Het is een heel mooi appartement, moderne faciliteiten, een heerlijk en gigantisch bed. Het uitzicht vanaf de rooftop is ook super gaaf natuurlijk!

Ach, details, maar ondanks de WhatsApp instructie stonden we toch bij de verkeerde ingang (Star Residence heeft 3 torens en deze zat net een straat verderop), degene die de sleutel kwam brengen stonden we 10 minuten op te wachten ondanks dat we aankomsttijd hadden gedeeld. Ik heb na het uitchecken nog een berichtje gedaan aan de host, maar geen reactie meer op gehad.

Мы заранее забронировали этот номер именно из-за его локации и бассейна с видом на башни Петронас. За день до нашего заезда хозяин сообщил, что у них возникли проблемы с электричеством и водой. Они сказали, что проблему можно исправить, но до нашего заезда они возможно успеют этого сделать, при этом предложили нам другой номер по другому адресу. Мы посмотрели фотографии предложенного варианта и отказались, поскольку локация и вид нас не устраивали. Мы специально выбрали и забронировали именно этот номер из-за его расположения и бассейна с видом, поэтому другой объект нам не подходил. При этом хозяин попросил нас самостоятельно отменить бронирование. Но на Booking было указано, что при отмене с нашей стороны деньги не возвращаются. Поэтому я настояла, чтобы отмену оформил хозяин со своей стороны и чтобы нам вернули полную сумму. В итоге полный возврат действительно был осуществлён. Самое неприятное, что мы уже приехали в Куала-Лумпур. Вместо того чтобы спокойно начать поездку и осматривать достопримечательности, нам пришлось срочно искать новый отель. В итоге они полностью испортили начало нашей поездки. Я не могу утверждать, действительно ли причиной отмены были проблемы с электричеством и водой. Но такая ситуация вызывает вопросы. Особенно неприятно, что нас попросили самостоятельно отменить бронирование, хотя в таком случае мы могли потерять деньги. Позже, читая отзывы о других объектах, я заметила, что многие туристы также сталкивались с отменами буквально за несколько часов или за день до заезда. Возможно, подобная практика встречается и в других отелях. Совет туристам: всегда имейте запасной вариант при бронировании жилья. Даже если бронирование подтверждено, его могут отменить в последний момент. Особенно неприятно, когда это происходит уже после вашего приезда в страну. Для нас это был очень неприятный опыт и совершенно не такое начало поездки, которого мы ожидали.

Nothing to dislike

L’emplacement est idéal à proximité du centre et du métro, l’appartement est spacieux et confortable. La piscine est exceptionnelle avec une vue sur les tours !

Il faut pouvoir entrer en contact avec l’hôte pour récupérer les clés, ce qui n’est pas toujours evident quand vous venez de passer plus de 15 heures dans les avions et que vous n’avez pas encore de réseau. Il vaut mieux s’organiser avant de partir

Sehr sauber, alles vorhanden, was man braucht. Sogar eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden, perfekt, um vor der Abreise gleich noch einmal eine Ladung Wäsche zu waschen. Sehr gute Lage. Die beiden Pools sind natürlich perfekt, um sich nach einer anstrengenden Sightseeing Tour abzukühlen. Kommunikation für die Schlüsselübergabe lief via Whatsapp.

Super appartement très spacieux, propre avec tout le nécessaire. La localisation est parfaite ! À deux pas des tours Petronas les malls… L’hôte très réactif et gentil. Je recommande vivement cet appartement qui à rendu mon séjour avec malls fille incroyable!

We had a very pleasant stay. The hotel is excellently located, right next to several shopping malls and the famous Petronas Towers. It is very well equipped, offering great facilities such as a modern gym, two pool decks, a game room, and more. We also really liked our room.

However, there were a few drawbacks: the room had a noticeable smell of smoke, likely from a previous guest; the bathroom faucet was loose; and the kettle was still filled with water when we arrived. The check-in process also felt somewhat indifferent and not very welcoming. Despite these points, the hotel is still highly recommended overall, and we would gladly come again.

We really loved this apartment. Nice views, well appointed and a huge comfortable bed and good bathroom. We were on the 26th floor and enjoyed viewing the city life. The rooftop pool is fabulous with the best views of the Patronas towers. Other pool looked great also. We were very late to arrive to check in due to transport issues as we’d travelled from Thailand. I kept in touch with the agent and Faisal was there to greet us after midnight with the key. We appreciate that so much, Thankyou.

Only improvement would be to add a hand towel for the bathroom. Also a tea towel for the kitchen. Then it’s perfect.

The room features a very large, incredibly comfortable bed, complete with a big, cozy blanket.

Everything- the apartment was in a great location and had views of the Petronas Towers. The rooftop pool offered incredible views and the larger pool on the 6th floor was great if you wanted to escape the sun a bit.

The apartment is beautiful! It's spacious and excellently located. The pools are busy but the view is worth it!

This is more like an Airbnb rental - not actually booked through the residence so staff there can't help with anything. One towel for two guests. Not pool towels. It's an empty apartment. No hand soap. Lots of little things you expect to be provided weren't. The towels was really annoying because we have to drip dry by the pool and share a towel to shower. Would give this 10/10 with a few more homely touches like enough towels and maybe a bottle of water in the fridge.

The location was prefect for us. The building modern & clean. The Apartment good size & lovely & bright.

The lifts in the building are a nightmare! Not enough of them for the amount of people located in the block. No A.C in the lifts either so when you get 20 people in at once & it takes 15 mins to reach your floor or wherever, it is pretty unpleasant! The drain in my shower was pretty bad, you had to use the brush to get the water down the drain! The staff/security people at the main desk are certainly not the most friendly we met on our travels to KL! Not nearly enough Sun loungers or seating around the pool! For size of the area & the amount of people they could fit in a lot more comfortably!

This is more like an Air BnB in a residential apartment. Not a hotel. Some difficulty checking in as we relied on wifi to use WhatsApp. Very quiet place, comfy bed, good aircon. Washing machine was very helpful.

More like an Air Bnb (we thought we were staying in a hotel), no tea/coffee/basics. Check in was not as smooth.

Location was brilliant. Flat was brilliant. Views were stunning. Facilities were good.

the heated pool facilities were cold, and many water jets were broken. We were told that we should inform them at least 15 minutes before arrival, in fact we told them the day beforehand would arrive at 3 pm. on the actual chrckin day we reminded them at 2:40 pm we would still be arriving at 3 pm. Despite this, They arrived late at 3:20 and were not apologetic - bad first impression.

Location! Swimming rooftop pool at 56th floor with amazing view on Petronas! You are leaving in a splendid highrise! Amazing experience. Another big pool at 6 floor, shared with other Stars Suites buildings

The building is fabulous & pool area pretty cool. Apartment good size & clean.

No hot water in the kitchen area & only one plug socket working in the kitchen. No microwave either. The roof top pool should really be adults only, not a chilled place to go & relax with screaming children around. The other pool is very family oriented so would be nice to have an adults only for some peace & quiet.

This place is awesome. It’s clean and it has an amazing view of Twin Towers. Definitely it highly recommended.

Host was very responsive even at late hour. Superb location. It’s right behind K Avenue where my family and I could just walked to KLCC

There isn’t enough toiletries provided. Instruction given by host for car parking on site was in corrected.

The place is spacious, clean and really nice. The facilities available are very enjoyable, especially, the roof top pool in the 57th floor.

The parking is quite a maze, as the three star residents share one huge joint parking space underneath the three buildings. The signs are not the best and the machine to pay the parking is hidden behind false signs leading to another location. But after you figured that out very nice place!
