1. Very comfortable bed. Bedding well maintained. (No tear and wear). 2. Exceptionally good F&B team. My personal thanks to their professional service each morning (especially the very polite staff wearing glasses). 3. Compared to other similar hotels nearby, the variety and taste(fresh) is better (especially the fried??-bread, eggs, fresh salad, ect.). Some could say it may just be a regular coffee but it felt more tasty than a standard coffee. Traveling with 2 ladies is challenging especially when it comes to meals. Thank you F&B team.

There was a slight issue at the time of checking-in, which eventually got resolved in the following days. Such issue in foreign-standard-hotels would have been handled differently, without delay, and immediately. Needless to further go into details, the hotel management handled the issue prior to our check-out day and i was fine with their offer. I understand that reception can be busy, overworked, and stressed during national holidays. And I also understand that there are all kinds of clients who visit. Generalizing all clients can be risky. I believe that the receptionist is the first important interaction with a client. Any mishandling from the receptionist can be catastrophic to the client’s holiday.

Nice small hotel in a fun area of Da Nang. I liked the relaxed vibe around the neighborhood. The room was clean and comfortable.

I was quite pleased with the clean, beautiful room and its modern, well-equipped interior. The staff were enthusiastic and cheerful. The location is convenient, making travel very easy.

Great location right in An Thuong area with many restaurants and cafes around. The room was clean and comfortable, and the beach was only a short walk away. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but good enough to start the day.

It’s close to the beach and surrounded by many small restaurants and bars. The room was clean and quiet despite the lively area outside. Staff were welcoming and always ready to help.

Pleanty of food options nearby and easy access to the beach. The room was tidy and well maintained. The breakfast selection could have a bit more variety, but overall it was a pleasant stay.

I thought it might be noisy due to the lively area, but the room was surprisingly quiet. The bed was comfortable and I slept very well. The room was clean and tidy. Being close to the beach made everything easier.

The hotel is surrounded by many restaurants and cafes. Every night I could try a different place without going far. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and quick to help.

If you enjoy swimming in the sea, this is the perfect choice as it's just a few minutes' walk to the beach. The hotel also has an outdoor shower area where guests can conveniently wash their feet after a day at the beach. Staff are always happy to provide extra towels if needed.

Отель расположен в центре, но в тоже время в тихом районе. До моря минут семь. Хороший номер, Все понравилось.

I absolutely loved visiting the pool at night; the view of the glowing walking street is so romantic. The pool water is cool, clean, and has no harsh chlorine smell that bothers the skin. It’s an ideal spot to sip a drink and enjoy the sea breeze.

I had a small issue with a tour booking, but the hotel management handled it quickly and professionally. This level of dedication made me feel very secure staying here. The staff always checked in to see if I needed anything whenever I passed the lobby.

Hành lang và phòng khách sạn hôi. Món ăn sáng nghèo nàn và không ngon, bánh bột lọc mùi hôi như bột mốc. Nhân viên không thân thiện với khách, giải thích với khách lí nhí như nói thầm, nhưng cãi nhau với khách thì nói rất to. Thái độ nhân viên tệ.

Il direttore è un gran maleducato, mi ha trattenuto mezz'ora perché lo staff non riusciva a trovare un asciugamano piccolo (che alla fine era in un armadio, sono dovuto risalire in camera per cercarlo, altrimenti stavo lì due giorni). Un asciugamano che in Vietnam costa 1 euro. Dopo che ho pagato 43 euro al giorno, che a Da Nang è un prezzo folle.

Brilliant location. 10 mins walk from the beach & just far enough away from the noisy nightlife for a good night's sleep but still have everything within reach. Fresh towels & room cleaned every day. There's a little coffee hut across the road which offers super nice teas & coffees. The air con works well.

The breakfast was mediocre. Phu was always on offer which was good. There was a selection of hot & cold Vietnamese & western dishes. Some of the staff had a bad habit of giggling behind their hands when we made some enquiries at reception - it's rude & unprofessional. We had to dispute a charge of 250kVD for a stain on the bed sheets. Its excessive when down the road they charge 40k for a kilo of laundry.

Mon endroit favori est sans aucun doute la piscine sur le toit avec sa vue panoramique sur la rue piétonne. L’eau est propre, limpide et parfaitement traitée, sans odeur désagréable de chlore. Après la baignade, j’ai beaucoup apprécié le moment de détente en regardant la ville depuis les hauteurs. C’est une expérience à la fois paisible et vivante, très agréable pendant le séjour.

L’emplacement de l’hôtel est imbattable, à seulement 3 à 5 minutes à pied de la plage de My Khe. La proximité immédiate de la mer a rendu notre séjour particulièrement agréable et relaxant, avec la possibilité de s’y rendre facilement à tout moment. Situé également dans le quartier des expatriés, tout est très pratique et facilement accessible. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la présence de nombreuses supérettes et boutiques de souvenirs à proximité, ce qui permet de répondre facilement à tous les besoins du quotidien. Dans l’ensemble, l’emplacement a largement contribué à la réussite de notre séjour à Da Nang.

The reception staff here are very enthusiastic and always greet guests with a smile. My family was assisted with early check-in without any difficulty. They also recommended some delicious local restaurants around the An Thuong area.

I loved the minimalist yet elegant room design, which created a very cozy atmosphere. The super comfy bed ensured a great night's sleep after a long day of exploring. The bathroom was spotless and well-stocked with quality toiletries

Lễ tân nhiệt tình, khách sạn gần siêu thị với nhiều nhà hàng ăn uống xung quanh. Cực gần trung tâm thành phố, bắt xe 20p là đến cầu Rồng và các địa điểm du lịch khác. Đi bộ 500m là ra đến biển để tắm, phù hợp vận động khỏe mạnh ạ.

Vòi xịt phòng 503 dây bị ngắn, dùng hơi bất tiện ạ.

Khách sạn bao gồm ăn sáng, bể bơi 7x3m. Rất gần bãi biển (khoảng 500m). Gần nhà hàng, quán ăn, dịch vụ massage.

Cafe và Spa đóng cửa (vậy phát voucher làm gì nhỉ?) Máy chạy bộ không hoạt động. Dịch vụ kèm đưa đón sân bay nhưng phụ phí xe 6 chỗ 100k thì gần bằng thuê grab rồi.

The hotel is right in the heart of the An Thuong pedestrian area, so bars, restaurants, and cafes are just steps away. Although the area is vibrant, my room was incredibly quiet and private.

La posizione è ottima, 5 min a piedi dalla spiaggia, vicino alle strade principali, ristoranti etc. Il personale è stato molto gentile e ci hanno chiesto diverse volte un feedback per sapere come stessimo trovando il soggiorno e cosa si poteva migliorare..quindi questo fa pensare che li interessa migliorarsi. La colazione a buffet è abbastanza variegata e abbondante, c’è anche un ragazzo che prepara le uova in diversi modi sul momento ( consiglierei di aggiungere magari una selezione più grande di frutta ). Gli asciugamani venivano cambiati ogni giorno, e le camere messe in ordine, quindi da questo punto di vista servizio impeccabile. Inoltre ci hanno tenuto gratuitamente i bagagli prima di fare check in, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato molto.

Il letto non è molto comodo, mi ha causato mal di schiena dopo diverse notti dormite lì, e anche i cuscini sono piuttosto alti e scomodi. Essendo un 4 stelle mi aspettavo un bagno più “fornito”. Il set di shampoo e bagnoschiuma era piuttosto scadente, sembrava sapone normale per le mani, la vasca sembrava un po’ usurata e non aveva né vetro né tenda, quindi l’acqua fuoriusciva spesso. So che è comunque in Asia non avere la tenda, per un hotel 4 stelle, investire in 2$ di doccia mi sembra il minimo. Il tappeto nei corridoi non era molto pulito, andrebbe aspirato più spesso.

Arrived after booking hotel 2 months earlier to be told that my room was not available. They sent me to a different hotel about 5 kms away at the outskirts of the area.

Staying here felt unique stepping outside into a lively atmosphere, then returning to a peaceful room. I loved walking around An Thuong at night and coming back to relax. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was simple but satisfying.

The area

The furniture and the decoration was dirt cheap Two old fiftyish armchair, one very ordinary looking coffee table The bathroom walls and the ground was covered with plastic floor board, no shower curtain or glass, poor plumbing arrangement.

I booked this hotel last minute and didn’t expect much, but it turned out great. The location near the beach was a big plus. The room was clean, tidy, and well equipped. It was nice to walk to the beach at night and come back easily.

In the morning, I walked to the beach to watch the sunrise, relaxed at the pool in the afternoon, and explored An Thuong Street at night. Everything was so convenient thanks to the great location. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The room has all the essentials: kettle, hairdryer, and great toiletries. The staff is super observant they proactively refilled my water every day. Great spot in the expat quarter, literally steps away from amazing food, bars, and marts.

Prime location in An Thuong, just a short stroll to the beach. The room is modern with a super comfy bed for ultimate relaxation. The front desk staff are so sweet and even let me check in early. Breakfast doesn't have a ton of options, but everything served is top-notch!

Tom the manager was very helpful to me , I had a visa card issue ,but he trusted me to take care of it . He went out of his way to accommodate me. The staff was also very friendly , and the breakfast was excellent .

Just a few more room issues , but they took care of me. They have two elevators, the elevator going from the ground floor to the 10th was busy many times with the cleaning staff , I am just being honest . Sometimes I had to wait a long time , but the hotel stay was worth it . I still give this hotel 5 stars , and I will definitely return on my next visit .

Frokosten er det verste vi har sett. De haddeet greit asiatisk kjøkkenet, men det europeiske var usmakelig. Det er dårlig lydisolasjon og vannet i dusjen lever sitt eget liv.

The location is great, just some minutes to the beach. So many restaurants and services around. The staffs are friendly and helpful.

The property was in a fantastic location, just down from the beach and all the eateries. I would come back here again.

No pool bar

I really love the warm wood tones in the room; it looks both luxurious and homey. The amenities, from the TV to the air conditioner, are brand new and work smoothly. The hotel pool is modernly designed, making it a great photo spot. The staff were also very thoughtful, pointing out delicious and affordable local eateries around the An Thuong area.

The staff here are very professional, from the housekeepers to the managers, everyone always greets you with a smile. The rooftop pool is a big plus, perfect for a relaxing dip early in the morning before breakfast.
