Muy amable la encargada. Si llegas a las 7:AM puedes hacer check in mucho más pronto abonando 100k, osea, genial para los que venimos temprano del bus.

Das Zimmer war geräumig und sehr sauber.

Die Lagebeschreibung ist etwas irreführend. Das Homestay befindet sich nicht direkt am See, sondern noch 2x ums Eck. Ein bisschen Abzug gibt es, weil es um den Pool herum- auf dem Restgrundstück , so abgewirtschaftet aussieht.

Private location but still close to everything, gym, restaurants etc. Nice pool too.

Huge thanks for the family for their hospitality. I had a fantastic time spent in a beautiful room with clean bathroom and quick and efficient AC. The homestay offers bikes of every kind and also help with local sights to visit. Laundry, breakfast, swimming pool are just cherry on top.

Adorable famille. Hôtel très calme et bien placé. Notre chambre donnait sur la piscine, mais ce n'était pas du tout bruyant. Très bon petit déjeuner. Possibilité de laisser les bagages après le check out. De nombreux restaurants à 2 pas.

Le lieu est parfait, un peu en retrait de la rue principale. Les lits sont très confortables. Le personnel est très sympathique et de bons conseils.

La gérante de l’hôtel est très gentille et nous a préparé du thé au gingembre et de la bouillie de riz quand ma fille était malade. La piscine est très belle, conforme aux photos. Le homestay est bien situé en plein centre de Tam Coc.

Au mois de juillet, il y a des soirées karaoke très bruyantes tous les soirs, non loin du homestay. Les chambres du haut manquent de charme, aucune décoration, c’est dommage mais surtout on entend très bien la chambre d’à côté, comme s’il y avait des trous dans le mur. Au final, j’ai mal dormi les 3 nuits à cause du bruit.

Quiet, just around the corner from everything you need but far enough that you are away from the noise. Huge bathroom and shower area. Good AC, nice pool and a comfy bed. The family that owns the property is so lovely and the food that is personally made for you is very good.

Het is een mooie homestay waar je goed tot rust kan komen. Het ligt in een rustige deel van het centrum en dicht bij het meer. Het zwembad was erg fijn en je keek uit op een mooie rots. Het was erg schoon en ruim.

Een koelkast was een pluspunt geweest. Ook de opties bij het ontbijt waren beperkt. Wel kreeg je veel vers fruit, dat was erg lekker.

Il existe deux types d’hébergement : les petits chalets qu’on voit sur les photos et des chambres dans le bâtiment principal, moins cosy mais rien à redire sur la propreté et le confort

Todo genial: la habitación, el servicio, la simpatía, la piscina, la comodidad, el lugar de ensueño, la sencillez, calidad/precio, la autenticidad... sin duda muy recomendable.

Si hay que decir algo, nos hubiera gustado tener más variedad cada día en los desayunos, pero aunque no hubiera desayuno, el lugar es de 10.

Nice family run home stay, great location near tam coc lake with restaurants around lake. Very helpful, bicycle hire and scooter hire, helped book my onward trip to Cat Ba island at good price. Even made me early breakfast on last day. Nice room very clean, good aircon and fan, Clean modern bathroom with good hot shower. Nice swimming pool, cleaned every morning. Good breakfast fresh fruit and eggs and baguette. Enjoyed my stay here one of the best home stays on my trip.

Google maps will take you to a restaurant on the lake, the Homestay is behind this building, you have to take a side alley left. Easy to find or ask restaurant for directions.

the bed was sooooo big and comfy!!! and i really liked the spacious bathroom that i didn’t feel like i was showering over the toilet like other places. really yummy brekky and lots of fruit!

the alleyway needed to get to the property is dark and nerve wracking at night. have some kind of light source with you especially if alone and a woman.

La famille est adorable, la maîtresse de maison un femme en or, les chambres très propres, les lits sont très confortables, le petit dej est très bon. Ils ont accepté de garder nos bagages toute la journée en attendant notre train du soir. L'emplacement est top, au calme mais proche de tout

Tout emplacement et confort

The location is perfect - it‘s so central but on a side road so not as noisy als elsewhere in Tam Coc. The pool is large and beautiful with the large rock behind it. The rooms are a perfect size. I loved the warm water for showers - you don‘t get that everywhere, most places run out of warm water quickly but here you could have a proper shower. The breakfast was delicious- a plate of mixed fruit - mango, pineapple, banana and so many others, depending on the day - along with eggs (omelette, scrambled, fried - whatever you want) and bread. The family is super nice and always so helpful! Really enjoyed staying at Hao Hao Homestay. I rented a bicycle at the homestay which was a great service - the mountain bikes are in a good state and the family made sure the tires had the correct pressure - I cycled along the water loop, which isn‘t far from the town and soooo worth a trip. It was my favourite part of my Tam Coc stay. Specifically recommend going to the Tam Coc Bui Cave Restaurant and Cafe and ordering a coconut coffee.

Homestay accogliente nel centro di Tam Coc. Appena arrivato (alle 7 del mattino) ci hanno dato la possibilità di rinfrescarci nel bagno comune. La camera era molto pulita, letto davvero comodo! Abbiamo apprezzato molto la colazione, la migliore fatta fino ad ora, con frutta fresca e uova. Abbiamo utilizzato i servizi di lavanderia e il noleggio bici e ci siamo trovati molto bene. Oltre a struttura e servizi, quello che ha fatto davvero la differenza è stata la famiglia che ci ha ospitato: gentili, accoglienti e sorridenti 😍 lo consigliamo a tutti!

Pas énormément d’eau chaude mais ça va

L’endroit parfait pour rester à Tam Coc, à côté de la rivière et de nombreux cafés et restaurants tout en étant au calme. Les chambres sont spacieuses, très confortables et joliment décorées. Le petit déjeuner est délicieux et copieux! Et les gérants sont adorables. Je recommande totalement.

The location, great breakfast, the service and staff.

Room was humid even with AC “ON”” and shower faucets old.

We arrived a lot earlier than we expected on a night bus and got to Tam Coc Hao Hao Homestay at 5am. We put our bags down in the lobby and got ready for a rough night sleep on the floor, we were then greeted by the staff who let us check in early for a very reasonable fee of 150,000 VND and that was the best money we have ever spent. The bed was really comfortable and the room was clean, the staff were exceptional and they really make you feel at home. Also the location is fantastic very close to the hustle and bustle but also in a quiet tucked away corner.

Location was great. Away from the busy main road but still incredibly close to the main centre. Very close to the end of the river where you can start your boat experience. The room was very big and clean. Hosts were super friendly and willing to help.

We couldn't get the shower to go hot. However we were well awake afterwards and probably missed a trick.

Nice place, near the center but still in a quiet neighborhood. The room was tidy and clean, they offered daily breakfast and had a bicycle rental onsite.

La habitación increíble, muy limpio, el Desayuno nos ha encantado y hemos disfrutado la piscina. Pero lo mejor de todo son ellos, unas personas increíbles y super agradables. Todo un 10. Recomendado al 100%.

Todo, el personal fue muy amable en todo momento. La habitación era espaciosa y cómoda. También alquilamos unas motos y todo fue bien.

The hosts were very accommodating as we arrived early. The room was the biggest we had stayed in yet, extra large double/king-size bed. They provided us with water, tea and coffee facilities. The pool was beautifully clean and the surrounding areas tidy. We were the only ones there at the time so had the whole pool to ourselves. The breakfast was freshly made to order, including omelette, bread and fresh fruit. The little hosts (children) were great entertainment and friendly. We hired 2 bicycles and X1 moped via the host for good value.

A note rather than a dislike: the homestay is easily accessible by bike or foot but cars may struggle. We had a pick up and drop off at the end of the lake so may not be suitable for all.

Η οικογένεια που μας φιλοξένησε απλά ήταν υπέροχη. Ευγενική, χαμογελαστή και πολύ φιλόξενη. Το πρωινό είναι πλούσιο και νόστιμο. Τα δωμάτια είναι καθαρά με όλες τις παροχές, άνετα κρεβάτια και κλιματιστικό που λειτουργεί άριστα. Βρίσκεται 4 λεπτά με τα πόδια από το κέντρο σε ένα ήσυχο σημείο. Ευχαριστούμε πολύ για την φιλοξενία και συγχαρητήρια για τον τρόπο που φροντίζετε τους ταξιδιώτες, συνεχίστε έτσι ❤️

Heel vriendelijke mensen die een mooi en rustig gelegen homestay uitbaten. Aangenaam groot zwembad waar je zelfs wat baantjes in kon trekken. Het ontbijt was lekker met keuze uit meerdere lekkere opties. We hebben fietsen (mountainbikes) gehuurd voor 1,5 euro per dag, wat echt een aanrader is om de buurt te verkennen. Het is maar een korte wandeling naar het centrum van Tam Coc.

Iets klein: wij waren er terwijl er een typhoon over het land trok en het pad dat naar de homestay leidt stond helemaal onder water langs beiden kanten. Hier kan het hotel natuurlijk niets aan doen, maar het is dus aangeraden om schoenen die tegen water kunnen mee te nemen.

חדרים נקיים וגדולים, מיטה נוחה ומקלחת מדהימה. הצוות היה מקסים ועוזר וניתן היה להשכיר אופניים במקום במחיר סביר לחלוטין. בנוסף הבריכה הייתה תוספת מגניבה ליום חם.

Such a beautiful location with lovely rooms. The owners are very friendly and communication was smooth. We were able to check into our room in the middle of the night. The pool is nice, breakfast was tasty, and the laundry service was good. They also helped us book an overnight bus to Hoi An for a good price, with comfortable sleeper cabins.

Nothing to complain about, when our air conditioning started leaking, we were helped immediately. Professional, helpful, and friendly people. Book this accommodation!

Un de nos hébergements préférés au Vietnam sur presque 3 semaines de voyage :) hyper bien placé, beau et calme, grande chambre ultra propre et confortable, petits déj délicieux et famille adorable... On a pu y louer des scooters, bouquiner au bord de la jolie piscine (espaces communs très accueillants) et organiser notre départ en bus pour la suite... On serait resté plus longtemps avec grand plaisir !

Everything was fantastic. The rooms are well maintained and clean. The pool is nice and refreshing. The hotel is at the end of the walking path so really quiet, day and night. The owner is a vietnamese family really lovely and their breakfast is really good.
