Every piece of item was accounted for. Towel usage, sheet, blanket. Was very odd they only let one blanket extra per room. I booked 2 rooms and had to ask for another blanket to be brought up to another room to retrieve. My sister was charged a plate that housekeeping took away when they cleaned her room. Also the door hang they said was missing but it was in the room. I checked out of a. Room and they forgot to charge me for laundry. When my taxi came they asked me to come back to pay knowing the for front lobby had no parking zone. Taxi had to wait and was constantly pressuring us because he may get ticketed. Elevator was very stuffy and slow. Will probably not stay here again. We had 2 suites and 1 room. Many other choices to choose from. Food buffet could be better. Juices watered down. Soups terrible. Pho, mi quang, all flavorless.

We only stayed a short time after arriving from the airport late, but it was no problem getting from the airport to the hotel with a grab; only a few minute drive. The bed was comfortable and no issues with the shower. The breakfast buffet had a great variety with fresh fruit and cooked food; western food included.

A good location, clean rooms, comfortable beds, and a well-maintained bathroom. An extensive breakfast is available, although it’s not really necessary since there are plenty of food stalls outside.

The pool was freezing. The restaurant did not have a lot to choose from and you couldn’t buy wine by the glass.

The view was spoiled as we were looking into the rear of another hotel laundry. You can see the river as promised.

我訂三間2人房間，5大2小（7歲、8歲）；但要離開飯店時，員工告知要收取小孩的費用（因為我在訂單上7歲孩童填寫成6歲，實際已超過6歲需要加費）；但我告知booking.com顯示8歲也不需付費，經查證等待確認後才確認不需費用，提醒大家小孩同行時確認平台的規定，可能跟飯店本身不符時，也應立即溝通，以免被直接加價～

The room layout design is compact and nice.

房價與地理位置優, 粉紅教堂正對面. 步行至漢市場與周邊精華地區皆很方便. 距離國際機場車行時間約15分鐘以內.

This was a very classy hotel for a really good price. We thought it was exceptional value. The room was well decorated, clean and well maintained. We liked the shower and toilet cubicles in the room. The bed was comfy. We found the staff polite. The breakfast was enjoyable with a range of food to cater for a range of nationalities. We only had 1 night here (would have enjoyed more) and the location was great! It's a few minutes walk to the Han Market. It's crazy busy, especially upstairs but we had fun bartering for some clothes. It's also a minute to the river. We had a nice evening stroll, walked over the Dragon Bridge and enjoyed the night market.

Our room had a balcony with a river view. The river was viewed between the backs of other tall buildings, so it absolutely was a river view but not the prettiest on either side of the view. Some chairs on the balcony would have been nice. This is just a tiny point however. It was a nice hotel.

i recently stayed at this hotel and had a very pleasant experience. The location is absolutely fantastic, making it easy to get around and explore.The staff were friendly and showed a genuine willingness to help with any request. Regarding the accommodations, I found the room to be decent and very well-priced for the value provided.A particular highlight was the hotel spa. The staff there are highly skilled and did a wonderful job of helping me relax and recover. I highly recommend trying out their services if you are looking to unwind.Overall, this is a great choice for travelers, and I recommend giving it a try!

Location is good but created a lot of inconvenience and not safe when i always need to cross the busy main street to board or alight from Grab. Grab drivers said they will get fine if pick or alight us at the hotel.I was given an incomplete renovation room to stay for 3 nights.The 4 pillows were all stuff with so little cotton wools till like sleeping directly on bed.

Staff were attentive and very friendly and helpful with directions. The entire facility was clean and everything works. Lobby is airy and spacious.

Second year in the row. I like this hotel very much. Great people Mr Tuan, Tai, Viet and Ms Thang are awesome. Food is delicious . Convenience location. I will come back again next year!

I didn’t stay at Satya Hotel but came in just for their buffet breakfast, and it was absolutely worth it. For 180,000 VND, the spread was fantastic—lots of Vietnamese and international options, all delicious and very filling. Manager, Viet really stood out for me. He was warm helpful and attentive, and even suggested a special Vietnamese Chicken soup that turned out to be amazing. The staff were equally friendly and professional, making the whole experience a pleasure. Highly recommend this place if you’re in Danang and want a great breakfast to start your day.

Loved the breakfast buffet. Nice views of river from our room. Walking distance to markets, Dragon bridge, restaurants.

The bed and pillows could be more comfortable. Dinner at the restaurant had a limited menu.

Enjoyed my stay in this hotel Around 10mins from Da Nang airport via taxi. It's situated just across the "pink church" and so the road along is busy which is very good if you are traveling alone meaning that there are always people around- lots of restaurants, cafe and food shops closely. It's also walkable to the Han River. Also close to the market. If you're booking any activities or site seeing the hotel is within the pick up location. I found the place in a very convenient location. Room wise (balcony room)- the room was clean, spacious, airconed, bottle of water, you get robes too. Breakfast was also good. In terms of room for improvement, I think the staff could be more friendlier and welcoming when guests arrive or if they see their guests in the reception area. Otherwise, i would recommend the hotel and would stay here again if ever!

We had a wonderful time at Satya Hotel! Service was excellent, staff were very friendly and willing to help. They assisted us with booking transport and tickets for Ba Na Hills. Upon check in, our initial room has a water leakage, but they were prompt to get us an alternative room right away. They even provided us a complimentary fruit plate for the trouble, although it was a small inconvenience we forgot about. The room itself is well maintained and the beds were very comfortable. The location was great, walking distance to Han Market for shopping and lots of eating options around. The convenience store next door was great for quick pickups before returning to our room. Overall it was a great stay and will definitely return when I visit Da Nang again!

Toilet: There is no separate door for the rest room Breakfast: The hotel is good and the staff are friendly, but in the breakfast buffet there were not enough separate serving utensils. Some salads contained meat and shared the same spoon with other dishes, which made it difficult for us to eat. I suggest providing separate utensils for each dish

ハン川の近くで、街中にあるためロケーションがよい。 ハン市場や、ダナン大聖堂も目の前にある。 朝食のバイキングも2日間滞在したが、メニューも変わり美味しかった。 スタッフの方の対応もよい。

大聖堂の鐘？が朝方に大きな音で鳴るのでびっくり。 廊下での話し声は、かなり聞こえる（が、一瞬通り過ぎるだけなのでさほど気にならない）。 フェイスタオルがボロボロでカビがついていた。

Location was great, staff attentive and very helpful. Room was really good and had everything we needed. Bteakfasts were top notch. The only thing we didn't like was the lack of privacy in the bathroom. They didnt close properly and had gaps so your room partner could see you and smells could travel easily. I was travelling with my grown son so it got a bit embarrassing

I had an extended stay here and enjoyed it thoroughly! The location is super convenient to everywhere in Da Nang, I highly recommend. My room was super clean, bed was made everyday, and room was cleaned with new towels everyday. I had a stunning view of the Han River. Breakfast buffet is also really tasty with rotating options to try different authentic Vietnamese dishes. The staff at the buffet are friendly and made my stay comfortable. I would recommend this hotel!

The hotel is conveniently located in some local attractions like The Han Market and Danang Cathedral. Front desk staff responds quickly to any concerns. Breakfast served was satisfying. My only concern was how the toilet in our room was designed, definitely not ideal if you will be sharing the room with a friend. Yes, the shower room has its own door as well as the toilet area, however, the whole restroom doesn't have a door, meaning changing of clothes and other things done outside the shower area can be seen from the bed area or the whole room. No privacy. Overall, still satisfied with our stay here. Danang is beautiful.❤️

The bedrooms were small along with the open plan bathroom. The breakfast didn’t have as much choice as other hotels we’d stayed at.

Aircond is good. Shower pressure is good. Room on higher floors highly recommended. Breakfast is pleasant with room for improvements. Good thing is breakfast menu changes daily during our 6 days visit. Convenient with ample of food choice within the area. Too close to han market making spending money just too convenient to resist.

The hotel is situated in a good location, close to Han Market and numerous restaurants and massage shops. It's just 5 minutes away from the Han River. and opposite the hotel is the famous Pink Church. The staff at the front desk are both friendly and enthusiastic. Thank them for their warm welcome, especially thank you to Mr. Truong for helping to introduce many interesting tourist attractions in Da Nang to me. The hotel's service is exceptional.

I didn't have a good experience with this hotel. The first room provided has sugar all over the seating area which made me wonder that they clean/vacuum this room? I requested to switch to another room. Then I found hairs on the pillow at the 2nd room. The cleaning standard is really lacking in this hotel. The layout of the room is not functional. If you are not a couple, you will have a hard time getting any privacy to use washroom and shower. On the positive side, the hotel location is really good and the breakfast is the best in my trip. Overall, I won't stay in this hotel again. There are many hotels to choose from and the room is not clean enough and comfortable.

We stayed at Satya hotel which was such a refreshing relaxing experience from our time in Danang. From when we first arrived the staff were so friendly and welcoming. A young lady called Hoa on reception was outstanding she helped us out with a tour we had booked making several calls to the tour operators in an effort to get it sorted out she was just brilliant. Overall the good fabulous, the rooms are spacious and clean. The rooftop bar is great and the views are spectacular

I came to the hotel after Tet, the streets were crowded and the atmosphere was very bustling, it is a central hotel so you will discover more about Vietnamese culture and life. I like the room with balcony and small clean gym. The receptionist Thuy Duyen always smiles and greets you. Will come back again!

We were in a river facing room, the view was spectacular. Staff was very sweet and english speaking. Ms Hoa supported us and suggested some interesting places to visit in the city. Room was spacious and clean. We also went for the spa, very relaxed and rejuvenating.

Clean and nice layout hotel. Great location, opposite a cathedral and within walking distance to han market, dragon bridge, river cruise and night markets. Also, offers transport back and forth to attractions in the vicinity. Lots of great eateries nearby too!

Beautiful room view, lovely staff take care enthusiastically. The hotel has a proof top bar on the 10th floor with a beautiful view. Thank you receptionist Hoa and Thien for suggesting the breakfast box for my family. I truly appreciate the thoughtful service that made our stay even more memorable.

The room is small but comfortable, and the space here suits my taste perfectly. It's cozy and well-arranged, making it feel like a home away from home. The environment is peaceful, and the staff are quite friendly and attentive. A special thanks to Ms. Hoa for asking about our needs and taking care of us so warmly. Pillows were terrible. Breakfast was terrible. Jam watered down, omelette only had onion in it, no other ingredients available. Watermelon the only recognised fruit.

Updated hotel near the dragon bridge and Han market with elevator. Rooms are small with an awkward bathrooom with no separate door but a glass toilet door and shower door. Lack of sound proofing as you could hear people talking next door and music feom 2 floors up. No real place to put clothes but a wardrobe to hang. Had a nice little balcony view.

Being just right in-front of the Pink Cathedral was a plus point. I managed to meet Fr Joseph after the Sunday 10am English mass and even got him to bless my crucifixes .. It is ideally located in commercial area and eatery a plenty. We even managed to get to the Dragon bridge in time for blowing of Fire and Water from Dragon’s mouth on Sunday at 9pm. A brightly lighted city with it’s reflection on the Han River was stunning Breakfast spread was good. Thank you Jonny for arranging our trip to Ba Na Hills, resulting us to put up a night at Ba Na Hills ..

Not much interaction with staff, not sure if it was a challenge with the English language spoken, though we use the translator many times ..

Good location from airport and not too far from Song Tra market. The room was in good condition and they kindly gave me an upgrade with balcony and partial view of the river. Nice size room and breakfast buffet was good too. I would recommend this 4 star hotel if you want something affordable with comfort.
