Riad Glatt K

The riad is simply beautiful in every detail. The location is excellent, and you can easily walk to Jemaa el-Fna Square. The staff is also incredibly kind, welcoming, and pleasant, which made the stay even more enjoyable.

The only issue I had was with the shower drain, but the reception staff were very responsive and immediately willing to help resolve the problem.

Un très beau riad, calme au sein de la Médina, près d'une petite place avec des taxi.un très bon petit déjeuner. Le personnel extraordinaire. Merci a Anas de nous avoir partagé sa culture et ses traditions. Une piscine minuscule qui apporte la fraîcheur.

Tout était parfait

J’ai passé un excellent séjour au Riad Glatt K. Le riad est vraiment magnifique, les chambres sont superbes et les prestations sont de grande qualité. Le petit-déjeuner est également très copieux et délicieux. Un grand merci tout particulièrement à Anass, qui était présent à l’accueil le soir. Toujours souriant, chaleureux et aux petits soins, il prenait aussi le temps de discuter, tout simplement. J’ai vraiment apprécié ces moments d’échange, naturels et humains, qui font qu’on ne se sent pas juste comme un client de passage. Une très belle adresse à Marrakech que je recommande sans hésiter !

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans ce riad ! Fadoua et Anas ont été au top du début à la fin, très accueillants, gentils et disponibles. Anas a beaucoup échangé avec nous et a pris le temps de nous expliquer plein de choses sur Marrakech et la culture marocaine. Merci encore à eux pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil, nous recommandons à 100 % !

We arrived in the evening at around 9 PM, and Anas welcomed us very warmly. He was always helpful and available to meet all our needs. He is truly a kind person who really cares about his guests’ comfort. The location is excellent, easy to find, and close to the main square of the Medina, where you can find everything you need. It’s quiet at night, so you can sleep peacefully. Anas is the best

This riad is absolutely beautiful! The interior is gorgeous and very well designed. Fadoua and Anaas were extremely helpful throughout our stay, as were the lovely cleaning staff. We had a small issue when our bathroom was flooded, but it was quickly sorted out and cleaned, which we really appreciated. Breakfast was a typical Moroccan spread with a nice combination of sweet and savoury dishes. There is also a small pool and sunbeds, perfect if you want to relax and get some sun. Overall, we had a wonderful and comfortable stay. Highly recommended!

I was so happy I chose this place (after much research) Faduoa, the manager, was amazing and was so incredibly helpful which as a 60 plus solo female traveller I really appreciated. The location was ideal- close enough to comfortably walk to the square and through the souks. The rooms were gorgeous and even had bathrobes and a fridge. Asaan (spelling) was a great help and always made me feel welcome. I experienced the hammam there and would highly recommend. On my last night, I was leaving at 4am and while waiting for my taxi, the staff made me a quick coffee with cake and yogurt! You really couldn’t ask for more

Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans ce riad. Le personnel est particulièrement gentil, accueillant et toujours disponible. Fadwa a été très à l’écoute et aux petits soins pendant tout notre séjour, ce que nous avons beaucoup apprécié. Le riad est très propre, bien entretenu et idéalement situé pour profiter facilement des alentours et visiter la ville. Le petit déjeuner est complet, copieux et délicieux, un vrai plaisir chaque matin ! Nous avons également eu la chance de profiter d’un massage avec Touria, qui nous a offert un véritable moment de détente et de bien-être. Une très belle expérience, nous recommandons ce riad sans hésiter !

Seul petit point négatif lors de notre séjour : il y a eu un dysfonctionnement de la climatisation. Cependant, après l’avoir signalé au personnel, le problème a été résolu très rapidement. Nous avons vraiment apprécié leur réactivité et leur disponibilité.

Although we only stayed for a few hours after returning from our activities in Marrakech before heading back to Agadir, we were genuinely impressed. The hotel is beautiful, spotlessly clean and very welcoming. The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, making us feel comfortable from the moment we arrived. A special thank you to Manager Fadoua, who went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We only wish we had stayed longer to enjoy the hotel, and we will definitely be booking here again.

There was honestly nothing we didn't like. Our only regret was that we didn't have enough time to fully experience everything the hotel has to offer. We look forward to returning for a longer stay.

Beautiful riad. It was so stunning and great value for money. Anaas was so accommodating and helpful & the ladies who made my breakfast also super kind. Would definitely recommend & stay away.

El lugar es muy lindo, el desayuno es bueno, la recepcionista que esta durante el dia es muy gentil y atenta.

El muchacho que atiende durante la noche, es como que te estuviera haciendo un favor al ayudarte o recibirte, nuestros vuelos eran de madrugada por lo que no habia mucha disposición de ayudar o entregarnos desayuno.

Fantastic staff, extremely friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much and really helpful advice when we asked questions and recommendations. Excellent location, so central but also once you're inside the Riad it feels so secluded and peaceful. A beautiful calm and peaceful place to stay and relax. The upstairs terrace and pool was a great place to eat breakfast and relax later at the pool is small but completely adequate for a dip to cool off. We found that we never clashed with other guests at the times when we wanted to use it. Really helpful that you could have a hamman onsite also.

Nothing comes to mind. Umm possibly could install a few more hooks in the bathroom for hanging towels etc, we only had 1.

Las chicas que hacían el desayuno muy amables a pesar de haber tenido poca comunicación ,siempre preguntaban si queríamos algo más y preguntaban siempre si preferíamos café o te y yo tomaba siempre las dos cosas . La piscina exterior correcta.Estabamos solos las dos veces que decidimos estar en ella y la verdad que muy bien .Siempre las chicas pendientes de cualquier cosa que le pedías de beber ,siempre muy amables . Las fotos de internet son más bonitas que lo que te encuentras, pero aún así es correcta. El palacio parece mucho más grande de lo que luego es. El baño muy antiguo. . La distancia a la zona céntrica de tiendas y bares era de unos 5 minutos andando o menos . Tenía minibar y lo agradecimos mucho porque en el resto de riads que estuvimos no había minibar y no podías tener ni agua fría en la habitación .

L acceuil du personnel, ils sont tous super sympas et disponibles! Situé a 700 m de la placz jemaa el fna, facile d acces a pied, et aussi pas taxi via la petite place juste a coté. Les souks sont a 300 m a pied, il fait tres frais , rooftop sympathique pour prendre le petit dejeuner!

Riad Glatt K is an exceptionally nice place for a pleasant stay in Marrackes. The position is excellent, inside the Medina, taxi stand 30 m from the entrance to the Riad. The staff is nice, a young boy and a young girl were good conversationalists. Now the most important thing, the interior decoration is impeccable and clearly shows how much effort, work and money is invested to make everything perfect. The walls, stucco, ceramics on the floor and in the bathrooms are actually handmade mosaic-like, truly impeccable.

Amazing staff who were so helpful and went above and beyond for us. Our air conditioning in our room was not working. The staff called in many technicians to try and resolve the issue. However, it was not fixable. The staff then arranged for a free hammam for both myself and my partner which was a lovely experience. The breakfast was absolutely beautiful every morning. We had an early flight home and the staff even arranged an early breakfast for us at 6:30AM before leaving. Fabulous location only a 10 minute walk down lively streets to the Jamma el Fna. Excellent riad would highly recommend.

Location good, close to the Souk, easy walking once we got our bearings. Shower was very good but bathroom very small. Staff were excellent, friendly and professional. We enjoyed the hammam. Very clean Riad and lovely décor. Good breakfast on terrace.

Biggest disappointment was the 'swimming pool' which is actually a large jacuzzi and limited space on terrace. Appreciate in the Medina space is of a premium but one of the reasons we chose Riad Glatt was for the pool and roof top terrace/bar unfortunately there was nowhere to properly relax. Bedroom was smaller than expected and lacked storage - would benefit from drawers/shelves. Really should replace the towels, very clean but old.

Die Lage war sehr gut, alles sehr schnell fußläufig erreichbar. Das Riad bzw. das Zimmer sehr schön und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Man hat sich wohl und geborgen gefühlt. All in all 10/10.

Riad position is great. It is located in the center of Medina and closed to a lot of area that are walking distance. The riad owner was every time available to satisfy our requests and helping with solutions in case something happens. She is really kind and well organized that it is not for grant. Breakfast was really good and staff satisfied all our requests. We have one celiac person in the family and thy did all to satisfy this need.

The only thing that we missed was the possibility to have dinner due to re org of the Riad that is in progress but you can have plenty of option nearby. The rooms we booked where good but if you want to have more space I would suggest to book the bigger ones.

Mi è piaciuto il silenzio che c’era in Struttura, la pulizia e la colazione tipica marocchina, il personale è sempre sorridente e professionale. Ringrazio Anas per la sua gentilezza e professionalità. Una persona molto rara. Ci ha proposto di prepararci la colazione per 2 volte molto presto la mattina perché dovevamo recarci in escursione, grazie ancora ❤️

Esperienza assolutamente negativa! Io ed il mio compagno abbiamo prenotato questa struttura dopo aver fatto un viaggio di 3 giorni nel deserto del Sahara e avevamo bisogno di una bella stanza, privacy e soprattutto tranquillità. Invece, appena arrivati scopriamo che ci hanno assegnato una stanza all'interno della hall...giuro! A parte la porta della camera, c'era una sorta di "finestra" che affacciava davanti il bancone della hall, accanto all'entrata della struttura 😅 Quindi praticamente non avevamo finestre o altro modo di respirare. Ho immediatamente fatto presente il mio disappunto al receptionist, il quale mi ha detto che era l'ultima stanza, quindi non poteva farci niente e che avrebbe riportato al suo superiore il mio reclamo... Mai avuto un riscontro successivo. Rassegnati e stanchissimi, ed essendo una sola notte, ci siamo rassegnati a dormire lì, ma facendo immediatamente ricorso a Booking. La stanza comunque era in pessime condizioni: accessori del bagno arrugginiti, chiodi al posto dei pomelli degli armadi, faretti appesi dal soffitto, puzza di fogna che usciva dal bagno (immagina il tutto senza finestre)! Il giorno dopo, fatto colazione, per il checkout non c'era nessuno alla reception e abbiamo lasciato le chiavi in stanza... Del tutto ignorati dall'inizio alla fine.

Pequeno almoço excelente. O quarto era muito espaçoso e agradável e a casa de banho enorme. Os funcionários muito simpáticos e prestáveis.

We stayed one week in Riad Glatt K and we had a great time. It is positioned near the old city centre and at a walking distance to all main attractions. The personnel is super nice and ready to help with everything. We really enjoyed the breakfast, it was varied and very rich. The rooftop was very cosy and service was excellent.

Everything was really nice, just one of the rooms was a bit dark (no windows facing the street).

The place is a beautiful typical Riad in the heart of Medina.

Posizionato nel cuore della Medina, certamente le strade nei dintorni sono quello che sono ma questo vale per qualsiasi struttura dentro la Medina. Questo Riad però si trova su una strada abbastanza ampia da cui possono passare le auto e a pochissimi metri da una piazzola in cui ci sono sempre taxi in sosta, quindi molto meglio anche rispetto ad altri nella Medina per la posizione. All’interno è pulito, elegante ed accogliente. Noi abbiamo scelto una camera superior e devo dire che è spaziosa ed arredata con molto gusto ed attenzione! Abbiamo saputo da altri ospiti che le standard sono più piccole, quindi consiglierei una superior sicuramente! Le ragazze di giorno, soprattutto Fadoua ed il ragazzo la sera, sono tutti molto gentili e disponibili! Fadoua si è preoccupata anche di farmi preparare una colazione apposita per le mie intolleranze alimentari. Lo consiglierei vivamente !

Arquitetura e decoração do riad.

Uma das funcionarias parecia perdida. Processo de entrada e check-in foi complicado. A experiência de ficar em um riad é muito legal principalmente pela beleza do lugar, porém se você tem sono leve ou dificuldade pra dormir, nao fique nesse riad. Pois como todos riads o Hall interno é aberto e qualquer movimento e barulho ecoa para todos. Somado a isso, as portas e janelas nao possuem boa vedação contra ruídos, dessa forma você ouvirá muito bem quando alguem chegar ou alguem falar algo no Hall.

El lugar donde se desayunaba estaba frío en este periodo del año y la habitación daba a una calle transitada y algo ruidosa por la noche.

Die Freundlichkeit des Personals war außergewöhnlich! Besonders genossen haben wir die Tipps für den Besuch der Stadt, die Erläuterungen zur marokkanischen Kultur und (!!!) die kleinen Sprachkurse in Darija von Fadoua, Anas und Thariya! Danke für Eure Geduld! Der Riad steht in seiner Innenausstattung dem einen oder anderen Palast in Marrakesch kaum noch! Sehr schön gemacht. Super Frühstück, abwechslungsreich und mit typischem marokkanischem Gebäck.

Man meint es nicht, aber die kleine Straße ist stark befahren, vor allem wohl im Ramadan. Die einen oder anderen Nachbarn im Haus waren ebenfalls nachts sehr laut, also nichts für empfindliche Ohren. Aber das ist schon Klagen auf hohem Niveau.
