是实体钥匙，当时只有一个，多人出行不方便，建议后续可以改成密码锁， 这样交付方便便于管理。 房屋内某些地方装修需要改进，里部房屋的门框。 退房时偶遇电梯故障，可以走楼梯。

Emplacement exceptionnel sur la Grand Place pour cette location (le salon donne sur cette magnifique place centrale). L'appartement est joliment décoré et très grand. La literie était de très bonne qualité également.

Plusieurs finitions à réaliser/reprendre (pas d'eau chaude dans la cuisine, douche dont l'écoulement était laborieux, etc)

If you are solely interested in the location then this place is for you. It was spacious and the beds were very comfortable

We did not have any towels to enable us to have a shower when we arrived. Some were still in the dryer and there were only literally 6 towels for the four nights for us all. One tea towel to use in the kitchen area. We had no lighting in the toilet area. No hot water in the kitchen. The rugs were very stained. This is described as a luxury apartment. Even in a basic hotel you get clean towels and hot water.

L’appartement semble tout à fait exceptionnel avec un emplacement idéal mais il s’agit uniquement d’une couverture. Nous sommes arrivés le vendredi à 14h pour récupérer l’appartement. Heure qui avait été précisée à plusieurs reprises en réponse au mail automatique. A 10min d’arriver, nous avons reçu les modalités pour récupérer les clés. Seul problème, nous étions fermés dehors car personne n’était dans l’appartement. Par miracle, nous avons réussi à entrer dans l’appartement grâce à un voisin qui nous a ouvert. Quelle ne fut pas notre surprise de trouver un appartement en désordre et sale car le ménage n’avait pas été effectué suite au départ des précédents locataires qui avaient apparemment fait une belle fête la veille. Après plusieurs relances insistantes, nous réussissons à voir une réponse sur le tchat qui nous indique que le ménage sera réalisé dans l’après-midi. Nous partons donc nous balader et revenant à 18h30, nous avons la belle surprise que rien n’a été fait : l’appartement est dans le même état que nous l’avons laissé. Le propriétaire ne répond pas et lorsque l’on appelle Booking, ils nous disent que nous pouvons annuler la réservation moyennement les 99% de la réservation, soit 1 590€ …. Pris au piège, nous avons donc dû laver et réaliser le ménage nous mêmes. Par chance, le « propriétaire » m’a contacté sur whatsapp le lendemain matin. Il était apparemment indisponible la veille après avoir prouver tous nos dires, il m’indique en début d’après-midi que le ménage a apparemment été réalisé dans le mauvais appartement et qu’il envoie une équipe. Cette équipe de nettoyage est finalement arrivée à 19h le samedi.

Nouvelle surprise suite à notre départ : une tentative de prélèvement frauduleux de 5000€ de la part de l’hébergeur NESTOR. Toujours aucune nouvelle de la part de Booking concernant ma contestation (excepté un crédit de 200€ envoyé le lendemain de notre arrivée après plusieurs appels au service client qui ne correspond même pas à un tiers du prix de la première nuit) !!!!

Location was amazing! Beds very comfortable. Very nice bathrooms and very clean.

My only complaint would be the stained rigs in the living room and second bedroom. But apartment was clean!

Amazing location, right on the Grande Place

Information on leaving the keys on departure could have been clearer - I ended up locking myself and the cleaning team out by mistake !

The location overlooking Grand Place is fantastic. This apartment has lots of space and great potential, but is held back by the issues we encountered. It is very convenient in relation to sites to visit in Brussels.

Our stay at this Brussels apartment was disappointing and raised serious safety concerns. While the listing looked appealing, the reality was far from what was advertised. Cleanliness: The apartment was not properly cleaned upon arrival, with dust, stained and dirty carpets throughout, and an unpleasant odor in the bathroom. Maintenance: Several fixtures were broken, including bathroom fittings, electrical wiring, hot water, and the heating system, which was unreliable during cold weather. Safety Issues: The shower floors were extremely slippery with no anti-slip mat provided. Exposed electrical wiring near the bathtub and bathroom sink posed a hazard. Most concerning, the emergency exit stairs were completely blocked by several bags of dirty laundry, creating a serious fire safety risk. Amenities: Promised features such as reliable Wi-Fi and a functional fireplace were either missing or not working. Communication: The host’s response was slow and unhelpful, leaving critical issues unresolved during our stay. We had one key for three couples which was very inconvenient. The host told us we would receive additional keys and several mentioned issues addressed, but no one ever showed up. Overall, this property does not meet basic safety and comfort standards. Until these issues are addressed, we cannot recommend staying here.

Incroyable appartement vue sur la grande place top !

La ubicación es inmejorable, en la misma Grand Place. Camas muy cómodas y grandes, cocina bien equipada. Calidad precio está muy bien para un grupo grande de personas

Había un ratón en el apartamento, lo que incomodó la estancia el tiempo que estábamos dentro del apartamento. El que haya alfombras hace que se acumule polvo y para un apartamento que pasa mucha gente no es práctico

Location, location, location. The apartment was well decorated and very clean. Plenty of plates, glassware and eating utensils. Once we got into Brussels the communication was easy, and we received quick responses. The living spaces are comfortable and have amazing views. Did I mention the location?

Getting the keys involved walking ten minutes out of the way, at night, after 20+ hours of travel, dragging luggage behind us over cobblestone streets. The apartment is not well stocked for cooking and preparing meals at home- very few pots and pans and no oven safe cookware. The elevator decided to not work with my daughter stuck in it between floors. The downstairs bedroom is lacking a window covering and the alley behind regularly has workers from the restaurant next door in it.

Locatie was top. Bijzonder ruim appartement met kwalitatieve inrichting. Goed uitgerust, alles was aanwezig. Goede bedden en goede kussen.

Hier en daar mocht het wat beter gepoetst zijn na de vorige huurders, vooral keukengerief.

The location was amazing! Everything was just a quick walk away!

We had some encounters with mice in the kitchen getting into the garbage and no cleaning services over our 10 day stay.

The property is absolutely stunning. The views from the apartment are unbeatable and you get the best view of grand place. The property is fully equipped with all you need and looks even better than the images. I would definitely book again.

Un apartamento ideal ubicado justo en el centro de Bruselas, con unas vistas excepcionales desde el salón a la Grand Place. El apartamento tiene habitaciones amplias y está equipado con todo lo necesario. La atención fue correcta, nos pasaron las instrucciones claras para acceder al apartamento y tuvimos comunicación fluida con el responsable que respondió rápidamente a todas las dudas que le planteamos.

Es un apartamento ideal, perfecto para ir con familia o amigos. Las vistas a la grand place son espectaculares. El apartamento es enorme y las camas muy cómodas. Es un lujo haber estado en este apartamento.

Nada que destacar

The host was there to meet us at the property and go over all of the amenities. You cannot beat the location. It is literally in the heart of the city at the Grand Place. I had no idea that we would be visiting while there was going to be celebrations going on for Belgium, so this was just an added bonus. It was loud because of the preparations for the events and the events were loud, but we didn't mind because we had the best seats to watch everything. The bedrooms are located away from the main living area and once you retreated to the bedrooms you could not hear anything from the square. The beds were extremely comfortable and the bathrooms were up to date and very clean. The bedrooms are air conditioned thank goodness because it was extremely hot when we visited. The flat is only a short 5 minute walk from the Central Station which is a bonus for day trips to other locations in Belgium. Should we ever visit Brussels again, we would definitely stay here again.

The main living area does not have air conditioning, so that was the only drawback as sitting in the living room area was quite hot even with the windows open. There was a floor fan which did help with air circulation.

The flat is amazing, literally on the Grande Place and with a huge main room overlooking the square. Stunning view, very spacious bedrooms (one sleeps 5, so best suited to a family, or good friends, and is down a spiral staircase). And there is a lift direct to the flat, and only a very few stairs within the windy layout to the bedrooms

Just be aware that in advance you have to "check in" and share passport / ID details, and pay a safety deposit. For my late booking, this all came through very last minute, and as I could not reach the host by phone, for several hours I thought I had been scammed. But the flat is genuine, and for a large group staying in Brussels is a good deal. There isn't really a dining table, but there is a bar style counter that seats many.

The location was absolutely amazing — right in the heart of the Grand Place, just steps away from the central square, restaurants, shops, and historical landmarks. You couldn't ask for a more convenient or picturesque setting. The apartment itself was bright, spacious, and beautifully designed. It had plenty of natural light, a modern aesthetic, and was impeccably clean. The layout was open and comfortable, with thoughtful touches throughout that made us feel right at home. This was truly one of the best apartments we’ve ever stayed in — both in terms of location and comfort. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city!

Everything was wonderful! The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-located — we truly enjoyed our stay. Our only minor issue was with the air conditioning — we weren’t sure how to operate it properly, so it got a bit warm in the evenings. We also had difficulty figuring out the washer and dryer, and after running a drying cycle for three hours, our clothes were still damp. It would be very helpful to have a user manual or simple instructions in English for the appliances. Other than that, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend the place!

Location Location Location…. need I say more. The view was amazing. The beds were comfortable. The apartment was nicely decorated and very spacious. The kids enjoyed having the lower level back bedroom all to themselves.

Outstanding flat in absolutely amazing location!

The location of this apartment is exceptional. The apartment itself is very spacious, and despite the cold weather and the fog, it is nice and warm particularly in the common area.

Housekeeping needs to be reviewed and quickly. It occurred to us that the apartment was having work done (the bedroom with the twin beds was a work in progress) and they had to accomodate our booking in between tasks. The bedding could have been warmer as some of our party got cold.

Stunning apartment, very comfortable. Great location

When we were finally let into the flat, it was lovely and in a wonderful position. Unfortunately, this was on day 3 of our 4 night holiday as we were informed that it had been double booked a couple of hours prior to our arrival. I paid full price 4 months previously to secure the location. We were directed to another flat in Ixelles.

The Ixelles flat was in the wrong location and we had to use various transport means to get in and out of the city centre. Our party included a 6 month pregnant daughter, a toddler and 2 pensioners. The purpose was to visit the centrally located jazz festival, and this was difficult from the Ixelles flat with pram etc. The upheaval of having to move everyone out of Ixelles on day 3 in order to be where we wanted to be was exhausting. On arrival at Grand Place, we were kept waiting outside for 20 minutes as the new member of staff did not appear to know how to use the lift, which had 2 sets of doors. The kitchen sinks in both properties were leaking

Everything was amazing! The apartment was fully equipped and located in the most beautiful area of Brussels! The view from The living area is Breathtaking! Congratulations to the property management team ... we will certainly coming back soon!

Grand apartment, very spacious, traveled with my daughters and there friends! In the middle of the city accessible to all modes of transportation. 5 mins walk from the central station. All the restaurants around, Star bucks was next door!
