Reviewed Aug 26, 2026Close to food places and pretty central. Place was relatively clean. Good help staff and manager, who understood our experience and processed our refund very quickly.
The place did have tiny roaches which seemed like a building issue. Would have appreciated knowing this earlier and that the fumigation took place a day before our stay begun. The bathroom also had a loose tap at the basin sink. The place is more suitable to a young couple or youth staying there as its pretty compact and the seating around the place could have been more comfortable and a regular level chair to work on a laptop etc. The access code instructions were also unclear with the hash sign included in the access code

Owner needs to consider fumigating, the couch has a lot of stains it would be nice to have it cleaned. Provision of dishwashing liquid would be nice. Maybe add cutlery and crockery. Lastly, get a fitting curtain in the bedroom for privacy. A mirror in the bedroom would be a bonus!

The place was infested with cockroaches. The minute I came in there were 3 big ones on the fridge and tiny ones on the floor and in the cupboards

The apartment was quite dirty. The chairs on the balcony were very dirty. We had to move the bed to plug in our chargers and found dirt and a dead cockroach behind the bed which shows they don’t do a thorough cleaning. There was also a small cockroach in the sink in the kitchen. I just think the apartment needs a deep scrub.

Reviewed Jul 20, 2026Loved how spacious the house was! Perfectly located meaning more convenience. Everyone at reception was welcoming and helpful. The place is exactly how it looks on the pictures, loved the balcony overlooking the city. Zama was extremely helpful and communicated well with us.
The place has cockroaches, the host needs to consider fumigating. The bathroom had nothing for us to hang our towels on. The couch has a lot of visible stains. Perhaps having wine glasses would be a bonus!

The table in the dinning room is too small to put food onto There are no curtains to cover the balcony sliding door which was uncomfortable.

Disgusting. Blood stained pillows, dirty linen. First time every had to purchase our own linen, pillows and towels. Broken furniture, chipped crockery. Floor rug curled up, was a trip hazard. No blinds to sliding door. I could just keep listing complaints.
