Traffic in Phnom Penh can be nasty, so I will definitely recommend staying in this guesthouse if you want to reach the airport hassle free. It is run by a very friendly family who, despite the language barrier, were helpful and welcoming at all times. The room was very clean, nice and silent AC and on the first floor.

Cuando llegue por la noche tras mi vuelo (después de avisar con antelación de que tendría que hacer el check in tarde) me dijeron que todas las habitaciones estaban llenas a pesar de tener una reserva con booking desde hacía semanas. No me dieron ninguna habitación y tuve que buscarme la vida ya en medio de la noche.

Reviewed Jul 13, 2025GREAT location for the airport. It's walkable (unless you have very large bags). It's also behind a lovely chain restaurant called Brown's that makes it super convenient for transits. We liked the room, the bed was comfortable and the AC provided necessary relief from the heat. Friendly owner.
Moldy bathroom, but we understand this as the normal for Cambodia. The neighbour was quite noisy in the morning, but that can't be helped and noise pollution is pretty standard in Cambodia.

Reviewed May 27, 2025Great proximity to the airport, a very short walk. Located on the road alongside and behind Brown coffee shop. There was a security guard who directed me to the right house. The place a very clean with a balcony. Friendly host but with very limited English.
It would be great to have a bedside table and lamp in the bedroom. A small bar fridge would be a very welcome addition to keep drinks and food cold. The bath tub is cracked and awkward to shower in for fear of it cracking some more.

no one spoke any English. they had nothing registered on any guests. If I did't take a picture of my booking I dont know what would happen. It's at someones home turned into hotel.

Reviewed Oct 28, 2024The property was hard to find, in a really bad area and the room is up two flights of stairs in someone’s house.
They did not speak any English at all and luckily I had cash on hand because that was the only way to pay at the house. Had to carry luggage up 2 flights of stairs and the mattress was incredibly uncomfortable, ended up leaving for another place. Definitely not what I expected.

What truly made my stay exceptional, though, was the staff. They were incredibly helpful and attentive, making check-in and check-out smooth and stress-free, even during odd hours. Their warm hospitality and willingness to assist with any requests made me feel truly welcome. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for a short stay.
Staff fluent in English would enhance communication and make the experience even smoother for international travelers.

Reviewed Sep 28, 2024This guest house is essentially part of someone’s family home. The accommodation is clean and comfortable but basic. The location is really convenient for the airport and is 100m walk away. Visiting the Killing Fields is easy and about 40 min by tuk-tuk (about £5). Phnom Penh is easily visited again about £3 by tuk-tuk. There are shops and restaurants close to the hotel

Disappointed. Not professional management. I booked three rooms for my stay. They sell one of my rooms. So I only got two rooms available when I arrived. Of course it did not fit all of my team. I messaged the hostel a few days before my arrival and informed them that I would be there a bit late. I was not expected to experience this. The picture shows how we ended up after a long day traveling there. We slept on the floor as we have no choice and we were too exhausted to find another hotel.
