Reviewed Aug 28, 2026Cleanliness and the friendly service, quality facilities and everything we needed was there
That if anything is lost or stolen inside the premises, the staff is not held responsible so you worry every time uncomfortable by checking if your vehicle is still there

Reviewed Jul 18, 2026We had an absolutely wonderful 4-night stay at Hamptons Collective and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The location is fantastic; just one street away from Florida Road, with an incredible variety of restaurants, cafés, and food options within easy walking distance. The accommodation itself is beautiful, modern, stylish, and exceptionally clean. It was clear that a great deal of care has gone into creating a comfortable and welcoming space. We would highly recommend Hamptons Collective to anyone visiting Durban and will definitely be staying here again on our next trip.
Nothing.

I wish we had basic cleaning materials with us, e.g broom and mop.

Reviewed Oct 27, 2025i collected the keys with ease and was allowed to check my bags early, beautiful apartment, clean and comfortable. had all i needed for stove to fork. my wife and kids and i enjoyed our stay, fast internet and a braai area for meat lovers. great value for money, i will use them again and again.
the ironing board needs to be the normal size, they had a small one, otherwise, what you see advertised is what you get.

Reviewed Oct 16, 2025Love that the property is so close to amenities. It was big enough for our family.
The iron cord is short and the ironing board doesn't extend much as well makes it a bit difficult to use.

Something bigger than a hand towel would have been useful for showering. The sofa bed was not the most comfortable I ended up sleeping on it curled up as a sofa rather than opening it out
