die Manager sehr bemüht, dass die Gäste zufrieden sind. Wir wollten an unserem letzten Tag das italienische A-la Carte Restaurant besuchen, was grundsätzlich nicht mehr möglich war, weil angeblich ausgebucht, dies zumindest über die Seite, auf der man sich Plätze in den Restaurants reservieren kann. Der Rezeptionist hat dann aber in die Wege geleitetet, dass der Manager mit uns Kontakt aufnimmt und dieser hat uns dann doch noch einen Platz besorgt. Zum Essen: Für einen All inclusive Club war das Essen sehr gut, optisch eine 10 von 10, geschmacklich würde ich es beim Buffet mit einer 8,00 - 8,5 bewerten. Im A la Carte Restaurant war das Essen sogar noch eine Spur besser, als eine 9. Am Buffet selbst gab es täglich unterschiedliche Gerichte, sowohl zu Mittag, als auch am Abend eine Nudelstation, eine zweite Station, wo ebenfalls frisch zubereitet wird, variiert von Tag zu Tag. Im Außenbereich gibt es noch eine Grillstation. Grundsätzlich kann man fast rund um die Uhr essen, die einzige Zeit, wo man nichts bekommt, ist zwischen 17.00 und 18.30, Uhr. Besonders toll empfanden wir auch das vorgelagerte Korallenriff. Zu sagen wäre, dass man nur über einen Steg in den Schwimmbereich kommt, der nicht durchgehend offen ist. Bei uns war der Steg und sohin der Schwimm- und Schnorchelbereich in der Früh ab 08.30 bis ca 10.00 Uhr offen und nochmals am Nachmittag. Direkt beim Betreten des Wassers vom Steg sieht man viele unterschiedliche Fische an der Riffkante.

Im Lunapark war immer wieder mal Stromausfall, dafür kann das Hotel aber wahrscheinlich nichts. Wir haben leider etwas zu spät gebucht, daher war der Zimmerpreis schon recht hoch. Vier Tage zuvor hätte das Hotel für unser Zimmer EUR 450,-- gekostet, anstelle der dann EUR 750,--.

Nous avons aimé les infrastructures pour les enfants à savoir les toboggans Nous avons aimé le fet d’accéder à l’hôtel en face sans soucis car même groupe et vraiment c’est top. Le buffet est varié. Malgré le monde il y’a toujours des transats de disponible.

L’accueil , le fet que le « parc d’attraction » soit valable uniquement de 19H à 20H et au delà fait payer. De plus , lors de notre arrivé, on nous remets uniquement 10 tickets par enfant (chose pas du tout mentionné lors de la réservation) au delà de 20h il faut payer les tickets. Le personnel était toujours blazé , à croire que l’on dérangeait (sauf un seul qui était adorable et qui s’occupait de nous placer sur les transats au niveau des toboggans). Ils débarrassaient alors que l’on mangeait encore. Nous avons détester le fet de devoir négocier des prestations qui font parties de l’hôtel alors que le prix est affiché. PAS DU TOUT DIGNE D’UN 5 ÉTOILES. ils ne veulent pas être payé en monnaie égyptienne mais en euros. J’ai détesté que l’on puisse nous marchander alors que l’on est tranquillement sur nos transats (coupe de cheveux, spa, sorties ….)Encore une fois pas digne d’un 5 étoilés. Devoir paye le personnel pour réserver dès le matin son transat (dessous de table)….

Nous avons tout aimés dans cet hôtel 👌🏻👌🏻👌🏻 Le responsable de la réception toujours au petit soin pour notre famille. Nous avons passé 10 jours d’exception dans une chambre spacieuse et propre, le buffet très bon variés pour tous les goûts. Un pain maison est préparé tous les jours dans un four atypique situé en face du buffet. Entre toboggan, piscine et verdure, les enfants ne voulaient pas quitter l’endroit. Je recommande cet établissement 😍

Our entire family enjoyed our stay at the hotel, and it exceeded our expectations. What stood out the most was the exceptional dedication of the staff, who consistently went above and beyond to accommodate our needs and ensure we had a comfortable and enjoyable experience. Our children especially loved the wide range of activities available throughout the day, which kept them entertained from morning until evening. The only minor drawback was the Wi-Fi coverage around the hotel grounds, which could be improved. However, this was far outweighed by the outstanding service and hospitality we received. For that reason, I am happy to give the hotel a high rating and would gladly return for another stay.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally kind, welcoming, and always ready to help whenever we needed anything. Our family apartment was spacious, spotlessly clean, and beautifully decorated, making our stay very comfortable. The lifeguards and pool staff were fantastic—friendly, funny, and always created a great atmosphere. There were plenty of activities and entertainment throughout the hotel, so there was always something to do. The hotel itself is very well maintained, and the food was excellent—fresh, delicious, and with a wide variety of dishes to suit every taste.

The main pool , aqua park for kids, restaurant quality and diversity, welcoming attitudes from Mr Emad. The cleaning guy is very friendly, the snacks and drinks are super, the oriental ,asian and Mexican restaurant are very good , fantastic undersea sightseeing.

The staff are a true asset to this hotel chain, the hotel was operating at 100% and not a single request or order we made took more than few minutes, the pools and aqua park were super clean while serving this amount of guests, the food variety and amount was just perfect and tasted amazing. Also Mr. Ihab the front office manager was more than welcoming, provided exceptions for us to checkout late to give the kids another round for the aquapark and hotel facilities, he contacted us prior to our visit to make sure we have no special requests, ensured a great location for us in terms of view and closer to all facilities, can't thank him enough 😊

Everything was exceptional from the moment we arrived , the staff was very friendly especially Mr. Ihab at the front desk, he made our stay very special, starting from the easy check in and making sure we had a great room with everything we asked for. The hotel has very good vibes, lively summer vibes, the rooms are recently renovated and its amazing, the pools and Aqua are exceptional, the stuff are very friendly, especially the hotel manager. The main restaurant food is beyond expectations, the variety and the quality of food was very good.

We had an amazing 6 nights stay at the hotel and truly enjoyed our vacation. The staff were exceptional, especially Mr. Ihab, the Head of Reservations and Reception. He was incredibly helpful, supportive, and followed up with us throughout our stay to ensure everything was perfect. He also kindly upgraded our room, which made our experience even more enjoyable. We would also like to thank Mr. Nader at the reception for his friendliness, professionalism, and continuous support. The hotel facilities are very well maintained and kept in excellent condition. The aqua park is fantastic, clean, and a great attraction for both adults and children. The swimming pools are also very clean and well managed. The food was delicious, with a good variety and quality.

I had a wonderful stay at Serenity Alma Resort. The hotel is very clean, well-maintained, and offers excellent service. The staff are friendly, professional, and always willing to help. The beach is beautiful, and there are plenty of activities to enjoy throughout the day and evening, including the aqua park and entertainment programs. A special thanks to Mr. Ehab, who truly made our stay even more enjoyable. No matter how much I thank him, it will never be enough. He is extremely polite, caring, and always goes the extra mile to make guests happy and comfortable. I highly recommend this resort and would definitely love to visit again.

Het aquapark beviel ons het meest alsook het gemak om met een shuttle in een paar minuutjes naar het strand gevoerd te worden, waar je aan een huisrif kon snorkelen. Het lunchbuffer vonden we niet lekker maar 's avonds hebben we wel van het buffet genoten. Ook het ontbijt viel in de smaak. Het personeel heeft verschillende keren gevraagd of alles naar wens was. Dit was een beetje overdreven. Toen we het hotel verlieten, vroeg iemand welke score ik zou geven en toen ik een 8 zei, was die persoon erg ontgoocheld. Ik geef een 8 omdat dit hotel prima is, maar niet 'uitmuntend' ... een typische all in.

Het restaurant is een typische drukke all in kantine.... Niet gezellig en erg luidruchtig en druk. We hebben een massage voor 3 personen geboekt, wat erg prijzig was. Wat me echt enorm teleurstelde, was dat de masseurs na afloop op een rijtje letterlijk op een fooi stonden te wachten. Zoals op meerdere plaatsen in Egypte zou het personeel beter betaald moeten worden door het management zodat ze niet om een fooi moeten bedelen, wat erg onaangenaam is. Ook vroegen ze op voorhand niet waar we eventueel problemen hadden of wat ze niet mochten manipuleren. Dit lijkt mij niet professioneel. In mijn opinie treft het personeel geen enkele schuld maar zouden de medewerkers beter verloond moeten worden door het management zodat ze niet moeten bedelen voor een fooi en ook geen 10 x moeten vragen of alles naar wens is (misschien uit angst om onstlagen te worden).

Igazi gyerekparadicsom csúszdaparkkal, vidámparkkal. Kedves személyzet és tényleg azt nézték minden esetben, hogy mi az amiben tudnának segíteni. A szállodában tisztaság van. A szobák jól felszereltek és kényelmesek. A családi szobáktól minden könnyen elérhető távolságban van. Külön managert rendeltek hozzánk, aki elérhető volt online szinte egész nap, ha bármi kérdésünk volt vagy segítségre szoroltunk. (Köszönjük Ihab!😊) Biztos, hogy visszatérünk majd!😊

Az ételek nem annyira változatosak a központi étteremben. Az fogások inkább keleti, mint nyugati ízvilágra hajaznak. (A gyerek részlegen fellelhető nuggets se nuggets, inkább vmilyen húspép kisütve) Az éttermek közül viszont az Oriental és Ázsiai éttermet ajánlott kipróbálni!😊
