המשפחה שאירחה אותנו כל כך מקסימה ואדיבה. החדר היה מהמם! היו מים חמים והיה נקי. המיקום היה מצוין גם כן במרחק כמה דק הליכה מהאגם. יש בית קפה ממש טוב ליד ההומסטיי והארוחת בוקר הייתה בסיסית אך מספקת וטובה. סה״כ תמורה מצוינת למחיר! ולגמרי נחזור לכאן שוב אם נהיה בטאם קוק

The accommodation is very cozy, clean, and well-maintained. Everything is thoughtfully arranged to ensure comfort and convenience. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the hosts are kind and helpful. A great choice for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing place to stay.

The hotel has very good placement, especially if you move from Hanoi or Halong by bus (~7 min between hotel and the bus stop). Owners are great persons, we discussed all questions in WhatsApp, e.g. they rented 2 bicycles for us before our arriving. Room has a lot of space and big bathroom. All cafes and shops are nearby, but street with the hotel is quiet without ton of motorbikes noise)

I had a lovely stay here! The owner was extremely kind—despite not speaking English, he managed to communicate his warmth and helpfulness perfectly. He was always available to assist with anything I needed, from storing my luggage to letting me take a shower after check-out. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is very convenient, just a short walk from the center of Tam Coc. Highly recommended!

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful. Rooms are simple, but big and clean, same for the bathroom. Location is good too! Price/quality ratio is amazing. Hường helped me with renting a motorbike and sightseeing. I had to change my plan and leave a night earlier; even I didn't ask for any refund, I got it. 10/10

Fantastic stay. The staff were so sweet, the rooms were large and clean, and the breakfast was great! They were so kind and welcoming, helping us with what was worth seeing and renting bikes. We checked in late in the evening, and it was no problem at all.

Friendly and helpful family. Yummy breakfast! Had bikes all ready for us to hire at 5 am, as well as organise transport to Hanoi. Very clean, comfortable, and spacious room. It was nice and quiet, and an easy walk to the main street. We wished we could stay another night.

The hosts were really nice and helpful. The room and showers were really good and comfortable. The family have a very nice resturant few minuts from the homestay.

We had the pleasure of staying at this brand new homestay in Tam Coc, and it exceeded all our expectations. The hospitality was exceptional; the hosts welcomed us with warm smiles and provided invaluable local tips. The room was clean and comfortable. The peaceful atmosphere allowed for relaxation after our adventures exploring the breathtaking landscapes and nearby caves. The location was perfect—close to popular attractions and restaurants yet tucked away enough to get a good nights sleep. We highly recommend this homestay to anyone looking for an authentic experience in Tam Coc.

The hosts are lovely and the room was super clean and spacious. It’s a 2 min walking distance from the central street with all the restaurants and bars but on a quiet road. Highly recommended

This is a new family-run facility, where all the hosts work hard to make the stay as positive as possible. Good breakfasts, spacious clean rooms, located close enough to the central area to easily access restaurants etc, yet far enough off the main road to be relatively quiet and private. I felt like I was fully immersed in Vietnamese culture, unlike the tourist-overrun places along the lake. The family really wants this to work out, so cheerfully go the extra mile if needed, and the adult children are involved in tourism, so can give knowledgeable info and arrange transport etc. To deal with August's hot weather, I rented a bike, to go to Lying Dragon Mountain and the Thung Nham Bird Park, as well as general exploring. The hosts have lived in Tam Coc for decades, and have many connections. They got me a ride to Hanoi airport for much less even than 12Go. I only regret that I didn't learn about their connection to the foot-rowers sooner. I recommend this facility if you stay around Tam Coc.

The house is beautiful and the owners are a lovely family. They served us the breakfast just made the two days we were there. They also rented us bicycles and motorcycles so that we could move around the area. After our check out, we kept the bags there🌈 The hostel is very well located, next to a main street full of shops and restaurants. The room is very clean and the bed is huge! We were very very comfortable!! ❤️

All was perfect

The location of the home was very good. The hosts were very sweet, polite and helpful people. The price was reasonable and we did not feel like a stranger at all. If I come to Tam Coc again, I will definitely stay here.

Lovely, comfortable home stay that is centrally located but still located within a quiet street. The owners were very friendly and attentive. After we checked out they stored our luggage for free, and let us shower before we got on our bus later in the day. Highly recommend staying here!

Wonderful Homestay, highly recommended without hesitation! Huong and her parents are absolutely lovely hosts, always attentive and very helpful. The accommodations are impeccable—both clean and comfortable. The location is ideal: just a two-minute walk from the center, yet in a quiet side street, ensuring a peaceful stay. As a bonus, bicycles and scooters can be rented directly on-site, and you can organise your next transports with them. Thank you again for your hospitality and kindness.
