Me and my husband went to Musai for our wedding anniversary but our satys wasn't a great experience. First our A/C in the room was broken and was super cold and uncomfortable, we reported couple of times but they were unable to fix it. Also the phone in the room was not working and we were unable to call the room service. We report that too, but they were unable to fix it.The ither issue was we told them we have food restrictions and don't eat pork. When we were at the rooftop, we ordered two chicken sandwiches and I mentioned we don’t eat pork. When they bring the sandwiches, they were had bacon in the middle. My husband got very upset and we left the rooftop. We went back to our room to order room service, but the phone was not working so I went outside the room to find someone to help us. Finally with a help of housekeeper I calld room service to order another chicken sandwich with NO BACON!! And I repeated three times !!! Guess what!! They brought two chicken sandwiches with nacon again!!!! We spent $5000k for this trip which was waste of money!!!!!

Excelente decoração. Quartos espaçosos e restaurantes com muita qualidade. Espaços públicos muito bons. Áreas exteriores muito agradáveis e com várias lojas de conveniência.

A praia estava suja. a depender do vento, os esgotos fluem para a praia do hotel. Em 10 dias gastámos 700€ em gorjetas, os funcionários dos bares e restaurantes apresentam uma aplicação para confirmar a conta e definem de imediato a opção média de gorjeta de 15%, informando que se gostámos muito do serviço podemos clicar nos 20%. É desconfortável e intimidante, após pagar por tudo incluído.

Una excelente atención desde que realicé mi reserva me asignaron a mi mayordomo Alexa, cuando llegué estaba de descanso me asignó a Otra persona Rubisel, la habitación estaba súper bellísima unos arreglos por nuestro 30 aniversario de casados, los restaurantes La primera noche fuimos a Blanca Blue una cocina mexicana exquisita el corte de carne delicioso, el postre con dedicatoria rico, segunda noche a Fuimos a cenar a Dao una experiencia increíble comida china muy rica la atención del mesero muy agradable Fernando. La tercer noche cenamos Noi comida italiana nuestros meseros se esforzaron mucho por una excelente atención también llamado Fernando y el chef de comida Italiana Benito, en el día disfrutando de la piscina y playa nos atendió Blanca una excelente atención muy personalizada e Ivan los desayunos nos realizamos en el restorante Noi muy rico bastante variedad ,en los desayunos nos atendieron Abinadab, Enrique, Osvaldo e Ismael todos muy atentos, pasamos unas lindas vacaciones mil gracias a todos cuando la atención es maravillosa el dinero pierde su Valor

We had a wonderful experience at Musai in Cancun. The service throughout the resort was excellent, and the staff truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The food was consistently delicious, beautifully presented, and offered plenty of variety. The butler service was another highlight—attentive, warm, and always ready to help with anything we needed.

The only thing that took away from the “all‑inclusive” feel was that some food items weren’t actually included, which wasn’t always clear upfront. It would be helpful to know in advance which dishes come with an extra charge. Also, after every meal we had to sign for tips, which felt a bit repetitive. I personally prefer giving cash tips directly to the staff, so having that option more clearly supported would be great.

Die Kommunikation mit dem Hotel lief etwas enttäuschend.

One of the most beautiful properties I’ve ever seen! This place is like a work of art from the architecture to the interior design, unless not mention that it has an art gallery, which makes you feel like you’re in the loop that’s next to a beautiful beach🦋 I was celebrating my birthday and this property and the people at the hotel went above and beyond my expectations to deliver me a most memorable birthday celebration❤️

I think every property needs a more diversity in food availability🌸 the in room options need to be broader 🌷

The view from the room was amazing, we woke up to see the sun rise and it was beautiful. The room is big, clean and comfortable. The beach was pretty beautiful. The staff were very kind, the WiFi worked well, the restaurants and the all-inclusive were awesome. The breakfast was incredible, we had it every day by the pool. The rooftop and the infinite pool are simply incredible, really nice view. The gym is really big and complete, not to mention the incredible view as well. Location is very convenient to go to the Isla Mujeres, which we did it. The building is brand new.

There was a construction just close to our room, which some days was really noisy.

Abbiamo trascorso un weekend all’Hotel Mousai di Cancun e posso dire con certezza che è una delle esperienze più memorabili che mai vissute. Appena arrivato, sono stato colpito dal design moderno e sofisticato dell’hotel: elegante, artistico, curato in ogni dettaglio. Non il solito resort, ma un vero boutique luxury. La camera era spaziosissima, con vista spettacolare sul mare. Letto comodissimo, jacuzzi privata, tecnologia ovunque (luci, tende e clima tutto controllabile da tablet). Ogni cosa trasmetteva comfort e glamour. Il rooftop è semplicemente pazzesco: piscina a sfioro, panorama aperto sull’oceano e un’atmosfera quasi irreale tra musica soft, tramonto e cocktail di livello. Un luogo dove ti dimentichi del tempo. Cibo ottimo. Ogni ristorante ha stile e cucina completamente diversa, tutti di qualità altissima. Dal gourmet al fusion, dalla colazione alla cena, tutto curato nei minimi particolari. Servizio impeccabile, personale attento e super professionale. Staff gentile, sorridente, disponibile in ogni momento. Il Mousai non è solo un hotel, è un’esperienza. Lusso moderno, zero caos, ambiente adulto e raffinato, ma comunque rilassato. Ideale per staccare completamente, festeggiare qualcosa di speciale o semplicemente vivere il meglio.

גן עדן אמיתי ! לקחנו הכל כלול וקיבלנו מסעדות שף עם אוכל משובח לפי תפריט יוקרתי.

האזור קצת מנותק מהעיר ולהגיע אליו צריך לעבור בשכונה מאוד ישנה עם כבישים מלאי בורות וקפיצות זה קצת מכביד בלילה שאין תאורה. חשוב לציין מרגע שתגיעו למלון הגעתם למלון מושלם!!!

Air conditioning set too cold (17 degrees!) in the room

The Mousai was perfect in every way. The food across the partner resorts was fantastic, Jose the moxologist is incredible. The ambiance, rooms, pools are all 10/10. The staff went out of the way as well to make the special occasion perfect with champagne and chocolate. Ana at the rooftop bar at the garca Blanca was also so kind and attentive. All around incredible experience, highly recommended to feel cared for and like you are in the lap of luxury.

Everything! The resort offered so many options for all-inclusive dining. The entire staff was very friendly and welcoming. Our Concierge Jacqui was so helpful from helping book our dinners to going out on her own time to get my husband cigars.

We had the most incredible stay! From the moment we arrived, the service was top-notch—friendly, attentive, and always there for anything we needed. The staff truly went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for throughout our entire stay. Even though we stayed in a basic room, it was anything but ordinary. We had a private hot tub Jacuzzi on the balcony and a huge deck with stunning ocean views—perfect for watching both the sunrise and sunset. Waking up and winding down to that view every day was something we’ll never forget. Now let’s talk about the food—wow. This was hands down the best food we’ve ever had at any resort in Cancun. Every meal was packed with flavor, beautifully presented, and consistently excellent. We also dined at Garza Blanca a few times, and the food there was just as phenomenal. Between both, it was a foodie’s dream. This trip set a new standard for what a resort experience should be. We can’t wait to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for world-class service, luxury touches, and unforgettable food. Five stars all the way!

Staff are short in number . Waiting long even for menus ! Some of the not trained but they are nice and friendly . No shower at roof top pool ! No body could take shower before or after Rooms are clean but almost no counter top Everywhere are glass , key pads of lighting and blinds are confusing . Trying to sell some property on their owns Asking to sign bills while you package is Allincusive . A bit expensive comparing the facilities
