The pools were amazing, the room service was very active and helpful.

The beach is very rocky. Not suitable for swimming. There should be more variety in meals.

Das Essen war fürchterlich! Themenabende mit schlecht zubereitetem Essen mit billigen Zutaten. Keine ägyptische Küche! Speisesaal hat den Charme einer Wartehalle. Personal war unfreundlich.

l'établissement, assez récent, correspond à ce que j'ai réservé. La piscine est grande et agréable bien qu'à certains endroits nous sommes un peu les uns sur les autres. La chambre au premier étage était bien avec une vue sur la mer mais bon nous n'étions pas face à la mer. La plage est très bien et il y a assez de transat. Le personnel est très aimable et serviable. L'air conditionnée qui fait peu de bruit.

Les guests déposent leur serviette sur un transat et puis partent. Le bagagiste qui attend un pourboire. J'ai mangé du foie de veau alors que je n'aime pas cela donc trop peu de plats savoureux comme le foie de veau.

Das Hotel Das Meer beim Hotel war sehr schön, und man konnte sogar mit Fischen schwimmen. Wir wollten vom Steg ins Meer gehen, aber es gab viele Wellen, deshalb war es nicht möglich. Der Steg war in den Tagen, als wir dort waren, geschlossen. Das Essen im Hotel war lecker, und wir waren damit zufrieden.

Das Hotel Wir wollten hier zwei Tage bleiben, um vielleicht für den nächsten Urlaub zu planen. Aber ich war ein bisschen enttäuscht. Ich hatte über Booking „All Inclusive“ gebucht, aber wir bekamen nur ein „Soft All Inclusive“-Armband. Alkoholische Getränke waren nicht möglich. Außerdem gibt es nur eine Bar am Pool. Zum Strand oder zum anderen Pool ist es sehr weit. Wir hatten auch kleine Probleme mit Kommunikation und Strandtüchern. Beim Check-out wollte ich später auschecken, aber an der Rezeption sagte man mir, dass es mit Booking nicht möglich ist. Insgesamt war mein Eindruck nicht sehr positiv.

One of the best hospitality that I’ve ever seen

The hotel is very clean, the staff is the highlight of our stay, they were very friendly, and always offer support and they’re super professional.

The beach is very rocky, you will need a sea shoes.

Food is very basic, nothing special. Exactly the same breakfast every single day. Food at the pools are the same every day too, boring: french fries, sausage, pizza.

Very spacious and clean hotel complex right on the beach. Great reef for snorkeling and diving! Pleasant atmosphere. Most of the staff was friendly and helpful. The kids pool with slides is in a different location than the main pool.

The buffet restaurant could still improve. A few suggestions: - more vegetarian options - a few plants in the outdoor to create a more inviting ambience - automatic door to the outdoor area (this is really a pain point)

Very nice hotel, new spacious rooms cleanness level is perfect, friendly staff especially in the bars the food is delicious and varied .. we would like to come back again .. highly recommended

It is one of the worst hotels I have ever booked in. Incompetent staff, especially the reception and food, are also very poor. All meals are bad. There is little provision in everything (tissues, water, food, bad staff, very poor cleanliness). *Summary: The height of randomness, stinginess in everything, and lack of professionalism in dealing * An experience that will never be repeated

Overall not accurate information on booking.com. Upon check-in front office team informed us that we booked soft all-in while on booking.com there is no option to book soft. After long discussion front office gave us all-in bracelets with excuse of upselling. And this you can feel everywhere in the hotel. On the website is mentioned that the hotel have a free wifi however, upon check-in reception informed us that wifi is extra charge and in the lobby area only. Water bottles against extra charge as well, don’t think that you can enjoy cool water on the beach after nice swim. All inclusive is not all-in, most of the alcoholic drinks are against extra charge. A la Carte is not available for one night stay guests. Variety in the main restaurant is poor but acceptable taste. Half of the channels in my room was not working. Water in the room is one small bottle per day per person only. The beach is rocky and sand is not clean from the stones.

The landscape is beautiful and the hotel is very clean.

1) The day of arrival we were first placed in a room that was not prepared (still not cleaned), but this was solved and we got another room. 2) Than there was no WIFI. At the reception they told us WIFI is not available. But during checkout we saw that there is WiFi. 3) The next day no one came to clean the room. We had to call the reception to get it done in the evening. 4) During check in 2 towel cards were handed over to us. We received our towels at the pool and left them after finishing. But than we learned during check out that we should have taken back the cards otherwise we had to pay 400 LE for ech card. No one told us in the beginning that we had to take back these cards. 5) Food and drinks are below average

We liked the resort very much as it has a beautiful oceanfront, - Good snorkeling experience, - Large pool with a bar, and helpful staff. - The room was very comfortable and with a good view and landscapes. - Activities centers are within reach. *Mohamad the manager was professional and very helpful and they were kind enough to greet us with pineapple drinks and a cake for our honey moon.

The resort needs better management as the reception staff is inexperienced. The restaurant utensils were very dirty. The location is not in Marsa Alam but actually a 1-hour drive, and its in the middle of no-where.

Everything was great, the hotel cleanness, staff especially the restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, the beach and pool staff were very nice When I booked I mentioned that my daughter's birthday will be during the stay and they made us a surprise with a cake and a small celebration, we liked it very much The night shows were very interesting. Me and my family liked the hotel very much

there is no diversification in food but still the quality of food is good i noticed some of staff has doubled standards when dealing with Egyptain and foreigners , the priority always for foreigners , i think that is not professional thing

thé pools are amazing and the beach great snorkelling .. very clean everywhere ..food was good .. we barbecue and the spinach ..well done to chef for catering for so many people ..the staff were always polite and wanted us to be happy .. the animation were particularly good .. especially Elena , virna ,mordi and Hamed the dj ..

The staff is super friendly. The interior design of the hotel and specially the rooms is amazing with very good illumination. Everything is clean and neat . The snorkeling spot is fabulous . The shows are very entertaining .Loved the pools . The aqua park is very nice and well maintained but needs expansion. The beach is sandy and very clean , having a water shoes is a must

The food quality and variety need huge improvement . All the juice and soft drinks are mixed with water . They also use powdered milk , no organic milk available . The snacks are really really bad . No lights at the kids area at night . They turn off the AC at the lobby which is super awkward, I’ve never seen something like this ever before .
