Reviewed Sep 16, 2026Nagyon jó helyen van, pont a központban, Rialto, Szent Márk tér 5-5 perc gyalog. Rengetg étterem a közelben. Könnyű bejutás, a szobában tisztaság.
A WC kefe állapota tragikus volt érkezéskor. Hiányzott 2 pohár, nem lenne rossz egy hűtő és a zuhanyfülkébe egy polc, rakodó hely.

Non ho dato 10 solo perché manca la colazione che per me sarebbe il massimo!!

Reviewed Sep 3, 2026The location made it very easy to explore the city. You can find everything you want within a 10 minute walk. The room was spacious and the bathroom was modern. The bottled water was a great amenity. Also there some really good coffee included. 5 minute walk to Rialto taxi stop. The staff was very helpful and attentive. There was some excellent gelato right out of our window. Also the bed was very comfortable. Other all an excellent stay.
There was no elevator and quite a few stairs inside to get to the room. Though the staff was there when we arrived and he helped bring the luggage up. My wife says something to put toiletries on and to shave in the shower would have been better. Also bring washcloths if that’s your thing., as it’s not an Italian thing.

רעש מהרחוב שחודר, היה קשה מאוד למצא אותם. הרגשנו ממש בחדר בריחה, שצריכים לפצח קודים ועוד קודים. למעשה שלחו לי כמה שעות קודם את כל האינפורמציה, הייתי שמחה לקבל אותה יום אחד קודם, שאקרה בנחת לפני הגעתי שאהיה מוכנה. זה היה חוסך לי הרבה מאוד זמן חיפוש

Ausencia de aire acondicionado. Tras doce horas encendido, solo bajaba la temperatura hasta 25 grados(a pesar de estar programado para 18 grados), lo cual impedía descansar y dormir. No lo recomiendo en absoluto para ir en verano

Reviewed Aug 6, 2026Goede locatie, Venetië is klein dus het is prima te belopen vanaf het treinstation. Dichtbij het bekende San Marco plein. Gemakkelijke entree met tag.
Er was een buurman/vrouw aan het zagen, boren en hameren tussen. 23:30 en 01:30. Erg vreemd. Hier kan de verhuurder niets aan doen.

Reviewed Jun 29, 2026L'accoglienza è stata molto cordiale e ci è stata subito offerta dell'acqua fresca, un gesto molto apprezzato. La posizione è ideale per visitare Venezia. Le camere sono arredate in autentico stile veneziano.
Nonostante ciò, dobbiamo sconsigliare vivamente un soggiorno in questa struttura. Avevamo prenotato due camere e in entrambe era presente un impianto di aria condizionata vecchio e molto mal tenuto. I climatizzatori emettevano continuamente forti rumori e diffondevano un odore di muffa. Inoltre, le alette erano molto impolverate, un chiaro segno che i filtri non vengono puliti regolarmente. Dormire era praticamente impossibile. Inoltre, in una delle due camere il climatizzatore non raffreddava affatto. Considerando il prezzo pagato, questa situazione è assolutamente inaccettabile. Abbiamo segnalato il problema sia per iscritto che telefonicamente. Il personale era già a conoscenza del problema, ma non è stato fatto nulla per risolverlo. Il secondo giorno ci è stato lasciato un ventilatore davanti alla porta. Il gesto è stato gentile, ma con il caldo che c'era era del tutto insufficiente e, naturalmente, un ventilatore non elimina nemmeno il cattivo odore.

The noise outside died down around 12am / 1am every night and the bin men/ voices were very loud in the early morning.

Reviewed Jun 21, 2026Great location. Very clean and tidy. Aircon works really well which we needed in this heat. Bed comfy. Plenty of shops and restaurants around. Easy walking distance to gondola ride and central to main attractions.
No negatives about the property itself. Only thing is probably that there was no signage to find the building. The lovely man in the Chinese restaurant downstairs showed us the door.

Está en una calle que no es tan concurrida por lo que se puede dormir bien y con tranquilidad. Esta en pleno centro de Venecia. El chico de recepción súper agradable . Muy recomendable

We were going to be late for checkin so the host was quite helpful in texting us exact directions to the property with pictures for every step (otherwise it would have been difficult to find it). The room was quite large and well maintained and equipped. The host was very friendly and offered us complimentary bottles of water since he knew we were headed to catch our flights.
