Entorno precioso, a 3 minutos andando del bullicio del pueblo, pero paz, naturaleza y tranquilidad. Las instalaciones excelentes, tanto la habitación como los exteriores. El desayuno: un buffet inmejorable. ¡Relación calidad-precio imbatible! El mejor sitio en el que hemos estado en el mes que llevamos en Vietnam.

The homestay has a good location. It is good value for money. The building definitely needs remodeling, but everything was all right. Great for a one night stay.

Ottima colazione, bella stanza grande e pulita. Lo staff ci è venuto incontro per alcune esigenze che abbiamo avuto in viaggio e hanno risolto prontamente i nostri problemi. Posizione perfetta per visitare tam coc e dintorni. Immerso nella natura ma a pochi passi dalla città.

Potrebbe esserci maggiore attenzione nella gestione delle aree comuni e da migliorare le biciclette in affitto presso la struttura

The rooms are quite and the curtains are thick enough to make you sleep a bit longer in the morning if you want to. Very nice facilities. Great value for money. Location was perfect. Quiet room.

this was my second stay here and it was exactly like the other one. The bed is soooooo comfortable. everything was perfect. It’s value for money and its proximity to my work.

Es un hostel con algunas habitaciones privadas... Las vistas a las formaciones carsticas de Ninh Binh desde la piscina es lo que más me gustó de este sitio. La ubicación está bien, puesto que está un poco fuera del pueblo, por lo que tiene buenas vistas, pero solo a 5 minutos caminando.

El desayuno pobre y la atención del personal no es la mejor del mundo.

Nous y avons séjourné trois nuits. L’établissement est idéalement situé et le lieu est très joli. Le principal point négatif reste le bruit : entre les voyageurs autour de la piscine jusqu’à tard dans la nuit, le nettoyage et les enfants dès 7h du matin, ainsi que les travaux en face en journée — sans parler de ceux de l’hôtel juste devant les bungalows —, ce n’était pas très reposant. Nous n’avons pas eu d’eau chaude pendant quatre jours, sauf le dernier jour où nous avons pu prendre une douche dans les espaces communs, où l’eau était enfin chaude ; point positif malgré tout 👍 Les personnels de la réception sont très accueillant et nous explique les différents sites à visiter selon votre temps de séjour.

Chambre top, vue très belle. Emplacement super.

The location is amazing. It is very close to the central area but you don’t notice any noice and it is possible to enjoy the views.

Everything was clean, but our bathroom smelled a little moldy. As we were only staying for 2 nights it didn’t bother us as much, but we think we would’ve felt different if we had stayed longer.

Odeur moisissures dans la chambre. Bruits de la canalisation toute la nuit signalé mais apparemment tout a fait normal. Le petit déjeuner vraiment pas bon…

Die Hotelanlage ist schön, man kann hier super entspannen. Die Reisfelder liegen direkt daneben.

Die Rezeptionistin beim check-in war eher genervt als freundlich. Was teils verständlich war, da viele neue Gäste ankamen und sie immer wieder das Gleiche erzählen musste. Das Privatzimmer war etwas heruntergekommen, im Bad roch es streng und man hörte regelmäßig laute Blubbergeräuche, wenn das Wasser in der Toilette nach oben gedrückt wurde (wenn andere Gäste ihre Spülung betätigen?). Es gab keine Zimmerreinigung oder neue Handtücher. Das Frühstück war recht eintönig und erst nach 7:30 verfügbar.

Beautiful location, right in the middle of rice fields and mountains - just gorgeous. Comfortable bed, good air con. Bike hire available so we could go and see all the local sights easily.

The breakfast wasn’t amazing & was usually covered with flies but we just went into the village and ate elsewhere - no biggie. The staff did try to keep the flies off.

Los empleados son muy serios, añadiría más variedad de fruta en el desayuno y no pasan ni a quitar la bolsa de basura del baño por lo que si estás un par de noches empieza a oler....

Poca sombra en la piscina. Toallas del baño eran solo de cuerpo, de microfibra y con olor no agradable.

Great quiet location just outside busy Tam Coc central - only a five minute walk to town. Beautiful grounds with a friendly and helpful staff. Definitely a backpackers vibe but our family enjoyed the atmosphere and tranquility. Unique view from our bathroom window that abutted a mountain rock wall.

Room was spacious and seemed new. Beautiful views outside and in a quiet location close to town. Pool looked lush although we didn’t get to use it.

The location is perfect; at walking distance from the buzzing centre but without the noise. The individual rooms are large, very tastefully decorated and clean. The terrace and pool are also clean, very tasteful, and nice to relax. The staff is very helpful and friendly and have good tips to go around. The available rental bikes on site are very easy to grab, we used these every day. The included breakfast was simple but good, fresh fruits, noodles, pancakes and a variety of sweet and white breads.

Only a minor points; we had dinner on the terrace, the quality was not very good.
