Emplacement panoramique , un carrefour qui est un point de départ vers le reste de. La ville soit cers la médina de sousse, vers l'aéroport ou vers hammam sousse, port El kantaoui , Hergla,... Une perle vu du ciel ou la nature est présente avec ses jardins biens soignés et ses palmiers 🌴 🌴 🌴 🌴 🌴 . N'hésitez pas à y aller :)

Dans tout établissement il existe quelques points faibles ! Mais l'important c'est qu'ici je vais rester sur les moments magiques vaicus, durant mes trois passages successives jusqu'à l'augmentation du prix dont c'était pas dans mon budget, j'ai donc choisi un autre hôtel dans la zone,... I will be back again once 😀

It was on the beach

Biting bugs in the bed!! Wife and I both got bit all over our legs in the bed. We ran out of there as soon as morning came. The room was really hot as well and they refused to help us with a fan or turn on the AC. The party downstairs from our balcony was extremely loud as well. Some staff was rude and unhelpful, others were good.

There are entertaining activities and events suitable for all family members throughout the day.

I would like to share a few observations regarding my stay, with the hope that they will be taken into consideration to maintain the high standards of your hotel: ​Parking Availability: Due to the high occupancy, the main parking area was full, and I was directed to park behind the hotel. This was somewhat inconvenient, and I hope more accessible solutions can be provided for guests. ​Air Conditioning System: I noticed that the AC control system was restricted. In a premium hotel of this caliber, guests expect full autonomy over the room temperature. Personally, I prefer a very cold environment for a comfortable sleep, which I couldn't achieve. Whether this restriction is for energy saving or seasonal settings, it significantly impacts the guest experience. ​Thank you for your professionalism and for looking into these matters.

Emplacement

Chambre mal équipée (pas de porte serviette, ni sèche cheveux, ni télécommande). Personnel froid. Maitre nageur incompétent, difficilement reconnaissable et pas sympathique (préfère fumer dans le couloir plutôt que de surveiller à l’intérieur de la piscine).

Keine Hilfe beim Gepäck, die meisten Balkontürschlösser kaputt, erst der 3. mir zugewiesene Raum liess sich komplett verschliessen, aber die Toilette war kaputt. Vor Ort wurde mehr abgerechnet, als von Booking.com dargestellt. Eine Rechnung wurde nur widerwillig erstellt. Der Raum war nicht sauber, es gab keinen Fön und überall waren Ameisen. Es ist laut. In der Nacht wurde im Nachbarraum gefeiert, während die Kinder auf dem Korridor gepielt und herumkrakeelt haben, Türen wurden geknallt. Der Fahrstuhl hat die ganze Nacht Alarm gegeben, ich dachte erst ich hab n Tinnitus. Das Frühstück ist unterdurchschnittlich, Geschirr dreckig, Gläser schmierig, standen über Kopf in einer Lache aus Abwaschwasser, Tische nicht gewischt, Tischsets mit sonstwas verschmiert. Der Roomservice kassiert am Vormittag die Handtücher ein, sehr viel später Nachmittags werden dann neue gepracht. Gut überlegen, wann man duscht!!! Als ich mein Zimmer danach wieder betrat stand meine Balkontür offen. Nix für schwache Nerven. DAS war das mit Abstand schlechteste und unfreundlichste Hotel, das ich je hatte. Der Strand ist völlig verdreckt und es stinkt im Hotel extrem nach Chlor.

Een verouderd hotel dat dringend aan vernieuwing toe is, Eten is maar gewoon niet veel keuzes en steeds bijna hetzelfde, kamers valt mee meer 2 sterren, personeel niet erg vriendelijk en animatie ook niet echt ....niet zo erg vrolijk energie is ook alles behalve maar wel super luide muziek....ik ben al in veel hotels geweest maar spijtig genoeg hier niet meer..

La mer, la plage et la piscine sont magnifiques.

Ils m'ont installé dans une chambre mal insonorisée donnant sur la rue Il présente un défaut d'évacuation de l'eau.. Je n'ai pas pu dormir. Pour information, j'avais demandé une chambre avec vue sur la mer ou la piscine, mais ma demande n'a pas été satisfaite. Cela m'a beaucoup dérangé.

La chambre vielle et non propre le matelas très très usé, le lendemain mal au dos. Nourriture pas top et non variée.

Nos dieron una habitación con el baño que no tenía agua el inodoro, sin jabón ni toallas, no andaba el aire acondicionado ni el wifi. Les pedí que me cambien de habitación tardaron una hora en darme otra… un desastre

La chambre familiale grande et confortable au 4 eme étage (belle vue sur les alentours et la mer) Les piscines, les toboggans et la plage.

Les repas : beaucoup de monde en même temps, difficultés pour trouver une table libre, il faut aller à la chasse pour avoir des couverts, les gens se dispute pour de la nourriture, très peu de fruits le soir, aucun le matin.

Les femmes de chambres ne nous laisse pas dormir elles frappent aux portes pour nous lever et parle fort dans les couloir aucun repos

- very good location, with a private beach. You have everything you need in this hotel: indoor pool, outdoor pool, aquaparc, jacuzzi, private beach. If you're looking for summer activities, everything is there. - the room is clean, with a beautiful view and a large balcony. There is a flat TV! Yes it's a small one (32" i think), but still it's flat which is not the case in other hotels. - security is a very good point in this hotel. I had a problem and they solved it very quickly. Cameras are everywhere and are very useful since the hotel is very crowded in the summer season with many people. - the food is just perfect! Many varieties, very tasty, not spicy (i was stressed about spicy food since Tunisia is known for this, but no, the food in this hotel is not spicy at all). - very good animation team. Many activities. No boring time.

- bad things start in the reception: the staff is not helpful at all. I just felt like they do what they can to make me feel uncomfortable! Once they take the money, you're not their guest anymore: one day i had some issue, i went to the reception, he just turned his back and went away. I started making some noise, he replied that he had a costumer to manage. I asked him what i was then... They are not helpful. You must shout loudly to be served. - the flat TV i mentioned in positive points comes initially with no remote control! They asked me to pay an extra 20 TND for the TV remote control! I gave them nothing and instead I made some noise and shouted, they gave me one. - there is only one elevator, sometimes the waiting time is a little bit long. - in the restaurant, although the food is tasty as i mentioned earlier, the dishes are nothing else than dirty. Cups, plates, you have to verify everything. - you have to wake up early to secure a place near the pool. - dinner is served early , between 6 pm and 8 pm.

The room was very good but it was smaller then the indication in the website. We were very snug with the additional bed for my son.

The hotel needs to ne cleaned daily especially the main areas, the glass doors always dirty, the elevator always sticky with gunk, there was never enough glasses for the all inclusive bars and the service was very slow. In addition i was promised that there would be gluten free options and this was never the case, i had to ask chef of the day which was a bit difficult being that the staff changed daily and there was a language barrier. The snack bar area didnt offer any gluten free option at all. No replacement bread was offered when asked for it and was told to go and buy at the store. One of the days I got sick due to eating something with wheat in it. It was not pleasant and I missed an excursion. The service was very slow but friendly. The all inclusive package listed that it offered a variety of liquor and beers but only one type of beer was availbale and all drinks were never cold enough, and no ice was provided. The glasses for the drinks looked like shot glasses and it was never easy to get a drink during a meal.

There is no Internet in the rooms during my stay , the hotel building needs to renew , the staff need more training to make guests's saty more comfortable. There is no shampoo or essentials in the room

Staff were lovely , the place is very clean the rooms are cleaned daily , the food is stunning there was such a good mix of food , water and drinks are not included but very cheap to buy , the restaurant staff are very attentive and want you to enjoy your experience. You can buy charging cable for the corner gift shop called travelex next door , the pool is nice and warm and they have outdoor pools and slides , they have a spa but the other hotels in the strip also have spas and restaurants and there is a sushi place walking distance , the supermarket smaller mini markets and a pharmacy are walking distance most medication including antibiotics can be bought without a prescription . There are other restaurants onsite and the pizza and pastas are delicious . It's definitely a kid friendly place

On our first night we were put in a room that did not look like the rooms that are being advertised. Honestly felt like leaving on the first night, however we stayed the night and then asked the receptionist in the morning about the room we were given; she managed to swap our rooms and we were given a nicer looking room that is advertised on bookings.com Overall, experience was good, staff were friendly, and the other residents were nice.

Location was great. Everything else was horrible.

We booked this hotel for the slides. We were charged for a big room with two bedrooms one for me and my husband other with a closing door for my child with a second double bed. When we booked in they gave us a tiny box room with one bed and a little mattress on the side of the bed. No room to move about. When I complained they said the room I paid for wasn’t available. We changed room to a bit bigger but still no second bedroom. Beds were very very uncomfortable and the double bed for me and my husband was just two single mattresses put together. We were still charged the full price for the bigger room and was told an adjustment of price was not available because we booked with booking.com. Breakfast was disgusting and restaurant was dirty. We wanted to stay an extra night in sousse but had to leave the horrible hotel and left early without using any of the facilities. Might have been nice 30 years ago but now it’s run down and not a place you want to stay in.
