The aircon does not get cold. There was an electric fan installed on the wall, which means the owner knows that the a/c is not working well. Otherwise why install an electric fan in sych a small place. But he did not include the photo of the electric fan in the booking platform. The bed was old and not very comfortable. The towels were old and did not smell fresh I arrived past check-in time, but there was no instruction yet on how to enter the unit. I was calling when I was on the way, my call was not picked up. The front door can only be locked with the latch that can be opened by the key. The other lock from inside has been disabled. The guest is not safe knowing that anyone could have duplicated the key, because it is the same key that goes around.

Safe and comfortable environment, friendly security and reception, fan and AC, hot water, fridge, all in good condition. 7/11 in the building, restaurant 1 minute walk away, SC (Alimall) is across the street, Gateway 1 and 2 10 mins walk away.

5 areas or things maybe you didnt notice. 1 to 10. dirtiest or worst is 10: * Exhaust fan - 6 i already clean it * Artworks and clock - 4 dust * Aircon (filter) - 11 sorry to say this but i have to clean that aircon's filter in the shower rm. to take off those dust, thats why i always sneeze, sorry for that * Bed - 8 how many years? * Bath room floor drain - 6 nextime try to pour 1 to 2 liters of hot water on it 😊 every guest finish there stay, good thing you have a kettle😁

The unit was very clean and cosy. It's huge and has everything you need. And the host was very accomadating. This unit is highly recommendable and money worth!!!

It's strategically located near malls and restaurants. There's a few ATMs around the area, fastfood chains are a few steps aways, and a lot of food options too. It is guarded and manned 24/7 which is super assuring. The room itself is just perfect for a short stay like ours.

We were able to sleep because we were too tired from a very long flight but were awaken by the constuction noise from the other units. Not the owner's fault though, that's out of their control, so it was okay.

Good, modern, clean apartment. Strong WIFI. Equipped with a fridge and microwave. Free coffee provided in drawer. Some free toiletries in bathroom. Both the host and the caretaker of the condo communicated excellently. Free Netflix. Good, easy access to the 15th floor, via a lift/elevator. Quite spacious. I would recommend.

Some very tiny ants in room. Also, the days that i booked, the swimming pool was closed for maintenance. Which was frustrating, as i had actually booked the place with the swimming pool in mind.

Location is nice, near the coliseum. So after we watched The Corrs, we can easily have some rest.

The neighbors are so loud. Not sure if they are the residents or renters as well like us.

We attended a concert in Smart Araneta Coliseum - it is walkable. Malls and restaurants are nearby too. The room is clean and they also have Netflix, Disney+, Youtube etc. The caretaker was also very nice and accommodating.

The owner was very approachable and accommodating. They responded to our queries and even made adjustments for us. The place is near convenience stores/fast food chains and is very accessible.
