Las vistas desde las habitaciones son espectaculares. El tamaño de las habitaciones y del baño es magnífico para unos días de descanso. Y esa piscina en la cubierta es increíble.

The building is in an ideal location with supermarkets, restaurants, and everything you need nearby. The Petronas Towers are just a 10–15 minute walk away. The surrounding area was excellent, offering everything necessary. The view from the pool on the 51st floor was absolutely stunning.

The room had a terrible smell of dampness and felt extremely humid. On our last day, the air conditioner suddenly started leaking water. Additionally, there was no balcony and no place to dry clothes.

Massa gent. L’ascensor sempre estava ocupat i t’havies d’esperar. Força gent irrespectuosa; fins i tot, vaig veure hostes pujant durians a l’habitació tot i estar-hi prohibit. Millor pujar al rooftop quan encara sigui de dia o quan s’estigui fent fosc. A la nit, massa gent fent el postureig.

Di solito evito di lasciare recensioni negative, ma in questo caso spero di evitare ad altri la nostra pessima esperienza che, per fortuna, è stata di solo due notti. Il check-in è stato snervante: per il deposito di 100€, dato che la carta di credito non passava, la receptionist insisteva che sbagliassi il PIN, suggerendo di prelevare all'ATM. Solo dopo essermi opposta con fermezza, ha accettato i 90€ in contanti che avevamo più un piccolo saldo con bancomat(con tempi di sblocco dai 3 ai 4 mesi). La struttura è un grande grattacielo e l'orientamento non è affatto semplice. Nessuno ci ha accompagnati o spiegato il funzionamento degli ascensori e delle serrature. Risultato? Avendo la camera 23A10, per errore siamo finiti prima in una stanza già occupata al 23° piano anziché al piano 23A. La camera è scarna, poco curata (cuscini ingialliti) e non rispecchia le foto promozionali. Gli ascensori sono lentissimi e con attese infinite. La piscina è inutilizzabile perché perennemente presa d'assalto per fare foto. Arrivando dal calore dell'Indonesia, l'impatto con questo servizio è stato terribile..

The pool was nice. I wouldn’t spend more than 2 days in this hotel though.

The reception area was extremely dirty and the carpet on the floor had foot stains and the couches were completely ripped.

House keeping not really good. They don’t do any clean. Just change bed sheets and towels. Bathroom not cleaned.

I loved the rooms! it was great price for the money! the rooms were very spacious and clean the person at the front desk, Balkis? she was phenomenal! that is a stellar example of what service is like, as she attended to every question, gave good directions to access the parkings, rooms and the ammenities so clearly. her type of service made my stay very good. she even gave me directions to good food around the area!

I extended my stay for another night (I booked one night short - my bad) I was called, and was told that I can either be charged a late fee for checkout (which is not wrong in any aspect) or I can extend my stay. I chose to extend my stay. and was told that the price was 442 per night on the phone, and the person on the phone is unsure if I can get it as the same price unless I go through through the website. to just get things going, i opted to extend it on the phone to reduce hastle from moving rooms etc, and I was driving at that time. coming back to just check, I think I say that online gave me a 280 per night rate. All in all, not too bad but would have been nicer if things like these can be sorted out smoothly.

We really liked the infinity pool, surely one of the best pools of KL. Rooms were amazingly spacious and comfortable, great views, bathroom was luxurious and clean. Beds slept good and the room was overall cozy. On one of the highest floors, the hotel offered a big gym with views on the Petronas Towers. We just loved all the amenities the room offered and the views. Staff from cleaning services and the pool were funny and friendly. Would recommend if you are planning to stay in KL and want great views!! Pool is also opened until late (10:00PM) but it will get very crowded in the late evening.

To get towels for the swimming pool, it was a bit time-consuming and not handy. From the pool on the highest floor, we were sent to the check-in desk to request a towel. We needed to wait in line until we could talk to the staff. They mentioned that after 15 minutes, someone would bring the towels to the room. This was just a bit unnecessary. Also, during check-out you need to wait until the room is inspected to get your deposit back. Of course, logical, but it could take up to 30 minutes to complete this. Take that into consideration if you are e.g. running late for your flight.

La proximité avec les centres commerciaux ainsi que les édifice et les monuments.

Il manque un grand miroir dans le salon, car obligé d'aller à chaque fois dans al salle de bain. Rodéos sur l'artère principale, malgré l'étage élevé, insonorisation mauvais.

L’emplacement est super on est vraiment dans le centre de KLCC et c’est vraiment ce que nous recherchions. La chambre est vraiment grande est spacieuse et le lit tres confortable. La douche est propre et la salle de bain fonctionnelle.

Les ascenseur le service est catastrophique, on peut attendre 20 minutes oui, oui donc les grabs qui n’ont pas le droit de stationner en bas vous lâche parce que bien sûr il n’a a pas d’ascenseur, la piscine est tres sale (crème solaire des clients, l’eau est trouble) mais en plus de cela c’est le concours de celui qui aura la meilleure photo avec les tours petronas donc tout le monde est agglutiner sur les bords de la piscine donc impossible de profiter de la piscine (presque personne ne nage) et cela a toute heures. C’est dommage l’hôtel a vraiment gâcher notre séjour dans cette ville magnifique qu’est Kuala Lumpur. Mention special au cafard dans la chambre et a l’arnaque que la reception essaye de mettre en oeuvre pour que vous payez en carte. On nous annonce que si on paye en cash la caution sera rendue 1 heure après avoir fait le check out, 5 minutes après avoir payer c’est finalement descendu comme par magie a 30 et lors de la rendue des carte de la chambre je n’abuse pas dans ce que je vais dire mais en 45 seconde le check out était fait nous avions récupérer nos 500RM en 1 minute !!! SI vous choisissez carte ce sera 1 a 2 semaines selon si bous avec une carte debit ou credit pour le remboursement de la caution !!

It was a beautiful location with fantastic views. The rooms were clean and the staff were friendly. The WIFI was fast and the Ac worked perfectly.

Gute Lage, tolle Räume, toller Blick. Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!

Leider waren wir „genervt“ von den Aufzügen. Wir hatten 4 Aufzüge für die Upper Zone, einer war meistens für Priority einer ausgefallen. Wenn dann für 20 Stockwerke in der Rushhour 2 Aufzüge bereitstehen führt das zu bizarren Situation die starke Nerven benötigen. Um überhaupt eine Chance zu bekommen sind die meisten bei der Hochfahrt schon eingestiegen. Das bedeutete im Extremfall für einige 40Stops bis man in der Lobby war bei vollem Aufzug ohne Klimaanlage und ca. 10min im Aufzug.

The location is good — 10 minutes’ walk from Petronas. The rooftop pool also has a beautiful 180-degree view, when you can see it through the crowd.

Service is hard to evaluate, since there isn’t any. We arrived 2 hours early and were offered an early check-in for the price of a full night — a creative approach to pricing. There’s also a surprise deposit, credit card only (debit apparently isn’t trustworthy enough), refunded in cash after a room inspection at checkout. The pool is shared with the neighbouring hotel, which doubles the number of children and halves the calm, and towels are reserved for “hotel guests only,” a category we never quite qualified for. The rooftop would be lovely with a bar and about thirty fewer people in the evening.

Affollamento: la hall del Platinum 2 è un porto di mare. C'è molta gente e tanta confusione cosi come davanti all'ingresso dei taxi. Spesso si creano lunghe code di macchine e ci sono gli addetti al traffico che utilizzando i fastidiosi fischietti nella speranza di decongestionare non so come il traffico. Lavori in corso: proprio davanti l'ingresso del Platinum stanno facendo dei lavori: risultato altro rumore, altri gas di scarico, altro traffico (anche di TIR) . Posizione: pur essendo in una zona centrale della città non presenta un percorso pedonale per arrivare al centro particolarmente gradevole come invece presente in altre zone della città. Sei praticamente obbligato a prendere un taxi o un grab, naturalmente da far arrivare davanti all'ingresso altrimenti si allungano i tempi a dismisura. Vista: la camera era al 25 piano, ma purtroppo la bella vista sulla città è stata fortemente condizionata da un grattacielo di fronte abbandonato e dall'enorme scavo dei lavori in corso.

L'atrio dell'albergo è costantemente un brulicare di persone e in generale si respira confusione. La cosa grave però è il servizio bagagli: arrivati con 3 zaini da viaggio alle ore 11 siamo stati avvertiti che la stanza era disponibile alle ore 15, cosa corretta e di cui eravamo informati. A quel punto abbiamo chiesto di lasciare i bagagli in consegna e la risposta è stata che dovevamo pagare 500 RM che corrispondono a 100 Euro. Trovo tutto ciò inaccettabile perché questo servizio viene fornito gratuitamente in ogni parte del mondo, anche nell'ultima pensione e la cifra finisce di impattare sul costo totale della camera e del soggiorno.

En el hotel hay cientos de habitaciones y 4 ascensores, de los cuales, nunca funcionan todos. Hemos tardado más de una hora en poder subir en el ascensor cada vez que queríamos bajar o subir. Ha sido caótico las decenas de personas que subían y bajaban de ellos sin poder subirse. Nosotros estábamos en la planta 50 y un día tuvimos que bajar andando para poder salir del hotel. De hecho, el día que nos íbamos al aeropuerto (que se tardaba una hora) tuvimos que salir dos horas antes para bajar y que ellos comprobasen que la habitación estaba todo ok

La moquette tutta macchiata, formiche in camera al 23* piano gli sportelli degli armadi non chiudevano ed erano storti, i rubinetti quando aprivi l’acqua mostravano il nero dello sporco sotto ( evidentemente venivano puliti solo da chiusi) la piscina con acqua torbida e sporca ( capelli pezzi neri bordi anneriti delle mattonelle) non c’era la minima presenza di cloro peccato perché la vista era spettacolare. Attese interminabili agli ascensori anche se erano 4 e veloci

The proximity to the MRT and Monorail stations. There's a Starbucks and 7-11 nearby. The KL Tower and Nature Park is also walkable. I like the Infinity Pool too, I suggest going there around before sunset for a better photo op. You can store your luggage for a few hours, they'll charge you if your things stay overnight.

The LONG CHECK IN TIME, it took me an hour before checking in. There were only a few counters for check in and i think they are understaffed. But nevertheless, the staff were friendly.

Het ruime appartement was zeer netjes. Mooi uitzicht op de Petronas towers. Prachtige locatie in het centrum van Kuala Lumpur. 5 minuten lopen van het metrostation

De liften zijn een drama. Voordat je van beneden naar boven bent kan 20 minuten duren. Er zit geen airco in de lift, dus het was er erg benauwend. Er was continue 1 en soms 2 liften buiten gebruik waardoor je bij de lift al 10 tot 15 minuten stond te wachten. Voor zo’n prachtig appartement/hotel is dit zwaar onder de maat.

The cleaning staff were all prompt and polite. The view from the infinity pool is unmatched

The elevators are horrendous. I used to come to this hotel a while ago and I don’t remember this level of crowding here. Nowadays it’s incredibly popular and the use of the elevators and the pool can be compromised. Upon check out, I waited 20 minutes for an elevator and then came down the fire stairs, 25 floors. The lobby is crowded, and by people who just sit there doing nothing other than clog up the lobby. I’ve come and gone through to the restaurant on ground floor many times and see the same people sitting there for hours. The property needs a better way of crowd control.

Le logement avait des remontées d'egout, les chambres et salles de bain sentaient mauvais, le logement n'avait pas été occupé depuis longtemps car il paraissait à l'abandon. Pas de coffre.. Attente d'une heure pour les ascenseurs. Passage du personnel pour mettre du désodorisant dans les chambres. Le ménage le lendemain n'a pas été fait. Mobilier abîmé
